I waited 30 mins and left. Why do they offer appointments if they don't respect people's time. You are all better off finding a mobile Notary. I came in with about 20 next day air orders 550pm, 10 minutes before next day cutoff, all prepaid, so only need to be dropped off. UPS employee told me that I was too late and that I could not drop off. Luckily, the UPS driver was understanding and reasonable and let me drop off. I went in yesterday after calling to confirm a package had arrived. I show up and a lady by the name of Sara went to "look" for my package . She walked to the back glanced over some boxes and told me to check back tomorrow. I informed her I had a message from UPS that the package had arrived and phone confirmation. She stated sometimes The drivers mark off that the boxes are there and don't actually leave them. She was just being lazy , I asked her if she could please actually look for the box and not just tell me it wasn't there. I pointed at the area and she said those were all old packages yet that's exactly where she had glanced over to see if my package was there. She then asked if I wanted to file a missing package claim. I don't understand why it was so difficult for her simply look. She had a blank stare the whole time that annoyed me , I would have been out of there immediately had she just done her job. I ended up coming first thing in the morning today and sure enough the package was there in the area Sara refused to look over . I will never have something delivered to this UPS again. Called before arriving for Notary and drop off. Got here then told, "the girl is in a meeting" but I can wait for a discount. They advised they could only text her to see if she could get excused to provide one of their services. Let's be clear, the girl never steped out of the meeting, they texted her and I still waited. I only caught a break because another girl was coming back from lunch. I also still had to ask for the discount when I was being rang up for the inconvenience of the delay. 5-10 mins can make a big difference. Second time trying to send item back to amazon and workers do not help whatsoever at this store! According to amazon the ups worker needs to scan a QR code that amazon emails to you and they should be able to print up a label and return item with that code. They always state "you need a return label on the package ". I don't know if they just don't want to print out the label or font want to do extra work? This has happened twice., now I have to come back home and get on amazon to find the return label which is not easy to do since I already received the return QR code. I got on my daughters Yelp account to complain about the horrible experience I had at this location earlier today. A young extremely rude associate named Alex was the one helping me. I needed to ship a package and from the moment she attended to me so was so rude. She continually rolled her eyes when helping me whenever I would ask her a question.... never once did I get a smile. I will no longer be going to this UPS store. The other two employees that were there seemed pleasant and nice... I was really hoping I could have got lucky enough to get one of them to help me instead. I own my own business and customer service is essential to the growth and prosperity of any business. I had a simple Amazon return....and a 2 year old begining a melt down. I walked in with nothing but my item and a print out of the mailing label. I made an appointment online, I arrived to the place at approximately 12:30 (my appointment was at 1:00pm). I checked in and was told that the Notary person was at lunch which was fine as we were early. We went to the nearby stores to pass time. We arrived back at the store at 1:00pm waited for approximately 10 minutes then a customer service rep told us that the Notary person would not be available until maybe after 1:30 pm. We decided to leave. At approximately 1:30pm I receive a phone call from the notary gal stating she is confused as to why we weren't at our appointment. She took no responsibility for her part in being late she said she called every scheduled customer to inform them of her lack of availability. Worst customer service. I went to return amazon items an was charged for returning them, I have never payed for amazon returns. This young girl didn't even give me her name she is a Latina with thin long ash color hair super rude no people skill she yelled at an old couple for entering the store they where respecting the six feet distance told them to stand out side, with a harsh tone never did she explain they had a 3 person rule for inside the store. When she asked what was I doing in those words I told her I was returning amazon items I showed her my phone with the information to be scanned she yelled at me said I had to pay 7 dollars to print and some other percentage for the papers I informed her I have never payed to return amazon items she took another customer that was standing behind me and she said we charge here I was so upset took that long drive to this drip off area to be tested rudely and to have had to pay to return items I know there was. Carolina had a huge smile when I walked in and treated me very well even though the printer at the shop went down while I was there. She answered my questions and was very patient during a time when nearly everybody and their mama showed up to print. The whole experience wasn't the best but I'm a naturally happy person and Carolina was amazing!! She should be commended. I will return! read more

This is not for the Store this review is for the delivery driver that had his helper throw my package at my front door as I was opening my door good thing it was not glass. Also my package was supposed to be here on Saturday here it is Monday. Most of the time it's what ever if my packages are a little late but this package is a gift for my husband birthday I would not have time to reorder this item if it never arrived or was broken. The service at this location was quite superb. As usual, I came in , a fury tornado of a mess. Greeted by Hillary , immediately she was able to take my large packages and answer all my related questions. 2nd visit I Came again on a busy day and there was Hillary, slinging boxes and helping customers in a very structured and managed composure. This tornado "ME" was a category 5 , but Hillary handled herself quite well. The manager on duty was helpful and did her best to accommodate my issues as well. I go here because it is close to work and I can usually run in on my lunch hour. On went in on the 18th around 2:30 pm. One thing I don't like, and I will complain about as I am here, is an employee taking my business who has an attitude. This gal in her 20's was less than polite and acted like she could care less if I was there or not. And they charge 80 cents for a 55 cent stamp.
