Drop off your packages at risk here. I sent a package overnight with a charge of 76.00. The next day I tried to track package it was lost. The sales woman had no idea where it was and could not find the tracking number on her day sheet. After 1.5 hours they found it. The receipt they gave me had a totally wrong tracking number. She took no responsibility and said this is so funny that this happened. Hmmm I don't find anything funny re the loss of my package. Not only was I overcharged, they did not offer any apologies, said the young man that helped me was new. I will definitely never use this UPS again. It is located next to stater bros. read more

WORST SHIPPING EXPERIENCE EVER - I have used this location I would say a dozen times over the last couple of years (I prefer USPS its cheaper) specifically for packages I need to be meticulously tracked. Came in, paid for 2 day express, picked out a package to ship a set of keys in - I finished my transaction in under 10 min. Sounds great right? here I am a week later, online and via UPS corporate says my package has not left this store. The store says the package left the same day I dropped it off. So neither UPS Corporate nor this actual location can agree on where the package is. I believe the package never left and despite my many attempts to speak with a manager - no one has returned my calls. Save your money - try FedEx, USPS or literally any other UPS. read more

I came in today with a ton of stuff to ship back to amazon. I had never done amazon returns before, so I came in just hoping the UPS people would help me out. I was so lucky that James was working! He was super helpful and walked me through each step. Usually at stores like these, the employees make me feel rushed and just do the bare minimum to help me. The attendant was on her cell phone when I walked in. She continued talking on the phone for another 5-6 minutes. She asked me if I was dropping off for AT&T, I said yes. She did help me then, but then a small child comes running from the back room and starts distracting her. I know it was her daughter because the little girl called her mommy. I found it very upsetting that you would be on your cell phone at work and then bring your child into work with you! It's VERY unprofessional. I hardly ever use UPS anyway, but now I definitely don't want to have to use them again. read more

Miss Emily C came into the store yesterday and came in with a drop off package that was not taped up . She then asked one of the employees to tape it up for her and send it . He said we have a one dollar tape fee . She got very rude and kept saying ARE YOU KIDDING ME . I had to step in and say we get over 100 packages a day and we pay for tape as a business and can't tape up everyone's package . She said again the same statement as she said one minute before and stormed out . We told her she could buy a roll of tape for less than 5 dollars and keep it for next time . We hardly mark up the tape for these reasons . Have Miss Emily go to the post office with a package that needs to be taped and they will tell her the same . Miss Emily is young and obviously does not know how a business operates . We do make exceptions for people that don't blurt out ARE YOU KIDDING ME 3 times in less than 10 seconds . I would have stepped in if she was polite to the employee but that was not the case . As far as Saturday the Employee was taking a bathroom break and she must have come at that exact time and we apologize for that . As far as the owner begging her for a Yelp review that never happened. Do you think an owner would ask a customer that was obviously rude to her worker for a review ? Please. We try very hard to give great customer service to every person that comes in . read more

Uploaded documents to be printed but they weren't available when promised. I called the store and got nothing but attitude and excuses, the person on duty didn't even know how to handle online print orders, i would have to wait for the manager- a day after my order was supposed to be ready for pick up. Called the corporate support line twice so they could walk the person on duty through the process. My order is still not done correctly, it's been an hour and I'm stuck waiting for a manager. The hassle is not worth the $4 I saved with the coupon. Staples is far more dependable. Update- the manager finally arrived, got everything printed, apologized and refunded about half the cost of my order. I truly appreciate Greg's efforts to make it right but it seems like they have larger staffing and training issues that need to be addressed to prevent similar issues from happening going forward. read more

EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY CLOSE AT 5, waisted my time & gas to get there & them be closed to then show up on Tuesday to get very super rude customer service. p.s i didn't even mention I showed up Saturday and they closed early they were just rude right off the bat. if your going to close at 445 then put that is what your closing time is. so make sure you call before you waist your time. they seem to make up there own hours as they go. as previously the owner begged for a yelp review. as I don't do these very often I felt very annoyed and frustrated as I left and didn't even give them the time of day.
