This is absolutely the worst UPS Store that I have encountered. I ship a lot of packages and have been to this store at least a dozen times. I don't think that I have ever had a pleasant experience. They are always understaffed. The staff that is there is extremely rude and clearly does not care about their job or customers. I am not the only one in my family/circle of friends that has experienced this either. Sadly, it has not improved and I am now driving out of my way to avoid this location altogether. But really, they pick and choose on a whim when they are actually going to work. Never had a positive or productive experience in 4 years with this store. If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service here is terrible, and whoever the Asian lady is that works here always has a terrible attitude. I will use fed ex from now. Totally unacceptable when working in customer service to have an attitude. And on top of it, all of their machines are usually broken. Great Staff and Service I showed up at a little past 6 p.m. on the Friday evening, and the store closes at 6:30. A very nice young man was inside, one with a beaming smile. I had an Amazon package to return. Amazon just sent me a big-postage-stamp squiggly thing for UPS to scan. The employee photoed it and immediately affixed the return label. No return address label needed. Painless. Employee told me there were tornadoes going on in the springs. Very overcast outside and starting to hail, 3/29/2019. I came in from out of town to print baby shower games last minute for the shower happening that afternoon. Ajay was so accommodating in allowing me to open an email file and choose the documents that I needed. He was so cheerful and extremely helpful to every customer that came into the store. Even the less than enthused return customer demanding an apology and probably a sacrifice of his first born child due to her own lateness and oversight on sending a document. He handled her with grace while I sat with my tongue literally drawing blood because of the crazy that came out of said woman's mouth. Ajay was efficient and even made sure my documents (baby shower games) were cut to size and ready for use. Do not ship your stuff through UPS. Do not pay for the insurance through them either. We mailed some Ham Radio equipment out to my husband friend. They guy at the UPS store said we didn't have the stuff pack correct. So we paid for them to repackage it and put insurance on the stuff. When they guy got the package the box was so damage that it was popped open they didn't we package stuff the stuff. When the guy pulled the stuff out of the box you can hear parts were loose. On top of this we have been fight with them since February. They want receipts and would not accept eBay receipts. My husband purchase the Radios through the HAM fest which we have no recipient. Then they want us to take the equipment to dig squad to get an estimate on how it how much it will cost to get it fixed problem is geek squad doesn't know how to work on ham radios. There are ham radios places out here that you can take and get them estimated on but the problem is it's a newer equipment and not many people know how to work on them. Now today I get an email because now they're trying to send the equipment back to the manufactured for them to fix it. They don't want to honor the insurance that we paid for. I will school back to shipping my stuff through the United States Postal Service instead of UPS as they will honor their insurance and the stuff is taken there through pride not as they do it through UPS. read more

I just became a mail box renter here. If only the rep. had been more informative I would have not rented a mail box here. According to the corporate policy you do not get a refund if you move or close your account early and access is less than optimal. hours are from 8 am to 6;30 pm, last time I checked most people are at work during these hours and can't get to their mail unless you take off early or get to work late. I've contacted UPS and made a claim against this site. read more

My husband and I are frequent sellers through eBay and we choose this location to ship all our items. The customer service is excellent, and because we are frequent shippers they all seem to know our faces. We recently had a damaged item that UPS itself refused to cover. So the manager was more then happy to assist us with a reasonable refund. We wanted to make our customer on eBay happy and he wanted to make us happy. He could have been a jerk and also refused us a refund but he was willing to work with us and because of that we will continue to return to this location. Thank you Mickey!!! read more

Our postal deliveries are done with care and understanding. The guys who deliver only have a second or two but they try to say hi and ask how my family is doing. Yes, there are mistakes from time to time but it's never thought of as malicious. Hell, we all make mistakes. The ones working the front counter don't know me by name and that's ok. Their mannerisms are professional and kind. Like we all do time to time, we get busy in our routines to notice the ones in front of us, but they mean well. read more

I went in to mail a small bubble envelop and asked the Asian lady to mail it at the cheapest rate. She measured it, never looked up the zip code and told me they could have it there in 4 days for $5.00. I told her no way because I just sent the same size envelope with heavier items with tracking at another UPS store for $4.50. She knew she got caught and then told me it would be 4 stamps. I have called and left messages for the owner to call several times with no response. Not going back there and I have told many of my Fountain friends about the situation. I wonder how many other customers she has cheated out of money. read more

