I've had a pretty typical experience with FedEx as a whole for shipping/delivery speeds/times/etc. Not AMAZING, not terrible. I order items, I track items, I receive items. The end. I get that it's frustrating to have delays or lost packages, but if you're ordering something for delivery or shipping something, you're opening yourself up to the risks associated. S*** happens. But the customer service at this location is really top notch. If you are shipping something out via FedEx, this is the place to go. I've always had great experiences with the staff there when shipping or picking up deliveries - they have great attitudes and are just friendly. My most recent experience really was the icing on top. I didn't catch her name, but she had short greyish pigtails. She was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and just awesome. Definitely happy to have this FedEx as my "home store"

Specifically I was trying to burn a few CD's for my American mom, and the burns failed, so now I have a bunch of coasters! Mom thinks the software had some kind of encryption parameter switched on, or perhaps the music I have is copyright-protected with a DRM, but I told her that it's actually a hardware failure! When I called, Mike answered the phone, and he seems like quite a sweet guy! I explained my situation to him, and he informed me of the possibility that I may need new DVD/CD Rom drives. He says that when it comes to reading and writing CD's and DVD's, drives and burners can fail after a short amount of time, as these machines aren't built to last like they used to be! Fast forward to this afternoon. I went to Eugene Computers with my provider, Karry, and they actually had the right kind of DVD/CD Rom drives for me! And better yet, they let me recycle the old ones that I brought in! I brought the new ones home, and by the way they're brand new and sealed, for which I paid $37.00 a piece (not a bad price at all!), and when I opened them up and plugged them into my machines, they actually work wonders! I recommend Eugene Computers to anyone who needs new replacement parts and even computer repairs. You guys are the best! You deserve 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars from me!
