This place is a joke The girl(who claimed to be manager on the phone) locked the doors as I was walking up at 4pm. I called to ask what was going on, the sign says open until 5pm. I was told they were going to lunch and that I could wait until they are done or come back. I asked if she was going to cover my gas to come back since they both had to take lunch Together--- instead of individual like most places that have limited staff--- and was hung up on. read more

What a pleasure it is to deal with the lady with the long pink fingernails. She's so personable quick and efficient and makes my interaction always a good one. They can always accommodate what I need. I wonder if they are new owners since a year or 2 ago? There was this terrible manager there that terrorized people. I even overheard him threaten someone over the phone with a gun. He was the reason I stopped going. But one day I needed something printed really quickly so I gave them another chance and I'm glad that I did because the personnel is very nice to deal with now. read more

I come here to return my Amazon packages and I haven't had any problems! They know what they are doing but somedays they are so busy and on those days I feel like it takes the line longer then expected to move. Otherwise it's a good store in a good location. IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO GET SOMETHING NOTARIZED DONT COME HERE. Waste of time and rude. I called about getting a letter notarized and they said they did. So I get there with my mom who only speaks Spanish around 12:20 pm on Tuesday 08/30/22 only to have the girl supposedly named Alesha in charge of the notary who looked high and clueless turn us away. While I was standing in front of her and she was ready for the next customer it seemed she didn't wanna call me up but then I approached her because she was calling my mom who was right next to me but I was speaking for my mom, the whole time seemed she wanted to dodge me not sure if I scared her or what but definitely a weirdo, then she said she doesn't do Spanish when my mom talked then I said that's why was I was there. Then she looked for another excuse not to help and said she's new to notarizing and she didn't feel comfortable signing our letter. Not sure why she was so bothered maybe I was killing her high but never coming here again. She didn't reach for help or anything just didn't wanna do her job. Tuesday afternoon I showed up and asked to have some documents notarized. The guy I spoke with said the notary had already left for the day (it was 1pm). He also mentioned he was a notary but didn't have his stamp and the other employee was a notary but wouldn't have his stamp until later in the week. So basically they had 3 worthless notaries. I was told I could come back the next day and they would be able to help me. The next day rolls around and I call to make sure they have a notary on-site. I was told, absolutely - one will be here until 4pm today. So my wife drives over and is told that no, the notary is gone for the day (even though it's not even close to 4pm). She then asks if they can send a certified letter and the guy tells her that she can't do it until Friday. When she asks why not until Friday, he responded with dripping condescension that the USPS system is broken. So basically - they're a bunch of flakes with no respect for their customers. This location has horrible customer service. 25 pages were faxed but some were blank when they arrived at the Nevada store...they still charged for everything here in the Arizona store. The lady said they had no control once the fax was sent but they could re-send it for free. That's stupid. The store in Nevada only charged for pages received. I rarely print anything but I needed to for work and didn't know how to go about it. After arriving and joining the short line and seeing my confusion, Ron told me exactly what to do and when I got to the register, it only took a few moments for my forms to print! Ron was very professional, efficient and friendly to each new customer, I wish everyone greeted me like Ron greets his customers! He kept calm when a customer had a disagreement and clearly explains every action and the reason behind those actions. I know anytime I need to print anything, I'm going to see Ron! Placed an online order for printing. It was supposed to be done by 5:30pm the same day. I went the next morning instead. My order wasn't even ready so they did it right away. I paid extra for card stock but they didn't have any, so the girl expected my order to be complete even though I paid more. I asked for a refund for the card stock but decided I can't use it in 20# paper so asked for all my money back. A waste of my time! read more

I went to mail a simple package Saturday and I waited for like 5 minutes so no big deal. However Robert the person behind the counter apparently does not like his job, working there, dealing with the public, or shipping things. I'm not sure which UPS office delivered my package, but I was pissed b/c I had returned a ring to a jewelry company for resizing (roughly worth $1,000). I was waiting on the status of the return, and never got e-mail verification from the ring company. I called them and their records showed my ring arrived Tuesday morning and was "released to other," but she was unable to tell me what that meant. B/c of the cost involved with this ring, a signature is required upon receipt (unless released), but UPS had marked it as released and okay to leave in front of my front door. What would have happened if someone came and stole my ring? How could we (Me or my fiance') have POSSIBLY released this ring to be left on our front stoop if we didn't even know it was coming?!?!? I'm SO upset that their lazy delivery person put my ring on my front stoop without actually confirming its release. read more

