I had a package delivered there and it stated it had been delivered and signed for by one of the workers. When I showed up to pick up my package I was told nothing was ever delivered!! This doesn't make any sense when ups gave me the name of the person who signed for it !!!! It seemed like the employees didn't give two f's about my package and wouldn't even look for it !!!!! When my husband and I moved from one house in Fontana to another, we had to keep our address a secret from my crazy stepfather, who we feared would hunt us down to bring our family harm. So, we didn't want to have our new physical address attached to our mailing address. Although we could have pursued legal options to get a free anonymous address, instead, we chose to rent a box at a UPS store. If the service was not as outstanding as it is, we would have canceled the box when the immediate threat lifted. But we have come to appreciate just how friendly and helpful and efficient everyone who works at the Sierra Lakes location is. Alex is especially friendly and helpful. But so are Carmen, Heidi and Jesus. We have had the box for a few years now and they recognize my husband and I and always offer to retrieve our packages before we even present the ticket. I'm not sure how they keep so many box numbers and names and faces straight! Despite the expense, we will continue to use the UPS Store for our mail if only to see the friendly staff and to know that our packages are safe. :) read more

I came in during my lunch hour and was help by Hillary. She gave me amazing service that day and assist me with all my need for shipping my important packages. She keep a smile the whole time even as the store got busy. Also help me fill out my shipping label that I was having trouble understanding, I didn't feel rush even tho there was a long line behind me. I have been coming to this place for 3 years almost everyday. Now I don't even bother to go there at all. New people came from other UPS stores are very rude & not helpful at all. They have been several times refused my boxes because I have too many of them and they're heavy. What A Lazy people. They don't want to lift boxes...I don't know why they are working here. I Complained to the owner & it seems like he doesn't care. He will take my boxes, if they ship it for me...He wants to make more money. Problem didn't resolved at all. This is my neighborhood UPS stores & now I have to drive 15 more miles to different UPS locations. I needed to ship items that I had packed to ship,and I also had items that I needed UPS to pack, as the items were fragile and heavy. There was a lot! Eduardo, Alex and Adrianna were all very helpful and explained the charges to get all of that to Texas! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If you need to ship something DO NOT GO HERE! I had to ship something certified so I purchase the big envelope and the cashier tells me to fill it out so I go to the table they have in the middle to fill it out and another lady was doing the same the manager ADRIANA tells the girl cashiers to get a table outside for us to fill it out because "she has a line outside and can't have us taking out time filing stuff out" I swear I'm not being dramatic her EXACT WORDS! I was pissed but I had my kids with me so I didn't want to pop off back at her so I fill it out in my car go back to the door she has me WAIT outside another 5 mins even though I was before all these other people! I turn in my stuff then the girl says I wrote it the wrong way since it's a few papers it's considered a package so I had to purchase ANOTHER big envelope & re-do it! At this point I've spent over 30 minutes there I'm irritated the manager has no type of customer service skills and the blonde haired cashier is just rude when speaking to customers! I'm so disappointed with this place... I was in the area on 3-11-17 and needed to mail something so I went in and bought an envelope paid for postage. I was told it wouldn't go out till Monday, I was ok with that. Well it's 3-21-17 and it still hasn't made it to its destination (was going to San Jose CA). I have called them twice and all they could say is it went out. They don't even try to help in any way. Would not recommend this place. read more

Chris and his team were dealing with technical difficulties while their IT guy was on lunch, and they did a fantastic job of maintaining their poise, and servicing a store full of guests. Very impressed with their customer service, and their positive attitude while their computer outage was taking over 5 minutes per transaction. Well, I parked for two minutes, and I came back out--that was fast! Amazing, fast, and friendly customer service. I had to drop off some textbooks that I was selling back to Amazon, and they immediately examined the size of my bundle of books and matched it with the right box. I didn't have to package it or anything, they just printed my receipt and took care of it. The girl who assisted me was very friendly, great service, I would recommend this location! This review is solely for this location and customer service of those who work here, if I had to write review about how the actual UPS (slow) service flying or riding to the destination it needs to get, I would have an entirely different commentary -__- read more

I am a Notary and had to drop off 3 sets of loan docs. I was out of envelopes & I was stressed that they would give me a hard time about providing me the envelopes since they were all prepaid. I was pleasantly surprised. Great service and they didn't think twice about giving me the envelopes. I have had issues with other UPS stores when I ask for supplies if they aren't making money off of me. It's not like they pay for the UPS supplies! They are free. read more

