DONT GO HERE!! They overprice everything you use and don't tell you. I went here a while ago and haven't went back ever since. I had a small flat rate box and a small cushion mailer package. I had one item of clothing and the other with some antiques, I thought oh wow! This place seems pretty convenient god was I wrong. Right when I was at the register and ready to pay, I was charged $35 for both small packages I was pretty stunned at how high the price was just for two SMALL packages being sent off to Ohio. I was still bothered for the whole ride home and I will never go back. I'd rather go to the postal office and wait in a long line than to pay $35 OR MORE for a small item no wonder there's never anyone in their shop. They call themselves a "fAmiLy oWnEd BuSiNeSs" that's probably why the over price every customer that walks in the door. I even heard they even charge to use COMPUTERS who seriously does that? I get you need to pay the bills but god, that's a little too much don't you think? Warning, Don't go here unless you want your money taken. PLEASE go somewhere else read more

I absolutely love coming to this location. Ever since my printer has been down I've been coming here to use the computer and print a lot of my documents. Whether it's business or personal. What I also like about this location is the fact that they do notary. Notary is usually available daily and without an appointment. Who needs to go to the bank to get something notarized now? But the real reason I continuously return to this location is because of the ladies that work here. Kayle and Amy. I sure hope I spelled your name correctly Kayle. Both of these women is such a breath of fresh air. I love the fact that I can come in to a location and see them walking in Faith. It encourages me to do the same. With the short conversations that we have as I'm printing and using the computer they are so impactful. I enjoy speaking with these ladies. Even if I were to fix my printer I think I'm going to come here just for the conversation LOL. Ladies you were doing a fantastic job. read more

If you send this UPS store a document to print, not only they charge you for the print job but also for the use of computer to print it, even if you didn't touch their computer, so printing 2 pages will be like $3.50 (some other UPS stores only charge you for prints, which usually is 10 cents a copy). This store does have a service charge for accepting flat rate USPS Priority shipping, as many similar stores would to help cover their operations cost. Though the fees vary from store to store; you decide what's fair to you. Update: Appreciate your prompt feedback, David. Many owners won't take the time to read let alone respond. The salespeople, one woman and one man greeted me with a hello and smile. I asked how much he would charge me to send a phone and it's charger to South Carolina from Hawaii. He wanted to charge me $22 for a USPS flat rate box. I said thank you and went to the USPS, paid $6 for the same service. Tracking, 3-5 day ground shipping, and insurance. Do not let anyone take advantage of you. Don't forget to do your homework before embarking on your very first shipping adventure. Businesses have to make money but will therefore be more careful with your goods to protect their good names. We sometimes get caught up in numbers and forget that we are all human beings. read more

I went in today to mail back a return and i forgot to ask for a tracking number ‍ (very stupid of me) i than realized i needed a tracking number. so i called the store to see what they could do for me. My package finally arrived on May 13th. This store has gone above and beyond to make sure that the package arrived, and I was tracking it along the way to make sure that the package reached its destination. Thank you, this has been a lesson learned for me. Don't ship to anywhere that USPS won't insure. I still feel more confident using USPS rather than any private company. But should I ever need to send a package again to places that USPS does not cover, which I know I will make sure that is not necessary, I may consider using UPS again. read more

Went in for notary service. Their webpage did not state that the notary was not available all the time. A wasted trip to the store today around 4 p.m. and was told the notary would not be available until the next day around 2 p.m. that's not a great service at all you clearly cannot count on all the services outlined online. Update. I was a bit inconvenienced yet having a manager and owner reply back so quickly with a very legitimate reason why speaks volumes to me so I will definitely give this UPS Store a second chance and have been satisfied up to yesterday's disappointment. read more

WARNING!!! You're over paying for services at this particular UPS store and like another review mentioned they are a franchise. Mailing a letter would cost about $0.34 but they will charge you $0.49. They claim it's a policy but can't provide you with a copy of the policy. I spoke to a young man claiming to be the manager. He told me he was doing me a favor by not having to go to the post office and that they needed to make their money. Customer service on this island is something else. You're better off going to the USPS on Renton Rd. because they are a small post office, super nice and helpful. The girl at the USPS even helped me with choosing the right box for my item and explained every fee. Drive the extra 2 blocks so you don't have to pay more than what you have to for shipping services. read more

