Jordan's the man. And Stan's the man. Both of these gents provided excellence service above and beyond when simple things became more complicated. They weren't just pretty faces or friendly welcomes, they demonstrated significant competence as they each helped troubleshoot two separate issues related to international matters, prioritizing Customer Service until nothing more could be done. Jordan tried notice and three computers to eliminate the possibility of a technical glitch before calling a known expert at another store to see if there was an unknown issue. Stan also stayed passed his time and maintained totally professional composure as he restored Customer trust. They were responsive and efficient, and you could hear the genuine smile in their voice over the phone. I use this place way too much for such a latent review. The people who work here are always my favorite. The inside is clean and well maintained, and if a machine is malfunctioning (even if it's operator error) they are always as justifiably frustrated and sh*t talking the machines as we are. You can't judge anything on price because they're all the same, but FedEx/Kinkos is pretty alright, especially when you're in a rush and that's the option you've got for same day. We've been grateful they exist overall. They work with us every time a file is persnickity or something isn't coming out the quality we want. There are a lot of options for print jobs on a larger scale and high quality, but mostly we use it every time we're in a time crunch and we never wait long and come out satisfied with product every time. They gave me the wrong package lol. Ordered from an online store and set this to be the delivery place. They handed me and "checked" me out and let me walk out with someone else's package. I came in about an hour before closing, and they were swamped. A large number of customers had come in right as some serious technical issues cropped up in their system. Matthew helped me out. He was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable, and cool under pressure. I had a difficult job for him (binding an 11x17 music score), and he physically took apart one of his binding machines to make it work. He bound two scores for me, and because one of them had the holes slightly off on one(!) page, he only charged me for one score. He worked wonders and both scores looked great (despite what he may have said). On a holiday weekend with a short deadline, facing technical issues and large numbers of customers, this FedEx and its dedicated staff made a huge difference. Thank you!! read more

The work stations next to each copier are extra large tables with enough surface to spread out. each is equipped with staplers, scissors, hole punches and all the small pieces of equipment you need for your project. The machines have a card reader so that you don't have to fill your pockets with change. The staff will leave you alone to do your own thing, but also give you any help you need to get started. read more

If there were 6 or more stars I would give them. I was in today to send an item left in my vehicle during a long distance Uber ride. While there a wonderful lady helped me with my package. At the same time there was only one other employee, a young man with curly hair. He was helping a man with a printing project but at the same time was fielding questions from a rather impatient and rude older man trying to use the SELF SERVE area. The older man could not get the system to work to his liking and wanted the young clerk to "show" him how to do it. The young man finally said to bring the project up and he would help him next. When the project was done the older man was charged for the full service he received to which he became very agitated. He did not want to pay for the service, he just wanted to have "HELP" with the project at the SELF SERVICE area. The young clerk handled the situation wonderfully even offering at one point to make the entire experience free of charge. I commend and applaud this young man for his professionalism and tact. This place used to be good when it was Kinko's. But ever since fed ex took it over it has been going downhill. The staff are rude and go out the way not to help you. The copy machines are outdated and do not produce a good copy. It cut off quite a bit of my image. I found a better place that has better quality paper, better quality copies, and cheaper prices, Instaprint. I will be going there from now on. read more

Consistently have issues with this particular location. This has been going on for months.Trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves. But, every time I bring an item to be shipped here,either there is not enough tape,the box is incorrect or they don't like the fragile stickers that are used. Really get a grip! I don't know what is wrong with the people in this location.Take the shipping box already. It's a prepaid shipping label. The work is already done for you. Ridiculous!Drop your Fed Ex package some where else.Not worth the hassle. Have you heard of customer service.Obviously not.This store could learn it. Poor. Very,very,poor service. I used a public computer terminal here in order to print out a shipping label in december. A few days later I noticed that there has been a login to my gmail from an unfamiliar out-of-state IP address. I looked up the IP address and noted that it had been used in a multitude of illegal gmail hackings, and turns out it is linked to keylogger software installed on fedex public terminals! Be very careful logging into your email or using passwords on these public terminals. Avoid it if you can. read more

