Appointments don't matter. Made an appointment for notary service. Got an email confirming the appointment. Next morning got an email to remind me of the appointment. When I arrived, I was told that the Notary had something to do and would be an hour late. Went to PostalAnnex and they helped me right away without an appointment. read more

Great concept providing a service on a 1:1 ratio. The UPS store is independently owned and franchised that originally started as Mail Boxes etc in the early 80's providing a alternative solution in hopes of attracting business from US Postal customers. It proved to be a vital concept, United Postal Service (UPS) saw a business opportunity to acquire. To further boost the industry, the dot com era was on the horizon and so was "free market" sellers who took ecommerce by overnight using retail/bidding online outlets and using these stores to bypass long wait lines at your average US Postal center to ship your goods. I've used this store in the past to expedite documents overnight and I've also utilized Notary services and that's really good considering you don't have to drive around town. This is your one-stop source all under one roof providing service and products. Yes, you can find stationary supplies at other retail locations for a lot less but if you're always on the go and don't have a issue spending a few bucks more, this is definitely your alternate to not losing your precious time at a overly crowed US Mail center. Your typical store offers printing, lockers, stationary supplies, shipping boxes, envelopes of all types including the type that have bubble wrap, faxing, live scan, rubber stamps, business cards to name a few services. My business tonight required sealed HS transcripts and I didn't have to stress about making it the local post office because we all know they close early. I opted for Priority mail, a service from US post office where my sealed envelopes where placed inside a large envelope sporting that "eagle" trademark from USPS. Did I wait in line, NO. I was greeted by the store manager who introduced me to a clerk who was very polite and attentive. Plugged in my addresses and generated shipping labels. I signed off as all correct and it was easy peasy with small chat from a store employee who demonstrated a passion at helping to answer any other questions. Since this is a UPS center, you can arrange to reroute your shipped goods to a location nearest your residence in hopes of reducing a rise in "porch theft". Authorized to handle DHL and the old traditional Americana way of United States Postal Service it's a win, win. Spend a few more dollars and be done with it! Pura vida :)" read more

Most recently Tamiya helped me by providing information about the in store mailboxes and how to open one and get the best value for my needs. She was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. I went into this today 2/23/21 store to return an idea back to Amazon, to find out the label Amazon sent me, came with a huge cost , I then called Amazon to find out why it was costing me to return the idem. Amazon customer service then sent 2 more new labels. The you g ladies in the UPS Store Karla, & Tamoya gave me some valuable information telling me to ask Amazon to send me a QR code with this cold it wouldn't cost me anything to return it.