We had recently shipped to control board assemblies to Huntington Beach California on February 7, 2019. They left the store on that day and somewhere along the line the package had been lost. Val at the UPS store has gone out of her way to track these packages down. She sent out a tracker notice on 14 February and start an investigation with UPS. I received a phone call today March 27, 2019 in our packages had been received in California today and have been repaired and are on their way back to us. Val has been nothing but super in all of this. She is going to bat for us with UPS to try and get a settlement payment and now she can breathe a sigh of relief that we don't have to pursue this. I've never shipped anything with UPS and the visit to this store was my first time and I wasn't sure what to expect. We were lucky enough to get a space right in front of the store, so it eliminated some of the worries when it came to carrying our big, heavy boxes and they allowed use to use their hand truck to bring the boxes into the store, which was super helpful. The process of shipping the boxes out was actually pretty smooth and quick, which was something I appreciated being that I had limited time to run this errand. We ended up shipping two boxes that were 75+ lbs and bringing in our iMac desktop to be packed & shipped by the store. Tyler was helpful when it came to getting our name/address into the system and make the process painless. Along with shipping boxes, we also figured we'd pick up two more boxes to pack up our personal belongings and we get ready to move to the east coast. Unfortunately, we had to come back to the store and return the boxes because they weren't double-walled like the ones we used to ship the other two boxes (which we purchased at another UPS store location), even though we asked for DW only to realize they weren't as sturdy as we were about to take the boxes out of my car. Luckily, this store had no problem doing the return and refunding us for the money spent-even though the female employee who helped my husband made a comment about a mark on the box (which was already there when we purchased it) & how the store usually wouldn't accept a used/damaged box. Overall, my first visit to this UPS store was better than I expected and I was satisfied for the most part and would rate it a 3.5 out of 5 stars if I could. If anything, I wish I had more time and took the initiative to review the transaction more diligently so that I knew exactly what I was paying for. I knew that we had to pay for the materials and boxes to have them pack & ship the iMac but I was under the impression that the final price they gave me to ship the box included the materials in it already, yet I realized later after we left the store that the price quoted was just to ship the item, not including the price of the materials. Regardless, I knew it would cost us $$$ to ship out our big boxes- so I'm going to spend the money but would've definitely appreciated being informed of the prices as we're in the process of doing the transaction and of course taking the time on my part to review what I am being charged for. Besides the whole double-walled box issue, I appreciate the service we received and thank them for the help in making the shipping process easy during a stressful transition time. Mahalo! read more

Location make this place so convenient! Quick and easy, just pop whatever you need on a thumb drive on their computer there to make sure your document is exactly how you want it. I love how they do test prints so you can see how one turns out before printing a bunch out. You can even see how it prints of different types of paper if you want to, very helpful. Make sure they pack your box if you buy insurance. The small signs are off to the side where the customer isn't looking telling you they may not accept your insurance claim if you pack it yourself. And apparently the staff never forget to tell you this. Not to mention because the corporate ups office says something, it is now the customers burden to make up for the lack of customer service in this operation. Beware, stay away from this place. I printed 3 color pages and was charged almost 4 dollars. I used them before and didnt mine paying extra for bulk items but for a few pages? come on now!! and this wasnt the only time. Might as well go to other ups stores where they are priced fairly. Just look at the reviews at the bottom, not the 5 stars as most of the time they are employee and friends reviews which are fluffed up. 1 employee wanted to charge me accordingly but the one at the register insisted that I pay the extra fee. read more

It was Saturday afternoon and of course the post office was closed. So I decided to give this location a shot, as it was super close and convenient for me and my packages needed to go out that day. Staff was super friendly and nice but those are the only positive things I can say. I mailed two boxes-one small and one medium and I brought them both in, already in flat rate boxes. The medium one I hadn't sealed so they offered to pack it for me, how nice right? Sure, until I paid. Two packages, one to Washington state and one to Arizona and it cost me $50. $50!!!!!! I was SHOCKED. Neither package was heavy and I did not purchase any insurance or other extra. I learned that day to make sure I always make it to the post office on time. Never again. read more

Great location however got ripped off! I wanted to mail a box "certified return receipt". The box I had was a flat rate box and I was told "Only letters can be sent certified return receipt, flat rate boxes cannot". He then tried to tell me that sending it via "UPS" would be better and they could do it. However I didn't want to send it via UPS because of the cost. Then I asked if I repack the box in a plain brown box, could it be sent?" He said yes and he got me a brown box. I repacked it and returned back to the counter and he again tried to offer UPS. Told him again that I didn't want to send it via UPS because no one would be home to sign for it. I asked him to send it "certified return receipt" since I repacked it in a brown box. He then says "Pet USPS, you can't send boxes certified return receipt". Told him I just sent a box like that a month ago and he confidently said "USPS updated their policies recently!" At this point I was pissed because the box STILL can't be sent and I was out $10.00 because he charged me for the box. I then took the box and went to the Airport post office. Asked them if flat rate boxes can be sent "certified return receipt" and the answer was YES! Told them what happened and they said that they were just trying to sell their UPS service and that they ripped me off!!!! read more

I needed to print something quick for an event coming up. I had gone to another print center at another store (which I used to work for), but they weren't helpful. Then I remembered this place. I found the store website online and it had this nifty estimate tool for your print jobs. I went in the next day. There were a few other people waiting in line and only one person working, but he was doing his best to get everyone squared away. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind waiting. (I also knew what it was like to be the only person working in a print center). David helped me get set up with a computer to where I could log in to my email and get my document printed. If I remember correctly, it is $2.99 for 0-10 minutes to use the computer. Later, I looked at my receipt and saw their prices were not only cheaper than what the website quoted, but cheaper than the other print center on the same card stock! read more

This was my first visit to this UPS store, and I will never be back. I had the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever received at a UPS store. The clerk, Valorie was unbelievably rude. She blatantly ignored me when I walked in and got in line. She went out of her way to help someone else in the store who wasn't even in line without even acknowledging that I was standing right in front of her. Then she refuses to accept my prepaid return because it wasn't taped up and my return label wasn't affixed to my box. When I asked for some tape, she told me I could purchase some from the store. She then proceeded to slap my return label on the box without first taping the box shut. I've returned packages to other UPS stores before and it's always been such a pleasant experience. If their requirements for returns have changed, I am not aware of that. Still, she did not have to be that rude to a customer. It's a shame if this is where their customer service is headed. read more

Yes ~$7 that I paid for the actual box is understandable but $12 to put it in a box and tape it? Explanation was "paying for tape and things"..
