TERRIBLE service! Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. RUN Forest, RUN! Extremely rude older gentleman, actually annoyed with customers, and he royally screwed up something as simple as an Amazon return that was already boxed and properly labeled. He insisted we break it up into two packages (which I've never done as the items were from the same order) I'm guessing if he has two different labels and two different packages he gets paid more!?! All that needed to happen was scan my QR code hand me my receipt and move on. One minute of time. After an incredibly frustrating amount of time trying to appease him, I finally insisted he give me the packages back and I was leaving. He insisted on cutting the label off of the package?! Amazon needs to audit this store and reconsider having them as any Amazon drop off place. There's something a little screwy here. Oh and the older man, guessing the owner, also made a comment chewing out all the customers (?!) that they've been open since 9:00 a.m. and they should have come then instead of having a big line now. Unbelievable. If he's so annoyed about having customers in his store, then he's in the wrong business. There are plenty of other UPS stores in the area, make your day a little better and make sure you go to those stores. read more

They have everything you need to package and ship your items out. They even do passport renewals which I will be using for the future. Staff is friendly and provides various options to ship & return. Although the self ship kiosk is a great option it can be a little confusing the first few times using it. The ups location is very conveniently located with plenty of parking and designated customer spots to park. read more

I recently stopped in to return an amazon return where they were listed as a drop off location that accepted the QR code . I brought in a small package in its original shipping over box and had the QR code ready and was told that because it needed a 6" piece of tape they would need me to pay a service fee! UFB!!! Maybe a "hey it's the policy but since it's just a piece of tape I'll take care of it this time" would have got them their shipping fee from azon, kept a current customer happy and maybe this review would have been different. Seems petty but was a major pain and I will actually no longer ship anything from this location. read more

Been coming to the store now for a couple years. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. It can get busy at times but they're always really quick and very attentive to get what I need done and a quick timely manner. Sean is especially great he's I think the owner/manager there, he's always very friendly and he's taken care of some issues for me in the past, he even let me in a few minutes before opening to get an important package out once. Quick introduction, I grew up in Lake Forest and have lived in different addresses between Foothill Ranch and Rancho Santa Margarita. I got tired of updating my mailing address each time I moved, so I decided to rent a mailbox at this location. I have been going in and out of this store for years (weekends and weeknights). Without exception, every single time I have walked into this UPS store, either Sean or Scott have greeted me. Even when it's busy and the line is out the door, they have said "hey, how's it going?". They immediately go back to helping the customer and I go on with my day. But I appreciate the friendly, welcoming gesture. I have done both sending and receiving here and I frequent this place of business on a regular basis and my experiences have always been great. I decided to go to this UPS store location because it was on my way back from running an errand. I have full regrets on that decision. I wanted to make a simple Amazon return and was treated rudely when I didn't see the sign that pointed me to a self serve kiosk. The gentleman working was very condescending and treated me like I didn't know anything and I don't know how to follow directions just because the Amazon return portion of the sign was a very small print. He proceeded to chastise me when I tried to move the terminal because I couldn't see it. He also pointed me to a bag that was too small for the item I had and then got frustrated with me and took it away from me and proceeded to try to stop it in the bag after I left. Now I don't even know if my return is going to make it back. I will go back to my normal UPS store where there is no self service kiosk and they actually have employees that help you and are friendly. If you'd like to be treated like a human and not in a condescending manner, I would recommend going to a different location. read more

We have appointed Sean the 'King of Ship'! It is a well deserved title for a man that goes above and beyond to help his customers. I originally went to the Alicia Parkway Store (don't go there) but decided to drive a little further to see if service was better. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE WITH THE BEST SERVICE! I have been going to this location for 4 years now to satisfy my notary needs. They have always provided excellent and fair service to all of their customers. Any negative mention they receive is due to individuals sending returns and not reading the instructions to tape and label their packages correctly. They are willing to provide packaging and labeling services for a nominal fee, and customers should respect that. read more

Really appreciate that this was one of the few stores open on New Years Eve and they took care of me 30 seconds before closing even though I wasn't totally ready! Appreciate the services they offer. I wish others in the community would keep in mind that it's not easy owning a business in Orange County with all the entitlement that exists here. They are always welcoming and helpful...to the point that the other day, when I mistakenly checked the "Whole Foods" Box on one of my returns, Sean walked me through the process of changing it (Which was not an easy task!) But, his patience and kindness were greatly appreciated! Been using this location for a few years and never had a problem. Today I brought an Amazon return package in and apparently things changed where it now says "customer packed" under the QR code. I used to bring Amazon returns in here with the top of the box open and UPS would simply tape the box shut and ship it. Costs them mere pennies to use that piece of tape. This time the guy at the counter, Scott, refused to take the package and refused to simply close the box with a piece of tape. So instead I had to leave with the box, drive all the way home, put a stupid piece of tape on it, then drive back (because I was NOT about to buy an entire roll of tape for a single piece). Total waste of my time for a stupid piece of tape and Scott was complety rude about it. Then when I came back the 2nd time his barcode scanner couldn't read the QR code from the Amazon email I was showing him on my phone and his response was again rude. After having to log into Amazon on my browser and find the QR code in my account it finally worked. Terrible customer service and making me rethink ever using this location again. After seeing all the other negative reviews on here and Google for this UPS location, it's no surprise I had such a terrible experience. Perhaps it's time customers started alerting the UPS regional manager about this location's poor service. Also, as a small business owner myself, I suspect the owner is padding reviews on here and Google with friend's reviews because it's odd for a business to have such a high amount polarizing 1 and 5 star reviews. From my experience I recommend people trust the 1 stars, not the 5s. read more
