That was my experience with some guy with short blonde/yellowish hair. When I asked if he could accept a US mail package, his response was "sometimes" without clarification. He asked me if I wanted to receipt and I said no thank you. He then scanned the barcode and said "interesting." I waited for some clarification on if there was a problem and to clarify he would accept the package and he handed me a receipt saying he "might as well give me a receipt since I am 'still standing here for some reason'" as if I was supposed to be able to read his mind and know when everything was done. It's just not worth working a job if you're miserable there man, especially when the bar for accepting a package is pretty low from a customer service perspective. Edit- What if I'm most interesting is after posting my review looking at the other comments which all similar rude interactions with what appears to be the same employee, followed by comments from the owner or manager about how they take customer feedback seriously. If that were the case, then you wouldn't have similar situations going back over a year. I personally would rather wait a couple extra minutes in line due to short staffing (but high quality) then be served by someone like this. That said I may be in the minority as this area has a lot of impatient people who may not care and will accept the rudeness with speed over someone pleasant to interact with.

We knew we were in trouble upon entering the store when a lady was cursing while exiting the place still carrying a box she couldn't mail. Another customer muttered: "Good luck!" to us. We were helped by a young kid, facial hair, blonde hair. Once we gave him our California address he said: Why would you live in California? We were mailing something, paying, he should have taken care of that, not judging us and giving us his political opinions. I don't judge anyone based on the place they live, everyone has their reasons. But we could feel the snarky hate toward us. Sorry to give him $100 for crappy services and the worst attitude ever. My husband responded and another customer (who is from California, moved there) jumped to "defend" us. We are more sensitive to this kind of behavior since we have friends who lost homes in the fire. If my father in law who has a heart condition wouldn't have been with us, I would have given him a real piece of my mind and left the store like everyone else! Seniors live in the area, you can't treat people like this, so rude and disrespect, judging and spreading hate and annoying people who try to give you their business. I decided not to use their service and went to the USPS location across the street near Publix, where I paid $10 for the same type of Priority Mail service. I also spoke with the USPS employees about the price I had been quoted, they laughed and were surprised by the amount. They also told me the owner of the pack and ship, buys stamps and other supplies to upsell at their pack and ship store. I'm a local and have supported businesses in this area, including helping various businesses after the hurricane. I believe customers deserve to know when they may be paying significantly more than they would through USPS directly- and they certainly deserve to be treated with basic respect when asking a legitimate question about a price. I strongly recommend the USPS (which mins away) before using this Pack & Ship location. I will not be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with other members of the local community.

Laura was condescending, rude and completely unhelpful. They installed the box and I texted because it was wobbly. I was very rudely berated for not knowing a "bracket" was damaged. Several texts like this later, the "owner" called. I was told by Jim that he sits next to her and she is not unresponsive. Even with dates and copies of emails/text going back 4 months, he would not hear of it. He talked over me and eventually told me to keep the mailbox and never call them again. He behaved like a teenage child. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

It is now August 15, and it still is not fixed. We have called the HOA management company, HOA elected officials have called ASAP, and I have called ASAP. Pictures of the fallen mailbox to prove that it was not vandalized or hit by a car have been received by ASAP. I have sent a picture of the back so that Jim could identify the type of mailbox and the determine the type of repair necessary. Two weeks ago, Jim and/or Laura texted that a local handyman would repair it. Still nothing. It appears that ASAP has no intention of honoring their warranty nor providing any kind of customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!
