Well, I had a prepaid labeled package and they accepted it. They told me that the earliest fedex picks up is 4:30. Another one comes at 5pm. One is ground shipping and the other is another type, overnight maybe. So glad they accept it because UPS was kind of rude about me inquiring about it and usps didn't accept it. These folks were super nice over the phone. I know these jobs aren't fun and people can be impatient and rude and it could easily ruin your day but I'm just saying these people are still nice over the phone. I appreciated it. And many FedEx locations are kind of far from here so thank you for accepting FedEx packages!

Did not even begin processing until 12:30 There is only 1 girl here that can approve all the processing for TSA, passports etc. The other guy here is only able to do office and shipping services, at the very last minute she might have began training him to help with passports and tsa but it was quite a inefficient process and maybe they should just not allow appointments online if they can't work it out logistically. I personally feel like when you are using an appointment service you should take those customers as close to their appt time as possible and advise the walk ins that it is a 30 min or 1 hr wait etc. It is common practice to do things that way. The girl that was processing the tsa precheck was nice and quick but it was a little scary because doing it quickly leaves room for mistakes and it was hard to confirm accuracy under the pressure and rush that was being felt. The manager isn't any better in her treatment of long term customers. I've been a box renter at this facility for over 10 years and I received a package for one of our team members, the package had her name on it instead of mine so they wanted to charge me $15 dollars plus $15 dollars per day that the package was there waiting for me to pick up which was about a week, just because my name is the one on the box. They wouldn't give me the package without paying their extortion fee so I told them to send the package back. I would highly recommend driving a little further to the next franchise store where customers are treated with respect.

Unfortunately, The new ownership not only has a bad attitude but will also take advantage of customers. I was charged $114.50 to send a three-page document to Asia using their USPS service. When I checked USPS.com at home, I discovered that the actual Priority Mail cost was only $45.40. I returned to question the $69 overcharge, and their explanation was that $45.40 is the price if you go directly to the post office, while the additional $69 was their "service fee." They further admitted that they add a service fee to every transaction--even for the purchase of a single stamp. While I understand reasonable service fees, charging $69 on top of a $45 transaction is excessive, deceptive, and exploitative. This is not a fair business practice; it is price gouging. I strongly caution anyone considering this location: always ask for the exact service charge in writing before agreeing to mail anything. Otherwise, you may end up paying double or more than the actual USPS , DHL or FedEx prices . I would rate it ZERO stars if I could

Called me 15 minutes before they closed on Saturday. When I spoke to Adrian i was frustrated and told him i was angry about the damage caused. He retaliated by charging me 23 bucks more for the screen. He tried to charge me 47$. This place is a rip off. Do not take your phone to them or they will damage your phone and then charge you to repair damage they caused.
