I made some moves and hustled hard today to make it to this UPS store before they closed at 6:30 to drop off one little box to ship. After great effort, I arrived to the store at 6:27 pm. Made it! I saw the workers inside, and pulled the door handle to drop off the return. Ah, but the door was locked. They closed early. I saw the workers inside, they saw me, I held up my phone, pointed to the time (6:27 pm) and pointed to the little box in my hand. I wish I could post 0 stars. What a terrible experience. I was yelled by the store manager, Christian, in front of 15 people. On my Amazon app, it clearly states "DO NOT BOX - or PRINT LABEL" so I did as instructed. Christian yelled at me saying: "I'm sick and tired of telling people the same things. I've already explained this 5 times today. You have to have a box." Well, guess what... Christian - if the Amazon app tells people to NOT BOX their items, you may want to have your owner talk to Amazon about it. Yelling at the customer is no way to handle this. I'm a very nice reasonable person. I'm astonished and just wish someone would have video tape this experience. What a tragedy - people are so rude. I will never step foot in this store again. I am at a loss for words about my experience today. I placed a simple print order online on 12/22. I uploaded the four documents, paid for it, and received a confirmation that it would be ready for pick up at 5:00 pm 12/22. I went to the UPS store today, on my way to my meeting, around 10:20 am. When I arrived they were not very busy. They seemed surprised when I asked for my print order. After looking at the computer, I was asked if I had the files on me to which I replied, "No, I uploaded all four files with my paid and confirmed order." When I asked why it wasn't started since it was promised for 5:00 pm the day before, a young woman (who was NOT the one helping me) replied, "We was busy" and walked away. I was very taken aback by this behavior. The lady helping me printed the first document. It was not what I asked for so she did it again. She then printed a third time and said that completed my order. I asked her to check again as there are four separate documents. She found another and printed and it and again, told me my order was complete. I laid out all four stacks on the counter and showed her that she had printed one document three times and the one document once. I then had to look at each item as she pulled it up on the screen to get her to print the two missing documents. She thanked me for my patience and I thanked her for her understanding and for not flippantly tossing me off as the other young girl had done. Suddenly, from the other side of the store, the young girl raised her voice at me started arguing with me. When I responded with, "I'm sorry, I wasn't speaking to you," she yelled back, "But you was speaking about me and disrespecting me!" I told her to mind her own business and that she had disrespected me, the customer to start with. When I turned back to the lady helping me, the young girl continued to yell. Instead of saying anything to her, the woman told me that they were simply busy and doing the best they could. We went to the printer to pick up the other two pieces of my order. One document had just finished and I noticed that the last four pages were on a different paper type. When I brought it to her attention she simply told me it was 'premium paper' and didn't offer to fix it. I asked for a card with the owner's information on it and she informed me that she was the owner....however, she did not offer her name, a card, or even an apology for her employee's outburst. At that point, I was done. I explained to her that I had been a loyal customer for four years. I refuse to hand an incomplete print order, that isn't even on consistent paper, to my customer so the print job is worthless. Not to mention, she still hadn't printed the fourth document. I also suggested that she should have called me to let me know they were busy and my order wasn't going to be ready so I would have had an opportunity to make other arrangements. Furthermore, to stand there and allow her employee to yell at me and be disrespectful was shameful. I realize it's the holidays and people are busy....we all are. That is not an excuse for this kind of treatment and disrespect though. If small businesses want to keep customers (and this is a locally owned franchise business), then they need to do better. I am now out the money I paid online for my order, still do not have my order printer, and they have lost a loyal customer. If you need printing done and wish to deal with a business that actually values you as a customer, then I suggest you try a different UPS or perhaps FedEx. read more

DO NOT TRUST YOUR HOLIDAY SHIPPING HERE!!! I waited in a 20 minute line here to mail 2 return packages to 2 separate major retailers roughly 2 weeks ago. Pleasant enough; seemed efficient; packages scanned and on my way. 2 days later PACKAGE #1 is delivered BACK to ME!! I had to return it myself to a local jcpenney! Yesterday MAJOR ALERT MESSAGE ON MY PHONE from CHRISTIAN at this UPS to come PICK UP PACKAGE #2 meant for Wayfair! Turns out he says it's UNDELIVERABLE and was delivered back to them. When I call CHRISTIAN today, he CAN'T FIND my package and insists I need to prove I mailed it from this UPS! No accountability, no apology, just massive Smart A _ _ attitude. We'll see if the owner has a different attitude, but Santa and 8 Reindeer actually delivered! This UPS = ZERO! read more

This is a Privately owned store that will charge you $2 to tape up a 6inch box. That is their policy with no exceptions. I would recommend taping your boxes ahead of time or going to fedex. read more

I came in for a passport photo and a mailbox and left with neither. It looked like they were just using a cheap point and shoot camera for the photo. I went to FedEx Office instead where they use a real passport photo camera with guidelines that make sure the photo is framed properly. Mailbox services were ridiculously expensive here, so I opted for a PO Box with the post office instead. Sure, the post office can't except FedEx or UPS packages, but those can always be sent to a friend or work if necessary. If you don't have any friends, I'd recommend using the money you save by not paying for overpriced UPS store mailboxes to go out and make some. ;-) read more

I always get helped quickly and typically the guys there would give you advice for discounts, keeping your receipts or else. Location is also very convenient even though parking can be challenging at rush hours. read more

Do not use this UPS Store. I paid over $13.00 to mail a small envelope containing legal documents, and they LOST it. When I contacted the store after the recipient hadn't called me saying they received the envelope, the woman was rude and said she couldn't tell me anything (I didn't even receive any tracking info from the store when I mailed it). All the information was in their computer, but she refused to tell me anything except that the envelope was LOST and that the tracking info was in the computer, but there was no record of the envelope after that. I've filed a claim with UPS Customer Service, but I don't expect to hear anything back from them. Hopefully, none of my personal information will be compromised going forward. I mean, what happened to my envelope? Is it lying around a warehouse somewhere, or on the floor of the UPS Store, or in someone's car, or what? I just can't imagine how a large envelope that you hand to an agent at a UPS store for mailing can get LOST. read more

Go to another UPS store. This one charges too much for notarizing anything. It is 3x the price since the bank in the same shopping center does not do it anymore. They are scamming people. And, they will ask you a million questions for one notarized document that is self-explanatory. Always friendly service and great staff. It serves its purpose. Agreed on notary but all banks do for free for members so wouldn't use for that. Sometimes gets backed up because some of the customers are a bit lost looking and confused as to why they are there. read more

Never Never Never go there-I went in with a scarf in a gift box and some clothes to return. They sold me a plastic envelope for a dollar - good and as I was stuffing the clothes in it the person helped. The scarf in the gift box - she build a box ($6.95 - 3x USPS box) and put 1 piece of bubble wrap in it. The gave me the shipping (ground) of 28 dollars THEM charged me 7.95 for packing materials and 8 dollars for Packing and service charge (less than a minute?????) I asked about USPS and was told that 1st class has not been showing up, but that would be less than a couple of dollars cheaper. She lied. I payed my 15 dollars for the packing materials and her 8 dollar 2 minutes (I hope she gets a large portion of the $240/hr rate) and went to the post office where sending both With Insurance, tracking and just as fast was 14 dollars. NEVER GO THERE the worst part is that she never told me about the service charges or packing fee until it was done and I had no choice, Bad business practivce and total rip off.
