I was transferred to a supervisor who yelled at me for putting my mail on hold, and accused me of being a criminal because I didn't live there anymore and was holding the mail for the entire address, which she said is a "criminal offense" and "I'm not honoring this request". THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME! How was I supposed to know holds were by address, instead of by name?! I was just holding it until I got a permanent address. Moving is stressful enough to be yelled at over a friggin' mail hold! I immediately called her back and asked her why she abruptly hung up, and she changed her tone and said she didn't know I had anything else to say. Really? How about asking, like you're supposed to, and stop being a drama queen by implying that someone is a criminal for putting THEIR mail on hold! I asked her if I needed to do anything else, and she said no she already cancelled the hold request and I should forward my mail. She gave me a general delivery address (which I had no idea existed) to forward my mail to until I got a permanent address. Which is what she should've done during the first call instead of abruptly hanging up! I return her missed call as a courtesey and she gets an attitude with me! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! USPS needs to change mail holds to be by NAME, instead of address, like a logical person would expect it to be!

I saw a sign that said only two people allowed in the lobby at a time. When I got to the front of the line I said how come this sign says only two people in the lobby and there all these people in the line? He said that it's ok because there are six feet apart markers on the floor. I said can I talk to a manager about this? He snapped, got up and grabbed the sign, ripped it up and said ok now there's no problem. I asked him again if I can speak to a manager and he said to call the number to the Woodland Hills office. In conclusion, I don't advise anyone with underlying health conditions to come here. Please stay safe everyone.

Also, sending something with USPS aka snail mail just doesn't give me the same confidence that my package will arrive like when I ship it with UPS. Also, I love UPS' consistency. If you see a UPS driver in your neighborhood around 1pm today, you will more than likely see them in your neighborhood tomorrow at.... You guessed it, 1 p.m. Yeah, Their routes are carefully researched and designed for consistency which makes for a reliable service that you can count on. Fun Fact: UPS has implemented for drivers to only make "right hand turns" to avoid accidents and improve efficiency. Anyone ever see a UPS driver go left?? lol But Lance, what if you don't have time to sit on your porch and wait for that reliable UPS driver to roll through at 1 pm like you claim they do? A brick and mortar store front where Monday through Friday you can drop off your package from 830-7pm (10-4 on Saturdays, 10-3 on Sundays) and leave there with the confidence that your package will get picked up by a UPS driver and then later delivered to its destination as scheduled. Great! no help. Two days later, to my surprise! an empty manila envelope is in my mailbox OPENED w stickers and writing stating no contents inside/ openned. So, why did I get a notification stating my package was delivered on Tue? why the lies? Why claim to have scanned/delivered it. I go over to the office on friday and the ding dong "supervisor" Angel all he does is excuse everybody in his office telling me stuff happens and literallly telling me "oh well". Zero accountability for the false scan/ terrible customer service/ the lies/ theft! Lastly he makes up a new story telling me someone turned in the empty envelope.
