Stuck in the house for four days now waiting for our delivery because it needs a signature. The tracking shows it's been at our distribution Center for a couple of days now. Springfield Ground ... many clowns there who apparently are afraid to leave their vehicle and then falsify the reason the driver skipped the delivery or just LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL. We are on a farm, there are animals which need to be contained (Oregon sets liability for animals hit on road to owner UNLESS the area is open range) so we keep the main driveway gate latched NOT locked when expecting a delivery. They have a handheld CRM that ANNOUNCES the gate code/etc and many of the drivers can't figure that out either. Two of the last three shipments the driver never even pulled into the driveway to see, just drove past (We have camera's that can tell the renewal tag expiration date) to look at the gate. Try and talk to someone, but being user friendly the operators sitting overseas or in a urban call center have no clue about rural lifestyle but expect their food to be on a grocery shelf. Love to organize strikes. All documented and posted on youtube... GO UPS .. problem is Amazon quit using them :( read more

This review is SPECIFICALLY for this location. 20+years at this address initially FedEx driver was great but over the past 10 years a joke. Today with our long range cameras activates for the substitute driver who pulls into the driveway and sees the gate (we are on a farm with cattle, etc) closed. It was simply latched, doesn't get out of panel truck and leaves. States on delivery log/notice "entrance locked", a lie. The lock and stainless chain are clearly seen hanging 12-18" away from latch. Regardless they have the current code in their CRM/handhelds. I've posted to YouTube many FEDEX delivery services along with this one. Constant problems with Springfield for the past 4-5 years, late, 'operational delays when actually sitting in the warehouse for days. Basically a revolving door for drivers. UPS/USPS don't seem to have the problems this place does. Like to just send a registered letter to Corporate requesting a block on delivery, not worth the hassle. read more

So I feel like a lot of these bad reviews are just about FedEx as a whole and not specific to this particular location. And that's not really fair. I've had a pretty typical experience with FedEx as a whole for shipping/delivery speeds/times/etc. Not AMAZING, not terrible. I order items, I track items, I receive items. The end. I get that it's frustrating to have delays or lost packages, but if you're ordering something for delivery or shipping something, you're opening yourself up to the risks associated. S*** happens. But the customer service at this location is really top notch. If you are shipping something out via FedEx, this is the place to go. I've always had great experiences with the staff there when shipping or picking up deliveries - they have great attitudes and are just friendly. My most recent experience really was the icing on top. I didn't catch her name, but she had short greyish pigtails. She was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and just awesome. Definitely happy to have this FedEx as my "home store" read more

I have a standing order with Black Rifle Coffee to deliver every month. Usually when OnTrac delivers it comes on the estimated delivery date every time. Whenever it comes through FedEx it gives me a projected delivery date then proceeds to push that date out 4-7 days! EVERY TIME! It's like my package isn't as important as other packages and is constantly put off for others who matter more! Your overnight services might be stellar FedEx, everything else is totally unreliable. read more

Fed ex 2 day shipping?........ Day 4 and I'm still waiting. I work in the office at an apartment community. I had my new phone shipped to my office, seeing how it was to be delivered on Tuesday, and that would be where I was. Before I go any further into this story, I will let you know I went through this SAME situation with the SAME fed ex location, and the SAME phone about 2 months earlier. Anyways, after checking my tracking number, I see that they have listed that the office was closed when they tried to deliver it at 6:30 pm yesterday. I find that hard to believe when our office is open until 8 pm every night. I even saw a Fed Ex driving going through my community, I flagged him down, and he told me he didn't have my package. So you can imagine my surprise when I see that they have "tried" to deliver. I have had to deal with this a time before, and the lady I talked to in their office argued with me about our address. She kept telling me it was fake, and there was no such address. Dealing with them has not been fun or productive, and they constantly are trying to fight me with every delivery I have had from them. Definitely hate using them, unfortunately I don't always get the choice. read more

Completely incompetent. Shipping packages is the only thing your company does and you can't even get that right. Two day shipping becomes five day or longer. FedEx Springfield is a black hole where packages go to die. Spent hours on the phone with customer service and the only answer I could get was, "Your package is in a container and there is no one who can get to it". Customer service is lacking I went in today to get labels printed I emailed them a file they said it was gonna be more than $30 to resize it and fit it onto a label it wouldn't even be ready for proofing until the next day what a joke something that literally takes two minutes to do they want to charge $30 for it ? And the job that I needed them to do was passed from employee to employee seems like nobody wanted to just put your big girl pants on and get their damn job done I will not be coming back I literally went to Fred Meyer's on the way home bottle labels downloaded Avery app resized it in less than four minutes now all I have to do is find a different place to get it printed see you guys it wasn't that hard! read more
