Most are always polite and with good service, but who really stands out with out a doubt is Tamoya who goes above and beyond consistently rain or shine. 07/16/19 Took a package to drop off at their store. Their store clerk was closing since I came in at 7:04pm My package was already sealed with a shipping label. I just needed to drop it off . The girl at the door rudely tells me "we're closed." I asked politely if they could just take my package since it was just one small package. The outstanding employee then opens the door and grabs my package. Then she tells me with attitude "we can't give you a receipt." I told her that's fine, I just need my package shipped. She responded with "yeah but not today." As we spoke, she was speaking to me with a condescending tone and smart ass attitude. After I had enough of her shit (5 seconds), I told her there was no need for attitude. She then seemed surprised because I called her out on her behavior . I asked for my package back and told her I would take it elsewhere. I have been coming to this place for years. Employees like this is what is wrong with organizations today. Keep hiring young kids with poor customer service skills and you will start to see a loss in profits. I will never give this place my business nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. read more

It was my first time shipping international to Germany and I did not know the process. Layhla was ver helpful and guided me through the process. I had to provide a breakdown of the items in the box and provide a value for each item. I literally had to open the box. She patiently went over all the things and packed it back for me. Her coworker Diego also verified if there are restrictions when shipping used and unused items international. Their manager Ahmad showed great leadership and guided his team through the process. I want to thank the employees at this location, especially the young man who helped me today when I arrived- I'm sorry I didn't get his name- UPS Sierra Lakes is where our mail & packages are delivered. However Fed Ex mistakenly delivered one of my packages to the Summit location- really Fed Ex, not ok!! The young ladies at the Sierra Lakes location could not find my package & called this location and discovered it was delivered here- thankfully the employees at Summit held on to my package not knowing how to contact me. When I arrived the young man was so pleasant and helpful. He offered to carry my package to my car, seeing it was too heavy for me. Thank you! read more

I dropped off a Christmas gift to be returned to Amazon so my Amazon account could be credited. I received a receipt with a tracking number proving I dropped it off. The gift was never returned to Amazon and on the UPS tracking website it shows the gift never left the UPS Store so I went back to the UPS Store to track it down. They said the gift was shipped but it's not in the tracking system because it's through Amazon so I needed to contact Amazon. Basically my $70 gift disappeared into thin air and they don't want to take responsibility even though they are the last place to have it. I will never return to this store. I'm pretty sure a worker stole the gift so don't trust them with anything valuable. read more

Love this location. I used to go another location and was constantly frustrated. I stopped in the the one on Summit Ave and was pleasantly surprised that they were fully staffed and efficient. Every time i go in (which is a lot for Amazon returns) i am always grerted by friendly employees. Even if there is a line, it goes super quickly. Delivery is terrible. Tracking does not update accurately. Posts a date. Then it gets delayed. I understand in this day and age. The posts a sooner rather than later date. And then it's delayed again. Now it's suppose to have been delivered. There's no update. And you can't talk to anyone at UPS to help! read more

I went in today needing copies of an email with attachments, not being internet savvy, I asked the clerk Tamoya if she could help me. Tamoya steps right up and with a smile on her face directed me on what to do. Evidently I forgot to tell her something about the email and it didn't print right, I asked if she could print it from a picture, she said yes, and proceeded to take over with a smile and do the whole process for me.Tamoya rang me up still very friendly, she didn't charge me for my mistake, just for what I needed.