This FedEx is conveniently located with street parking and a parking lot in the back. They have computers for going online, printing and scanning that charge per minute. They also have everything for your shipping needs including packaging material and some office supplies. The reason I gave this location three stars is for the inconsistent customer service. Recently I went in and was helped by the nicest gentleman that helped me scan a document step by step. Usually I would just figure this out myself but I was so tired and burnt out from the day that I needed all the help I could get. He was patient and kind and I was in and out in no time. A few weeks back it was a different story. I went in to ship a box of items to another country and not only did it take forever but the woman working at the counter was not professional at all. She basically laughed in our faces when we asked a few questions and continued to tell us irrelevant things that had nothing to do with what we were there for. There's a difference of engaging in conversation and being talked at and sometimes people just want to get the service they came in for without hearing your life story. I couldn't believe that it took over half an hour to get a small package shipped just from the fact that the employee was slowly doing every little thing. We even had to tell her the shipping label was printed so we could just get out of there. If I have a few more positive experiences I will revise my review but hopefully the customer service increases in a more positive and helpful way. read more

I love these stores because they include kiosks to gleefully print off pictures from just about any media device (Flashdrives, CDRs, memory cards, etc). It came in so handy when we were making picture boards for a memorial awhile back. Given the different sizes needed and the limited amounts that I was after, it was a better choice than going to Walgreens. However this specific store is kind of annoying. Every time I've gone in there, I've been annoyed by an employee at some point. I haven't asked for help because I don't need it, I can be rather anti-social in these situations. I love kiosks because I'm computer literate and can be peacefully alone in my own world. Nothing about my expression or manner is showing any frustration or confusion about the machine, please leave me alone! It's like they don't have enough work to do. I can also understand the idea of customer service but there's a fine line. When you offer "do it yourself" options like a self printed kiosk, a lot of people can simply you know, do it themselves. read more

I went in to get a label printed , I stood in line and asked the person how to print my label , the person kept switching their voice and demeanor from sounding like a male to a female , it told me "that's what the self help stations are for" I replied I know , I couldn't figure it out , it rudely mocked me "well that's why it's called self help, next ". This place makes copying fun, for the most part -- I can never remember the first time to put my document on the glass vertically rather than horizontally for an 8.5 x 11" copy. Luckily that isn't a problem with printing from a USB drive, one of their best services: you get everything just the way you want it on your home computer, save it as a PDF, put it on your USB drive, and then take it to FedEx Office for a better quality laser printout than your home printer can probably make. They also have a machine that makes photo prints instantly from USB drives or other media. They have a paper cutter for trimming printouts and office goodies for sale including a growing selection of cell phone accessories. The best thing they ever did for me: After making photocopies of my diary, I left the store with my diary still in the copier. When I realized my mistake, I called the store, and they were able to locate my diary and hold it for my pickup unmolested. :-) read more

When this company was Kinkos, the service seemed more helpful and efficient. Since changing to FedEx Office & Ship Center, both descriptors listed above have declined significantly. The last time I went to this FedEx for a quick binding job (cut the binding off a paperback and replace with a spiral coil) on a Saturday afternoon, I thought I was in luck as the business didn't seem too busy, and the 3 employees behind the counter were chatting jovially amongst themselves. Hoo-boy, was I wrong! I waited for their conversation about the local football team to come to an end and rather than be greeted or offering to assist, I was looked at until I decided to speak first- Customer "Hi, I need this bound in a rush, please. Do you think this could get done while I wait?" Reply "Oh, yeah, we're really busy. It will be at least an hour." *Crickets* Ok, I didn't REALLY hear crickets, but neither did I hear printers, blotters or any machines running behind the counter. Nor did I see any staff member standing by a machine or working at a machine. Eff unhelpful employees and their stupid football conversations! For the record, last time I had this service done when the business was Kinkos, it took the staff less than 5 minutes. Bottom line-if you are in a rush and need assistance from helpful staff, avoid this location like the plague! read more

