I asked both people behind the counter if the price of printing was per document or per page and literally 3 times they both told me the price was per document. Refused entry over a mask after I cited my exemption. Took my business to a nearby UPS store that does not discriminate over masks.

I do not ship items often so this was a very unfortunate dip into that little experience. I needed to ship a hard drive up north and paid two day shipping there and back. My friend I sent this to sent it back through USPS. I called this location to cancel the tracking number and to please give me my money back. Victor was very kind but according to store policy, they could not give me a refund since I did not have the label in hand. I contacted Corporate, they said it is up to the store if they want to give me a refund. In short saying this store simply refuses to provide a refund on a now useless tracking number. Thank you victor for your kindness, but I will not be doing business with your location any further. I post this as a warning to everyone else. This store may find a way to make sure you don't get a refund for anything. read more

This is how all UPS stores should be ran. They have a line outside since they allow only 3 customers inside at one time. They have a greeter who asks what service you need at the door and once it's your turn they send you to a staff member to help. The gentleman started on my paperwork for the live scan while he was waiting for his coworker to take over my appointment and she was extremely friendly and helpful. Then she told me to wait on the opposite side so she can process my Amazon return and a staff member greeted me and asked how she can help. I mean seriously they were all willing to jump in to help one another and never asked any questions. This has to be the first time I have ever seen great team work and received amazing customer service. read more

I highly recommend to use another UPS store if possible. The staff here acts friendly but is real rude and unprofessional. I been coming here for a year and have tried using the other location off Summit next to the stater brother market. This staff will not offer the best price or most economic way to ship. All they care is to get you out and take your money. They tried to sell me a box for $11. I saw a tube that sold for $6.99 and worked for what I was shipping. Went in to drop off my direct Tv router no box, no additional packaging requested the woman who helped me was polite and friendly. It was a little busy but they were pretty quick at processing requests so I didn't wait long. I am glad I yelped this place because I didn't realize I had a location so close to me. A lost package is never fun so when I went to pick up my package at the south fontana store and the team member, Alex, told me it was at the post office and told me to call I was taken aback by the poor customer service. I decided to call this store to see if they could help me out with some more clarification and a team member by the name of Kelly answered. Her customer service compared to Alex's was night and day. Kelly was able to reach out to my post office to see what the issue was and even called me back to let me know what had happened with my package. Kelly's customer service and care came off as very genuine and I felt as if she really wanted to help me with my issue. Kelly knocked it out of the park and even though this location is not the closets to me I know I will be coming here if I ever need anything again. Kelly went above and beyond, thank you Kelly! If I could give 0 stars I would, but I can't. I came in last week to do a live scan fingerprint and the young man by the name of Eduardo that did them, incorrectly submitted by social security number. I called them and asked if I could redo them and they could possibly waive the rolling fee since they overlooked this. He said no. I understand that they have you sign off to make sure everything looks correct, but when he read my social security number to me, he said the correct number. So he must have submitted it incorrectly when he did it the second time. I had even said I'd pay the federal fees because I know that can't be waived, but he straight up said he wouldn't waive the rolling fee. This is $74 gone to the trash because the worker was rushed and just wanted me to get out the door. Never again will I return to this store again. And BTW, I will be taking this matter to BBB!!!!! read more

I placed an order from Bed, Bath and Beyond which was delivered by Fed Ex to our UPS location on Sierra Lakes. When we went to pick up my packages, one was missing and no clue where it was or what happened to it. Kelly, Ruby & Bre, tried to help me figure out what happened to my package but to no avail. They were very polite and helpful. I decided to go home and contact B B & B. But, as soon as I got home, I got a call from UPS, they located my package! They called the UPS Summit location and sure enough my package was there! Fed Ex mistakenly delivered it to the wrong location! Seriously, Fed Ex!!! Not ok- but thanks to these wonderful ladies, my package was tracked down and found and I was able to lock it up- I want to also say thank you to the employees on Summit for holding on to my package and bringing it to my car for me. read more

I was in a bind looking for packing peanuts and couldn't find any available UPS stores that had them, after calling several stores, Perris took the time and opportunity to go above and beyond and assisted me in ordering what I needed without hesitation! Absolutely horrible experience. I wanted to ship a computer from california to san antonio. They stated because the computer had a glass a single side panel, that they had to add 6" packing all around the entire computer and would have to charge me for a 30" x 30" x 30" box. The computer was only 17"x17"x7". The cost to ship ups ground was over $400. I asked them to pack it in a smaller box. They refused stating they would be responsible for any damages and its their policy. I then purchased a 24"x18"x18" box which they stated the cost would be $180 shipped, so i went to home depot, purchased packing materials and packed it myself putting in the entire 100 foot roll of bubble wrap into the box. I returned to them where they stated they had to charge me 1 inch larger on all dimensions to cover them for any additional costs by UPS. So they wanted to fraudulently charge me for a 25"x19"x19" box. I took the box to work where we have a UPS shipping account, and it was only $86 to ship. This UPS Store franchise is fraudulently overcharging so the greedy owner can make more money. Don't ever go to one of these places! read more

All our documents showed that it was shipped through access point yet they still insisted on charging us $10 to pick up our package. Never had any issues with the UPS store that we used to go to. This is the worst UPS store i have ever dealt with..Customer service is terrible. I shipped a package that need to be there at a certain time and my package came back to me all tore up with no postage on it that I paid for. I called to make sure Britney the store manager was going to be in there was told she'd be in there Monday morning from the hours at 10:30 to 1:30. I get there no Britney she's at another store for whole week. So we deal with some other lady that was obnoxious rude did not want to resolve the issue yelled at me in front of other customers after a long arguing with her she finally refunds me my money. Very disappointed with this store. I sent something to San Diego on 5/12. They told me I would need to rush it to get there by 5/17. I didn't have a choice as it was for a baby shower, so I paid the $20. The package ended up going to Kentucky and back to San Diego but days after I paid for it to arrive. I understand coronavirus slowed things down, but it should have never been sent to Kentucky, nor should I have had to pay for it to be rushed when it didn't make it on time. I went into the store and explained the situation to a manager the next week. He agreed with me and said he'd look into it and call me back. I never got a call. I called the store again a week later and was told the manager was looking into it and should be calling me back. Again, no call. If you want something to arrive on time, DON'T go here. read more

Love this ups store ! I'm a local and come here almost everyday to pick up labels and ship my packages. I do have my little one with me always and trying to set my packages up can be a handful , however they are always so great about spotting me and getting my labels ready while I get my boxes ready to be shipped .
