Reading the negative posts, perhaps if those returning Amazon products would read the Amazon Requirements, they would have less issues. I have returned many items to Amazon and find this UPS Store and staff to be very convenient, always professional and very informative. The issues typically are Amazon tracking issues, not UPS. Today I was shipping a product back to a Company for warranty work, not Amazon. Sean was extremely professional and finalized the account creation to allow for faster shipping needs and conducted the transition very well. I am very happy to have the convenience of this UPS Store and to those who want to complain, you can always go to the Post Office if dissatisfied. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would! I just left the Foothill Ranch UPS Store on 27472 Portola Parkway after dealing with a rude employee. It seems Amazon has changed their return policy and instead of kindly explaining that, the elderly man with an accent who works there, was unkind, rude, condescending and a complete jerk! I would have happily spent my money there to buy the envelope I needed for my return, but instead of giving this store another cent, I went to the UPS Store in Lake Forest in Trabuco and Lake Forest, where Michael was completely helpful and kind, and happily explained the changes to the Amazon return policy, and took my return with no issues. I will continue to bring my business to the Lake Forest store, rather than deal with the grumpy, rude man with zero interpersonal skills in Foothill Ranch. Do yourself a favor, avoid this store! Added to respond to the ever so lovely Scott- Lies! I acknowledged my misunderstanding with the change in policy, as a matter of fact, I redid the return in your store because again, I was unclear of the change in policy. Instead of being helpful and customer service oriented to help me through the process, you made condescending remarks, barked demands at me, and went back to ignoring me while I tried to understand the new policy changes. Own your mistakes and rudeness! It's clear you don't have customer service, nor do you care about having customers return to your store based on reviews previous to me. I wasn't the first to be treated rudely by you, and I'm certain I won't be the last. Additionally, I did not act in an entitled manner like you, nor did I make rude comments to you. Unfortunately, after being nice couple times and asking us to leave a good review, which we did. The guy over there turned to be so rude with my wife. I don't recommend this store as they are so mean and you will be frustrated. They need to know how to treat their customers and be respectful to them. I am not really sure why they get frustrated with Amazon returns. It takes time, I totally get it but if you will treat people like trash to return your purchases just don't do it, it's simple. F'n rude AF!!! I didn't have tape to close an Amazon box for an item I was returning and they were charging me $2 for F'n tape. Are you serious? I went to the one I usually go to and they were nice and used some of their tape. The head guy raises his voice at me and says... there are 2 signs that customers must seal all packages. When I responded with, are you serious? He says that I can go elsewhere. I took my package to go to the other UPS store. You guys need to work on your customer services. read more

I refuse to go to this store. The two times I've been, the manager is rude and condescending. He hates Amazon returns and will make you wait in line, even if there's no one else to help, just to prove a point. As you can see from his responses, his customer service skills are non existent. Make sure you box and tape up your Amazon returns. They will charge $2-3 dollars to tape up the box. Even though Amazon instruction says they will box it all up at the location at no charge. My last couple visits to this ups store for my Amazon returns were unsuccessful and I am skeptical of their practice. 1st visit - my box was not taped so they asked for $3 to tape up the box and ship it out. 2nd visit - had a sign on the door that the Amazon is down and they can't take the returns. 3rd visit - turned away, the person at the counter told me the Amazon system isn't working (AGAIN..?) and that it's down nation wide. What's weird is that I had placed an order on Amazon just before visiting there. There were no system malfunction. it worked fine. But maybe return is different. So, I went to another location few miles away just to see if this was true but hey ! They took my item and was able to return just fine. In conclusion, I don't know if there was truly a system malfunction from Amazon nationwide like the rep told me earlier today. Just so happens this is the only ups location that supposedly is experiencing "system down" and cannot accept Amazon return. I feel like this location doesn't want to deal with customers with Amazon returns because maybe there's no profit-making and is consistently blaming the "system malfunction or system down" as an excuse to refuse customer that's not benefiting their own business. read more

I have been coming here very often now that Amazon does not offer UPS pickup. SEAN has been great and never had any problems with him or his staff. I pack and seal my packages and present the QR code for receipt. I am shocked when I see 'NON PAYING' customer trying to drop off Amazon stuff and give Sean attitude. Totally unacceptable with these rude and self entitled people! Stay away from this UPS! They have been rude to me and my fiancé several times. And now we have had it!!! You do not need to treat people with your rude attitude! Last week I went to do an Amazon return. I was told by the older man that I had to wait 10-15 minutes since the UPS truck was there and they were too busy to take us. Seriously! Get some help and hire more employees! That is not the first time this has happened and it is not my problem! I have been asked several times to wait 10-15 minutes so they could deal with the Amazon truck. I was always very kind. But I had to be at church to volunteer. Also, I did not appreciate the tone of voice used and how I was told by this older man. And also I was scolded by employee Scott for not following proper instructions for a return! I did not tape the box (never had this happen?). It's a guessing game! Amazon needs to instruct us better. I refuse to ever do business again at this location! There are better ways to speak to people! It's called tact! Then I went to the UPS Lake Forest location. I had a great experience at the UPS store in Foothill Ranch all due to their wonderful employee Sean. I arrived before the store opened after having mistaken the opening hours and Sean noticed I was waiting coming out to see how he could help. As I was heading out of town and has some Amazon returns, he allowed me to leave my packages and promised to process them when the store was open. I just tried taking in a package and the man working at the counter wouldn't take it because it had a USPS barcode. Had to go to this specific UPS Store yesterday to get LiveScan done and the owner, Sean, was so professional and helpful. He knew most everyone in line and treated them like family and he also went out of his way to assist me. I wanted to come in earlier than the appointment and he worked with me on that. He also explained every step of the LiveScan process which I appreciated. I have to get a Living Will notarized so instead of going to my local UPS store, we will be going back to his store/location.
