Since SIP, I have cancelled my regular pick up with UPS at my office, instead I bring shipments to this UPS store. They are very helpful, friendly and efficient and always with smiling face even I brought in as many as 13boxes at one time. I swung by on my way to work, needing to print a page out in color. This is a small center that focuses mainly on packing/shipping, but with one printer/fax/copier in the corner. I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes and I was satisfied with my one color sheet for less than a dollar. read more

Awesome customer service!!! I have been here two times in the last year or so, and the gentleman that helped me is so friendly! He also did all of the packaging for me without me even asking him to, and he gets me in and out of the store very quickly with my tracking number receipt. I have been going to this place for years and never had a bad experience. Drop offs, photocopies and laminating jobs to name a few had all been pain less. The only thing that bugs me were customers who thinks they are entitled to free tape, free packaging, free services free etc. Get real people! This is a business establishment not a charitable institution. If you do not want to pay $1 roll of tape, do the tape job at your house or wherever you came from before going to a UPS store asking for free stuff because that is the ridiculous part. You don't go to a restaurant asking for a free appetizer because you happen to forget your lunch at home because you were running late this morning. Please stop being a diva! It's not every day one comes across a gem. Someone who teaches you humanity in simplest of ways. I came here in a hurry to purchase packaging material for an urgent medicinal shipment to make via DHL International located a mile away. DP blew me away not only with his special care and effort to custom pack it for a safe transit - and expressed his concern and hope when I shared what it was for. To top it off, despite my insistence he wouldn't accept any more than the $9 or so for material. Yes, it's not every day you insist to pay someone more than they ask and then they simply refuse. That's about as rare as spotting a bald eagle these days. Reading others' reviews here confirmed my hunch. I wish you much success. Gave me a receipt for one of the package and recommended me to take the other package to the postal office since it was a trade in phone in order to get a receipt, since the shipping label was for the post office (I didn't initially). read more

I have been in this store by my estimate at least 50 times over the last 10 years. I've been there when it was crazy busy and I've been there when I was the only customer. I've had them ship things for me, I've had them fax documents for me, I've used them as a notary public, I've bought shipping supplies from them, and I've had passport photos taken there. And in every case, I've been completely satisfied with their service. I don't understand the bad reviews I see here. (And, yes, I'm a real customer, not someone writing a good review to bump up their average.) When it's been crazy busy, he's always politely asked me to be patient and he would get to me as soon as he could, and he did. Take the time to say hello to the owner. I wish I knew his name. He's always cheerful, and when he has time, he'll be more than happy to converse, ask you how you're doing and bring you up to date on what's going on in his life and with his young family. 5 stars. read more

Great customer service at this location. I don't know what the previous reviews were all about, but DP, the owner, always goes above and beyond to help me with my packages/mail. He has even offered and carried my packages to my car, so that I don't have to take my toddler out of the car, just to bring him back in 5 minutes later. Thanks, DP! read more

Very impolite staff, this is my second time going there. I was to drop off packages, and I was told to drop them off on the side counter. Went there Friday afternoon around 6pm and I was happy with the staff who courteously greeted me and offered me to put down the quite heavy comcast tv box that I'm returning on the counter and said will me out after finishing with current customer. Chatted a little bit and he answered all questions about the shipping process. I was out the door within like 5 minutes. Absolutely grateful with his customer service skill and service provided. They charge $1 for tape (either that or I have to purchase a roll of tape right there). Ridiculous. Because they never charge me for tape before. One time I came with my box taped up, they OPENED it to see what's inside. So how am I suppose to know when I should tape my shipping or not..? I've been here soooooo many times too. Very disappointed. I stuck with them even though their prices are overpriced and skyrocket high sometimes because I want to be a loyal customer and support their business. Very good customer service. I had a package to return to amazon and they knew immediately what to do. I walked in and they told me to place the package on the scale and they printed out my confirmation receipt and done. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Also the staff was very friendly. The caveat is, it wasn't that busy at the moment, so I don't know how the treatment would be if it was really busy. For now, I'll keep it at 5 stars for that particular service. read more

Every time I come here I am happy with the experience. It is my neighborhood UPS store. Even though prices may be higher than the post office on some shipment options, I still use their service. The customer service is great. I had forgotten to include something in the mail I had sent out and they tried to intercept it for me by calling the UPS center/driver. They went above and beyond. Thank you! My friend who sends big commercial shipments out also speaks really well of this store. It seems to be family run so they seem to care more than most other UPS stores about the service and taking care of their regulars. read more