Tried to drop off a package that needed to be dropped off that day. Sunday hours they were open till 4pm but when I pulled up at 3:45 someone had decided to take off early that day. I usually hate to come in so close to the closing time, but this day I had no choice as I had just gotten off work. Shipped two boxes on 5/14, the guy at the counter only scanned one of my boxes, put the other one aside with the loose label on top, didn't give me a tracking code for that one. The scanned box arrived in less than 3 days. The 2nd box is nowhere to be found, they have no update of where it is, can't give me any information. It's been 6 business days going on 7 and the best they can do is to call the other company to see if they have gotten it. They said wait until Friday to see if it has arrived! If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped a package off (knowing that it was to be picked up at my home, but we missed the driver both days) and asked the store to get it to the driver that afternoon when he came in to make pick-up. Knowing this was supposed to have been picked up at our house I left my wife's cell number so they could call if there was an issue. Later that day, no call. We assumed everything was fine. A WEEK LATER a guy calls my wife's phone and w/o using actual cuss words basically cussed her out for leaving a package there that should have been picked up and told her that the guy we left it with was new so he "didn't know any better". My wife tried to stop him and asked if he talked to all of his customers this way and he continued to yell at her and said he was "giving her a courtesy call". If that's a courtesy call, I'd hate to be on his bad side. Needless to say -I'd find another UPS store to take your packages to. read more

I have seen the same guy at the counter for years. I have seen him argue with customers in the past.I really thought nothing of it because honestly it has nothing to do with me. But the other day he copped a serious attitude I literally wanted to smack him. This guy obviously is a A** hole. He charged me a dollar for a 1" piece of tape I didn't need. Then he doesn't even put the dollar in the register I think this guy is charging people for tape and pocketing the money this guy is a scam artist. I don't care about the buck. It's the principle. Not sure why this location has such a bad review. This is pretty much the only location I use since it is down the street from my house. There is usually an older gentlemen who , I will say isn't the most talkative person, but when I come in gets business done and that's exactly why I came. I literally just walked in to mail a pre labeled package, there was someone in front of me, faxing something, he had misplaced his id and was taking a minute to look for it, so the ups employee said ma'am go ahead and put it on the scale. It took 15 seconds and printed me my receipt and I was out. Now that's really making use of time ! Appreciated him getting me in and out, isn't that what everyone wants anyways ? I've never had a bad incident at this UPS, and as a result I always go here for anything shipping or notary related. The staff have always been friendly and cool to me, especially the guy with all the tattoos. The one who does notary is also very honest, and won't notarize something just because someone asks for it, he ensures that everything is in order and does his job well. Five stars. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The old man there actually declined to notarize my document because he didn't know what it was, he even accused me of PLOTTING TO KILL PRESIDENT TRUMP! The job of a notary is to WITNESS THE SIGNATURE of said persons. In my case it was a fingerprint clearance packet issued from DPS. They asked for additional documents. This guy I believe his name is Ted Washington even went so far as to flash some kind of badge at me like I would be afraid and run out. I explained to him his job is to ask for my ID and verify it's me and notarize my papers. When I stood my ground that's when he said I could be plotting to kill the president in front of a lobby full of people. I was beyond horrified. Needless to say I went to the bank and they notarized for me no questions asked. This guy is totally unprofessional and considers himself the keep of the gate. Absolutely disappointed with this location mainly their employees. The employees at this location are extremely rude and have zero customer service skills what so ever. I happened to go in one day for a couple different reasons I didn't see a couple items and was laughed at because I couldn't see something, one of the two women that were working at the time, one women on the phone with time to laugh and make fun and the other standing around with time to make fun of people and laugh at them because they were unable to find what they were looking for, isn't that what you are there for? to help the customers? not to make fun of them, and treat them like trash. you should be ashamed of yourself and hopefully have been replaced by someone who cares about treating there customers right and holding the company they work for at a higher standard. The employee, older man, in this store is so very rude. Never greets a customer when they come in. Always seems to be annoyed. The worst store ever!! I used to get my mail here because of Ted I closed out my mail box. I had an emergency and didn't want to drive around to send a fax. He used to be at the store that was off of highland and every experience I've had with him has been unpleasant today he was being very snappy and short with my father and my dad asked if he was having a bad day or something or if it was busy and he sharply said no. My dad says really? Because you seem Curt/very short tempered. He proceeded to raise his voice and say I am not being curt sir!!!!