The guy named Dan who works at the shipping counter is terrible. He's been there for years, and there seems to be no easy way to avoid him, so I have started telling my international customers that I prefer to ship UPS. Actually I just can't stand dealing with bad-attitude Dan. He is very unhelpful and seems to take great delight in finding nonsense little things to try to trip you up. I ran into a lot of issues with the checkout process. For some reason the machine wouldn't take my credit card. I called my bank twice to see if they were blocking my card and they confirmed that they were not. Dan and Michael were the first two team members to assist me and they recommended that we try another computer. After that it still did not work and would not take my credit card. Both Dan and Michael asked Samuel what to do and he recommended that we type the information in manually, that still did not work. Then the assistant manager Anna was called over and she thought of processing it as a business account (I think that was the case) it finally worked after 2 hours of waiting at the office. Clearly the issue wasn't anybodys fault. The computers were just not wanting to work that day. However the Fedex employees were extremely helpful and kept coming up with different ideas to try and get my packages shipped and out the door. Eventually we got it to work thanks to Anna's idea about the business account. However they all chipped in with different ideas to try and make it work. This whole issue inconvenienced me greatly (I missed my flight) but the employees never gave up in trying to help me. Those 4 and that entire store are filled with people who care and want you to get your services taken care of and out the door. I highly recommend that everybody goes to this store. They are good people and will work to help you resolve the issue. Overall even though I missed my flight I am highly satisfied with the CS service that I got. Waited 20 min in line nobody helped me and when someone finally did they said someone else would help me. 10 min later the other person came and told me they couldn't scan my 11 × 14 drawings without cutting the edges of them off and couldn't tell me what the difference between gloss, 80 lb paper and 100 lb paper. I overheard several negative interactions with customers while I was working there. they seem to think that everyone knows how to use the printers. you ask a question and they talk to you like you are an idiot. unfortunately I need to use this place often--I just wish they were nicer (and happier). read more

If I could give '0' stars, I would, But yelp won't allow me to. They broke their contract!! Guaranteed next day delivery date was NOT MET by FEDEX Eugene due to refusal to deliver by them, although I paid $10 for overnight+an extra $15 for recipient to receive letter by appointment. Even on the second day, they changed the pre-arranged delivery time without the senders and recipient's consent. Fedex Eugene Stinks!! My advice would be to use The U.S.Postal Service. read more

I have used this location several times to ship (although due to their rates I tend to prefer UPS) and once for business cards. Shipping: FedEx seems best for shipping items in a hurry (prices seem to be slightly lower for next day shipping than UPS in my experience) or if you are shipping an extremely fragile item. I have never had even the slightest mark or dent in packages I have received through FedEx and never a broken item. I have also found FedEx to be especially quick for labeled drop-off packages (when I need a sender's receipt). FedEx has also been very helpful in packaging my fragile items to ensure they are not damaged in transit. I would however recommend the UPS store on Willamette over this location for ground shipments or shipping to Canada. FedEx has more expensive ground shipping options than UPS and has discontinued their ground shipping to Canada. I also have had bad experiences with customs when shipping internationally with FedEx. The staff was unhelpful in filling out the customs forums and failed to mark several packages as gifts even when expressly told they were gifts (resulting in duty fees). Business Cards: I have used this store for busienss cards only once and the only praise I can give is that they were quick and that you get what you pay for. They have one of the cheapest prices for color business cards in Eugene but the quality reflects this. The card stock is very flimsy (almost equivalent to a thick piece of normal paper as opposed to card stock). The cutting alignment of the business cards was also off to a noticeable amount for the top and bottom of the cards (resulting in a diagonal). If you plan to use this location for business cards be aware that you get what you pay for. read more

This is the 7th time this year that the guys at Fed Ex have literally saved my life. The service I received from Marcus today was beyond stellar. I came in a crisis needing to print out a big project due for a class I had in an hour. For some reason my flash drive didn't properly convert the file and it wasn't printing on the 11x17 I needed. Marcus spent 20 minutes with me on my laptop trying to convert the file over correctly. He was really helpful and kind and made the entire process quite enjoyable. My project looks amazing, I was in and out very fast. I continually receive amazing service from the guys over at the Willamette fed ex, and I just want to say thank you for helping a tech-novice like me present myself as a professional. :) Keep up the good work! read more

