0 STARS! I made the MISTAKE! Of asking my husband to ship out a package for me yesterday. Instead of directly going to the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE he went to this place and had my very expensive package shipped through them. It's been over 24 hours my package is still showing as pre shipment and isn't tracking. Most likely this package is lost at this point. The girl at the front desk knows nothing and has no voice! No one can help me. Not even the post office it was delivered to. WE PAID DOUBLE THE AMOUNT BY HAVING IT SHIPPED FROM HERE AND MY PACKAGE IS BASICALLY LOST AT THIS POINT. read more

Battled through traffic and terrible parking situation to use their DHL service. At the window I am told we do not do DHL. That was a lie. I asked why are there DHL signs then?? He replies owner is not here I do not know how to do DHL... Never going back there. I do not recommend unprofessional attitude. read more

New owner after I closed box 12/2016, allowed someone else to pay for box with my name, and has kept my mail without my knowing since 12/31/2016 without my permission. The first call I got from Her since she allowed someone else to reopen my box without me or my knowledge and without ever notifying me or checking with me, was today. Today is may 9. 2017. Despicable- There is no misunderstanding / greed. Nasty. Not trustworthy - awful, AVOID.
