QUICK AND EASY! I like coming to this UPS store because it's usually a run in/run out type of experience even around 5pm on a weekday! No one likes waiting in line (like FedEX store by USC, yech) and this place gets you taken care of and on your way! There's plenty of parking as it shares a large parking lot anchored by Stater Bros and the store is rarely crowded. There's no bottle necking once you're inside as the store is nice and wide with plenty of room for people coming in just to drop off packages. I needed to go to the counter to buy a box and once that was done, after a quick scan I was out the door, back in my car and down the road! The place has about five employees and they were all usually busy doing stuff. They also always seem friendly enough. I'm glad this place provides good service because there aren't many other UPS stores in the area. If WAZE directs you here you're in good hands! I'd say 4 1/2 stars!

TERRIBLE, Will never use this store again. I trusted them to package my items and deliver them as well. I got insurance thankfully but know I am getting the runaround on my claim and being told it doesn't exist when I have a claim number . And now they are blocking me from speaking to someone. I think they are just delaying me so they don't have to pay for the equipment they mishandled. I need help to speak to someone that has some authority here!

Went here for a simple fax which didn't work. Guy made me wait 20 for other fax machine which also didn't work. Then bought a phone charger here for $10 which Kept falling off my phone. Tried to return it and they would only offer an exchange for another shitty charger. This place sucks and the service sucks!!! read more

I wanted to write a review about a really kind and sweet worker. I use to go and do shipping at the UPS store off sierra lakes and would see her there always smiling so helpful and noticed always helping multiple people . I haven't shipped in awhile but I went in to that store to do faxes and miscellaneous things and went a couple of times but didn't see her anymore it was a different experience. I happen to be in the area off Jurupa and saw there was another UPS store needed to ship overseas to my son and there she was still helpful and remembered me which I appreciated. Again just as happy and so so helpful because this was my first time shipping overseas. Thank You Krystal for always being incredibly helpful. Definitely will be sticking with the this new location. read more

I went in to check prices on prints for invitations that I had purchased on invitations on Etsy for my sons birthday. Well let's just say you can't beat the price I even had them printed on cardstock. They came out amazing! I had other art work that I had purchased on-line and some I crated my self. I just ended up printing it here not only because the price but because of their customer service. Chris and Wendy are just amazing they had helped me with a minor issue I had totally not their fault and were very accommodating and friendly. Did I mention fast. To me what matters the most is customer service when I shop price does play a factor but if I'm getting lousy service why give those companies the business even if that means driving a little longer and paying a little more. But here at the UPS Store they are just AMAZING AND AFFORDABLE!!! Thank you Chris and Wendy my sons Cars party was a hit thanks to your help they especially loved my Pit Passes!!! I will always do business here. I just got a reply from UPS and I am very happy that these employees where recognized for their amazing customer service! Very disappointed in their underhanded service. I brought a box in from home that was wrapped in bubble tape, with a prepaid label. All I needed was a box to place it in. The total was over $5 because I was charged to fill the whole box up with their peanuts, without being asked if I wanted it added or told that it was an extra free. It wasn't even necessary, but made up half of the sale. read more

Did not even begin processing until 12:30 There is only 1 girl here that can approve all the processing for TSA, passports etc. The other guy here is only able to do office and shipping services, at the very last minute she might have began training him to help with passports and tsa but it was quite a inefficient process and maybe they should just not allow appointments online if they can't work it out logistically. I personally feel like when you are using an appointment service you should take those customers as close to their appt time as possible and advise the walk ins that it is a 30 min or 1 hr wait etc. It is common practice to do things that way. The girl that was processing the tsa precheck was nice and quick but it was a little scary because doing it quickly leaves room for mistakes and it was hard to confirm accuracy under the pressure and rush that was being felt. Cost is the same as other processing centers.

Outside of my personal opinion about location the process is easy. You go into the building and scan your QR code. A locker opens up and you put the item in and close it. After that it sends you an email confirmation. You don't deal with anyone because there's no one to assist you if you needed help which is also an issue for some. The quality of the service is ok because it's simple. The value is good because there's not cost to use this option.

I've worked in customer service for about 10 years and the manager at this location had some of the worst I've seen. Went in to get a paper notarized and she was on the phone and trying to tell us that we came to late to get it notarized. Business hours say they're open until 6:30 and we got there at 6. I let her know that it did not say that on her website and she said "well things don't update sometimes because of covid. I'll do it for you guys this one time. Just so you know for future". Rude. That's not really how you handle a situation with good customer service. I'll never give my business to this location again. read more

Every time I come this store, my experience is awesome. Alex the store manager is great, she always willing to help all customers. I go to this store alot, so I have seen it with my own eyes. Eduardo is great also, I have seen where a customer is pissed at pricing, which has nothing to do with the employees, yet the customer a (kevin) was cussing Eduardo out and he handled the situation, in a manner that any good customer service worker could. They were very friendly and paciente, and explained all options for shipping. They would give you any discount available. If you needed any help with a package they would help you. If you were sending several packages to the same place they would secure everything in one box so you would pay a better price. If you had any questions they eagerly gave you an answer. Since my printer at home stopped working and the pandemic, every week I had to go to the ups store down by my house and it's always busy but they don't take long for them to get what I need and since this is my second class where I need to print things, the staff already knows who I am and quickly gets the job done. read more

On 10/24/20 i went in to the UPS store on Sierra Ave in Fontana to return some items to Amazon, having problems with my cell phone not connecting to the Wi-Fi.