I would like, scratch LOVE, to give a large, warm, glowing review to a woman by the name of Jill Brendle at the Eugene Fed ex store! :) She has saved me so much headache and worry today. Back story: I had ordered my "save the dates" through a cute little wedding website that uses fed ex as their delivery service. Being the romantic sap I am and being just plain excited to marry the love of my life, I was constantly checking my email to track my order. When the day came the email had confirmed my package arrived I eagerly checked my mail box and porch several times but sadly there was nothing. A day late is frustrating but I figured maybe the confirmation was just a mix up through the computer. By day two (today) I was panicking! I was excited to open the invites besides the fact that they needed to be mailed out soon and that they were also EXPENSIVE. I was fearful at the thought that my package may have been stolen, mis-delivered, or never delivered in the first place. This is when I called Fed ex. The lady who picked up transferred me to Jill immediately. Once I explained my situation Jill was with me every step of the way and was VERY thorough about getting to the bottom of my situation. She made sure to speak with the people who processed and delivered my package in detail and spoke with me several times on the phone relaying information and narrowing down the possibilities of what may have happened. It turns out my package had been delivered to the wrong door on accident and one of my neighbors had received it by mistake. I tried knocking on the recipient doors nervous but ready stand my ground (with an unnaccusatory mind and heart but also with enough anger and will inside me to stand my ground). But atlas they did not answer. With weariness I told Jill over the phone that I had gone over there but there was no answer. In about an hour later (without my asking) Jill arrived at my door and walked with me to the door of the recipient neighbor and we confronted them together. She was kind but also thoroughly firm in her words with this person about how serious receiving someone elses mail is and what could have happened if my invites were not returned in time. It seemed to be a big mix up (I hope!) and the recipient apologized. And though my body and mind still felt angry having Jill there with me put me at ease and I felt able to accept this apology and move on. This huge problem got solved in a matter of hours thanks to Jill. I have NEVER had customer service like this! Jill met me on a very personal level and I felt appreciated and important. This women is amazing! Oh, did I also mention she did all of this for me before personal plans she already had set in motion? worst customer service ever. kiosks did not work and wouldn't read mine or my husbands cards for payment. claimed it was our fault and walked away. had to go to the front desk and have him print it off for me and then messed it up and had to redo it making us pay twice. said "nothing we can do". how do your kiosks not work and then tell us its our failt if the card cant be processed and then "magically works" at the front desk and charges me twice because you messed up. read more

Terrible service by the employees here. Tried to ship some very large boxes to New York. Initially got some attitude from a gentleman who didn't want to accept the boxes due to their size. We were first quoted a price of $1200. When we asked to have the boxes to be split up and sent separately the boxes cost $200 each- $800 dollars less than the original price. How were we misquoted by such an enormous amount? Very unprofessional and extremely poor level of service. Won't be going back to this fedex anytime soon. read more

I dont usually write bad reviews but after the repeated poor service I've experienced here, I felt compelled. I have to come in here weekly to print off about ten sheets of paper from my thumb drive. The self serve printer wont take my debit card so I'm forced to go to the front desk and have them print it off for me. The last SIX times I've been there, I ask them to print off my sheets because the printer still wont take my card and whoever is behind the counter (Its been various employees, not just one) will make a loud sarcastic sigh and roll their eyes as if I asked them to print off a novel then ask me if I tried using their machine even though I JUST told them that it doesn't take my card. They're incredibly rude about it every single time. They purposefully walk really slow to their computer, fart around on it and chat with their coworkers doing absolutely nothing for fifteen minutes before even a single sheet is printed off while I'm clearly trying to get in and out of there as fast as humanly possible. They'll even turn to me asking "Do you REALLY need all these printed off?" in a snotty tone. YES, why the hell would I ask you to print it if I didnt need it?! I'm really, really tired of their attitude. Everyone was always so nice and helpful when it was still Kinkos, they were fast and courteous but now that it's fedex, everyone there acts as if printing things (which is half of their job there) is somehow beneath them. I'm never going back there again. Even if the nearest printing shop is way out of my way, I dont care. I'd rather walk four miles to another shop than deal with these horrible people again. read more
