The staff and store manager Sean were very nice and patient. Your in and out of this location very quickly as well. I would recommend this location to do your shipping and returns. I have been coming to this location for the past 6 months and I had nothing but friendly, exceptional customer service. I come here for printing services, as well as amazon returns. There are times when amazon tells me just to scan the QR code at the UPS location with no box and no shipping label needed, other times is when I do have to package the item myself. Either way the service is never negative, they are transparent and friendly. Im not sure why certain people here are leaving negative reviews when all they needed to do was read the amazon instructions. Unfortunately I have had the opportunity to witness several people trying to make returns without packaging their items especially when amazon on their app is telling them to tape and having the label and box already prepared. In other words amazon is telling you well work with UPS but YOU NEED TO PACKAGE THE ITEM WITH SOME RETURNS, READ THE FINE PRINT ON AMAZON APP. The negative reviews seems to be from people being confused that some items UPS will package, tape and ship for you. Other items YOU have to do that. Good morning wonderful community. Wanted to reiterate a past posting about the UPS store on Portola near Wahoos. I didn't believe the post until I just experienced it for myself. Not just the rudeness from the owner but trying rip me off when trying to return two Amazon items that I had printed labels for boxes taped and ready to ship. Went to drop off to ship back to Amazon and the SOB told me that UPS now charges a $2.00 charge for a UPS plastic sleeve for each package. I laughed and walked out telling him I'd go to post and ship in Ralph's center. I asked the owner when I dropped off there if UPS was charging for the sleeves. He said absolutely not and would never do that. He laughed and said anytime I had a return to bring it there. Watch out for that UPS store everyone. As yelp doesn't allow you to reply to a post I will write it in the original Review. The owner apparently saw the post input on yelp and sent and sent a pre written response to the review I find it very funny that he thanked me For the lousy review and had the balls to say rules for Amazon. Funny that Bonny packagers were ready for Shipment taped and label in hand. There was no need for any services except for a couple free ups plastic sleeves to put labels in. He claimed that UPS charges 2.00 for the plastic sleeves which is Bill Sh...T. He can justify everyone's poor experiences to the customers fault. The most shady place I've ever dealt with. I've been here when people get upset because they can't read directions when Amazon says you need to box and tape and attach a label. I'll start off by talking about the elephant in the room: there are a lot of negative reviews about this UPS amazon return location. Let me tell you first hand, from being a recurring customer to this location for about 3 years, quite simply, people are not reading the packaging requirements for each type of return they are submitting. Amazon does not have a "one size, fits all" standard for returning items (some packages are managed by third-party sellers and have different requirements). Some packages require packaging by the consumer, some do not, and others require submitting to the US Postal Service. However, it's clear a lot of folks just don't read the details about the particular package they are returning. I have had nothing but a great experience here because I read the specific instructions for each return, as everyone should. I always show up prepared and adhere to the specific package instructions, you should too. The negative comments you see are most likely related to this. I have never had one bad experience with this location, especially the owner. Folks! Read the requirements on each return! I cannot stress this enough. Attention to detail - don't spout off some random internet article that says Amazon covers it all; Amazon is a business as well and so is UPS. They are not charities with bountiful donors - if you consider the sheer volume of folks looking for a handout of free tape or materials (this location easily gets over 200 returns on any given day), think about this if your first inclination is seeking a free handout. 200 x ABC cost adds up. Businesses are in it for making profit above the break-even point and the only way you can contest this is if you are against Capitalism. Great people work here! I was shipping a large framed puzzle and was told that I could save money if I go to Home Depot and buy a Flat Panel TV box for shipping and come back. I did exactly that and left the box puzzle in their capable hands. When it arrived in TN we were impressed at the attention to detail that was taken to pack the rather large item. I've been going to this UPS store most of for my Amazon & Nordstrom & Macy's returns, but this is my absolute favorite UPS location. Sean is absolutely Kind, professional, and efficient. Waiting time never long and the staff is just the best. They have the best & plenty of parking spots. Have done a couple international shipments with them and they were great and knowledgeable with those as well. I came in with a return and found a line out the door. one guy (Sean) working and doing a notary thing at a glacial pace. I'm sure the notary guy had a good experience while the rest of us stood there waiting. I asked if anyone else was working just to move the line along and Sean got combative and started yelling at me that it's just him and if I wanted things to go faster then I could fill out an application and help. They have signs to this effect up too. Yeah I can see why no one wants to work there with him. Thankfully I usually use a different store. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! It is the most sorry excuse for a UPS store (or any service provider) that you will find. I'm not simply an angry customer spouting because I did not have my way. I'm writing this because I am truly shocked at the lack of humanity at this place. The store was on the list of Amazon return centers, and I live within a half mile, so I decided to take my Amazon return there. Everything was packed and labeled, but I needed a piece of tape to properly seal the box. The store told me they would have to charge me for a piece of tape! This is without exaggeration. The individual who demanded that I pay, or I "can go return it elsewhere" was not just an employee having a bad day, it was the owner. He did not blink, he did not say that he would give me a piece of tape this time but next time he'll have to charge for a piece of tape., he brazingly and condescendingly stated that he is providing a service (and apparently he sees an opportunity to charge unsuspecting customers who were referred by Amazon). Again, I have to emphasize that the service I was there for was to return a package with the Amazon provided return label specific to that store. I am not sure if he does the same for UPS shipments, and charges UPS customers who need a piece of tape $5? Once he scanned the package, he suspiciously asked me if I wanted to take a picture of the package before I left. I am suspicious because that is an odd question. Is that a veiled threat that something may happen to my package? I would not put that past him. I have lived in this neighborhood for 30 years, and I am embarrassed to have this type of greed here. This is the person who will gouge in times of emergency, and would not think twice about charging $20 for a glass of water. If he does not want to be an Amazon return center, then he should stop being that. Again, this review is meant to admonish others what they can expect from this particular facility...