Horrible customer service tonight. Actually, it was a joke. On top of being treated like I was a bother, the unposted and unstated extra rates were outrageous. I asked for 4 pages to be printed that I emailed to them. They said no problem. After waiting with my packages way too long for as empty as they were, I get handed the packing label print outs and they walk away. Guess I needed to tape everything up myself. Apparently the one out of three employees working was too busy helping another customer to get their packing labels printed and on the boxes for them?!? Then they ring me up and I pay. When I finally get the receipt, I ask what the additional $4 charge is for......then I'm finally told that they charge a $4 fee to open the email, then additional fees to actually print?!?!? WTF is that? Nowhere is that email opening fee posted and never was I told. Then to top it off, the person who "helped" me actually acted offended that I would ask and/or be pissed about it. I've been to this ups store before and I've never had to wait as long as I had to wait today. I came in to send a package out this morning I was told to e mail the label since I had one already I also had to print the packaging slips with the package. Well not only was there computer slow , after my label and package slips were printed I was not assisted right away I had to wait after there was a rush of people coming in and out being assisted first than me I wish Jennifer was a better help and I wish the service was quicker like the posts office too bad the only option I had was ups and fed ex due to ups being close by I thought it would be quicker. read more

First of all, the employees here are: rude, make you feel unwelcome, and that you are a bother to them. I went in to print something out from my email account and that is something I don't really know how to do. I had trouble, so I asked for help, expecting them to be eager to help me because that is their job. When I asked one of the employees, she gave a look to her coworker and acted if I was a bother to her. She helped me with the first email, though when I needed help with another one she said I could do it myself and went back to having a conversation with her coworker. Neither of them were helpful and I felt unwanted there. To top it off when I paid for everything, I said "thank you" out of habit and she rudely ignored me and turned around. There was plenty of parking and I was helped as soon as I walked in by Jennipher and Liz. Very friendly, fast, and convenient, I will be returning here when in need of their services. The manager was very courteous and helpful the store was busy but the lines moved fast!

I recently purchased a key from them , I took a while to test the key out and when I did I realized the key did not work . I couldnt find my receipt but took the key back , upon explaining the girl who assisted me was dismissive and seemed burdened by my attempt to receive help , she looked at my key and told me there was no way this key could be repaired, I jokingly said " not with that attitude " she begrudgingly laughed and very annoyed gave it a shot . Got home it didn't work. I was pretty much going to give up then , today I found the receipt but am 80% sure I trashed the key , I called in to ask if they would help me and explained what had happened they let me know they weren't going to help me at all. Very bad experience and I will avoid returning because of the poor service and feeling like a bother and a burden just feels crappy and that's exactly how I felt dealing with the girls there . Credit Card Fraud Alert !!! I believe someone here stole my credit card info when I called in to renew my ups box. Talked to Jennifer, the person who took my credit card info. This store was the only time I used this reloadable card (purposely to see if they were stealing my info because it is the second time this has happened). Two days later the fraud department for this card called me about suspicious charges being attempted. It had to be them. Nobody except me and that person ever had that credit card number..EVER. Still waiting on call from owner. Called the store and Jennifer said she would make sure owner got my concerns. Contacted police and am in the process of filing a fraud report. Beware!!! read more

I printed a bunch of banners from this location over the phone and Ariel was very helpful. I had no idea what i was doing or how to do it but she was able to answer all my questions and walked me step by step in the process of what was going to be done in order to get me what i wanted. She called and verified everything before she started the prints and let me know when they would be completed for pick up. I thought me being so unprepared, I was going to spend quite a bit of time in the store, but to my knowledge the staff, Juan, Krystal & Mat were super friendly. I wanted to write a review about a really kind and sweet worker. I use to go and do shipping at the UPS store off sierra lakes and would see her there always smiling so helpful and noticed always helping multiple people . I haven't shipped in awhile but I went in to that store to do faxes and miscellaneous things and went a couple of times but didn't see her anymore it was a different experience. I happen to be in the area off Jurupa and saw there was another UPS store needed to ship overseas to my son and there she was still helpful and remembered me which I appreciated. Again just as happy and so so helpful because this was my first time shipping overseas. Thank You Krystal for always being incredibly helpful.