Absolutely horrifying service. Sandy the manager I think...is terrible. Extremely rude for no reason at all. I'm a very friendly person and this lady is disgruntled and acts horrible to people. No customer service. I will be filing a corporate complaint. Sandy says rude inappropriate comments, has rude facial expressions, and is just a nasty human being overall. I've been in a few times and each visit is worse than the last. I started researching after the last rude encounter with this woman and go figure...other complaints against her on yelp and on Facebook. Horrible experience. She needs to be fired. read more

I have to say I've used this place often and have never crossed the problems I had this Christmas season. The communication is lack of and very frustrating. I called to ask why my package wasn't delivered by the 24th and the rude answer I was given was it went regular mail. When I said the gentleman that helped me said it would get there by that date and didn't say anything about going regular mail. If that was the case I would have driven a mile down the road and sent it through the PO priority. Sandy was extremely rude and needs to brush up on customer service because she definitely lacks it. She said who did I speak to? I told her he had a middle eastern accent and she said well that doesn't help. Really? I'm pretty sure they aren't all the same nationality in that building. I will definitely post in our community page not to use this location. I also own a business and will not ship from this location. If you want to be treated rudely then do business here if not, you're better off going to the PO or finding a different place. It's a shame that this place has gone down hill and so quickly. I just left this store about an hour ago after receiving the usual rude service that I typically encounter upon visiting. I know that I am not the only customer who has experienced such ugly service (and bold, unwarranted condescension at times!) I've watched countless interactions while waiting in line and sadly, my experience is not the exception. There is a particular woman that works there that seems regularly offended by each customer who walks in. Say hello to her upon arriving? She appears disgusted. Ask to deliver a package? She seems offended. Ask her a simple question regarding the delivery date? How dare you, you should have never asked because she "was just about to tell you that" with as much attitude as possible, anyway. I must say, it is always disheartening to visit a franchised store (usually family run and owned) and receive service that screams: "I'm going to treat you just any old kind of way because I know I'm the closest store in town to provide what it is that you need." If this UPS store wasn't just around the corner from me, I would absolutely never visit and most certainly take my PAYING self elsewhere. Small pleasantries like "hello", "how are you", "can I help you with that large box", and "thank you" should not be too much to ask in such a setting. The male employees that work at this particular location, I've found to be friendly and helpful - however, the sourness of this woman (who works quite often) overshadows even their most feeble attempts at decent customer service. read more

I walked in and requested they print a file for me so I could fill out the paper and fax it back. I was then informed I could not fax it there by a girl 30ft from the counter who was eating a bowl of something. She went on to tell me it was because they didn't have toner for the fax machine. Then suggested go next store to Safeway to try to fax it. I said well ok let's start with the first part of my request then. A second girl handed me a card to email the file and as I was sending it the first girl said you can just use that computer over there to print it. So I said ok and went to the computer to print. The computer read 1.99 for 1 minute-15 minutes, so then I asked how much would it be just to have them print it for me. The first girl answered rudely it's the same 1.99 for 1 minute to 15 minutes, I replied I know I read the sign but how much to have you or an employee print a single page for me. She said 1.99. So there was no other person in the store nor did I see anyone leave as I sat in front of the store for 5 minutes gathering my digital file. Even though I have to pay 1.99 to print a single sheet. The employees still think I should have to do it on myself. For 1.99 a sheet I would expect them to take the minute to open my file and print it as a posed to me sitting at a computer switch a user having to get them to provide a password because it was not provided to me wait for the computer to load and pull up my email and print a sheet. I'm very disappointed and will not return to this location. Beware of the good reviews I guess it's hit or miss for customer service. read more

They switched owners and I was so used to Mickey being there. I have been going there for about 3 years, but I decided to give them a chance. My sister passed away last year, and I mailed some items to my brother in Pueblo and for some reason the post office returned it to me stating they couldn't find the address cause he lives far from the city. Well, I came in with my package and explained what happened to the lady and she went to get the manager. I explained to her what happened and she was able to help me. She took the time to repack the items and I had a PO box address didn't know how that worked and a physical address, she explained to me about what my opinions are. Although I was holding up the line she smiled and let them know that someone will be right with you, she took her time and made sure I understood everything about the cost and time of delivery to my brothers house, with the tracking number. OUTSTANDING service, great personality, very prompt, efficient and takes time to get the customer. Love the UPS employees. I have noticed the Asian lady has been there for awhile and I have come in when it is busy and I know people are impatient at times and start to talk about they need to get out of here, but when they get to the counter she seems to turn their attitude around they leave happy and with a smile. That's the customer service I love about them and will not go anywhere else. The post office is rude and don't care and Fed ex is over priced. I have mailed a lot of packages thru the UPS store and have always had great customer service. read more
