Terrible!! I was dropping off a package to this ups since I was in the area. It wasn't an Amazon return either, just a regular retail store drop off. Such a mistake. I will actively avoid this ups location in the future. My package was sealed and I had a paper label printed. The older man wanted to charge me $3 to attach the label to the package. I asked for my package back but he kept going on and on with a long lecture about why he has to charge such a fee and why it's fair. By the time he was done, I was over it and reached for my package. Then he condescendingly said he'd take it, rudely implied he was doing me a huge favor, and said to never do that again. Then he took the package and label and just threw them and completely turned his back to me and walked away without saying thanks or bye. I didn't know the interaction was over. The other ups stores in the area would never do this. They happily provide the see-thru window and fold up the label to tuck in for me or tape the label to the package. This ups legit doesn't want you coming here. Reading all the other negative reviews, I'm wondering if there's ever friendly service. Feels odd to write a review for a ups, but I really disliked my experience enough to write about it. read more

I love the customer service! I showed up at 8am and the door was locked. Then I noticed that the store doesn't open up until 8:30. As I walked away, he opened up the door and said, "Come in." he opened up his store half hour early to let me do some Amazon returns. Love that! read more

I frequent this location quite often. Mostly for Amazon returns and sometimes shipment of other items. During peak hours, it does get pretty busy but that's just part of any business. I see a lot of customers get frustrated because their Amazon returns requires they pack it themselves or print their own shipping label. As a frequent returner, this is made thru Amazon when you choose to make a return. It is not the store who made the choices for you. If you go in expecting them to provide it all for you, then you'll be charged accordingly. Don't be disgruntled because you didn't read the directions properly. The rest of us in line are annoyed at YOU (not the store) for not being prepared and then making a scene out of it. The anger I have seen customers place on the workers just tells me the type of people out there in the world. They're just doing their job. Goodness gracious. For those of you who didn't read your directions properly and come on Yelp to complain and threaten to not return to the store, we thank you. The workers don't deserve that sort of abuse and the other customers don't want to hear your complaints when you're clearly the one in the wrong. read more

Sean is never anything but courteous, helpful, and welcoming. He is always willing to guide and answer any questions that a customer has. Unfortunately, I have witnessed the blatant mistreatment of him by rude customers - which is unacceptable in a welcoming community like this. I came right before closing to send a package to japan for Father's Day! I accidentally brought my letter in a USPS package. The man at the desk was so kind in explaining to me different methods of envelopes and pricing according to express shipping etc. He was very welcoming in helping other customers as well although it was close to closing time. I've had poor experiences before at other post offices but this one was great and I did not feel rushed. Store was clean and since the customer service was excellent, I would highly recommend this UPS and I will be coming back here :)! I believe the man who helped me was named Sean. I've gone to this business at least 4 times over the past month. Each time there is a middle age man who either yells at me to "well? Put the package down! Not there!" Seriously, I say hi and smile every time I go in the store. I never complain when I have to wait. He never looks at me, always head down and rude comments. ("What?! No receipt?! Here!! " and in a patronizing tone "see what it says here? Label needed...didn't you read it?") The store is full of customers who are shocked on his rudeness to me. I'm finding a new UPS store. Ps: Newly hired counter staff are very nice but don't seem to stay long. They are always hiring. The guy who seems to be the owner seems to hate Amazon returns and most people. read more

The older guy is an absolute jerk. It's all automated and all the signs were not clear. I wasn't the only one confused. I asked if the package belonged on the counter and without any word he just pointed at the large bin as if I was suppose to know where the package went. He was an absolute joy to deal with. Try customer service next time, cranky ass old man. Response to whoever responded to this review: First of all, take another look at your signage and consider making it clearer. If your goal is to be passive-aggressive, you might as well be direct and say, "We don't even want to talk to you. Use the kiosk and if you dare to look confused, we will look at you like you're stupid" Also, judging by how quickly this review was responded to, along with the numerous similar complaints, your business should seriously reconsider its approach to customer feedback. Your responses come across as overly defensive, as if you're more concerned with proving you're right and the customer is wrong. I went there on a Saturday at noon. I had an appointment for a Livescan for a job. At the moment I walked in, there was only one person in front of me, but within a few minutes, there was a line out the door of people returning packages, shipping, notary requests. Sean and his assistant handled every customer quickly and efficiently. They were both very pleasant and friendly while they worked quickly. Today I went into the store to get a copy of my resume because I ran out of ink at home. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a friendly face. I emailed my resume to be printed and when I was getting ready to pay the gentleman ,which I believe was the owner, asked if I was going to an interview and I said yes. He smiled and said don't worry about it, it's on the house. I couldn't believe it, I was flustered because I thought I was not going to make it to the interview on time, but all that worry went away with the wonderful gesture. I stopped by to get a document notarized and ended up having a great experience. I hardly review retail stores, but I felt this spot deserved a great review. I was assisted by Sean, whom I believe is the franchise owner, and he was very friendly and helpful. Through our conversation he was able to help me both fax and UPS the original notarized document to NYC. I had only planned on getting it notarized and faxing and mailing it myself. It may have cost me a few extra dollars to have them do it, but it made it much easier for me to have a one-stop shop. It saved me the trouble of running back home to fax it and then to the post office to mail it. It's not often that the person helping you actually listens to you and finds a way to solve your problems. I wasn't asking for his help, I was just talking about what the document was and what I needed to do with it. Kudos to Sean for actually listening.
