My printer broke down so I've been coming here to print basic b&w copies. Each copy is about .17 and is listed online. I placed an order online for two sheets which costed me below $1. I have a receipt. They charged me $1 total without me knowing. The employee told me it's because I'm "printing in person at their physical store"... that's a joke right??!!! On the website, you place an order and choose a location to print. I could sue them since they don't have a receipt stating exact charges. I have my original online receipt that states the correct amount. Just a warning to folks here. I'm taking my business elsewhere, byeeeeeeee. read more

I had to plan out how to complete all my paperwork without to much hassle to renew my Eurpean passport it's a headache! So I thought there was no choice but to make at least 4 stops But when I came here every little thing down to detail was resolved! I was able to print from my usb drive, make copies of all signed documents, notarize, and mail to general consulate in one shot. The service was efficient and super friendly. I couldn't stop saying "what a relief". Before I knew this place existed my thought was what a headache! This is a One Stop Shop for all office related to dos. I first spoke with the manager Sean at the UPS store at 1250 W Glenoaks to get some information for my elderly client who was moving to another state. Sean, was so helpful on the phone providing all types of various information, and offering so much help. I passed all the information to my client, at which time he went to the store himself, and later told me how incredibly nice and helpful Sean and his entire staff at the store were. They all truly went over and above their duty of answering his questions and taking care of his business by providing additional information that they knew would be helpful to my client. This place operates at light speed and I love it. Efficient, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, no-nonsense, & they move with the speed of a greased eel. If they're in the back doing something, they hear the front door open and immediately come out, or say they'll be right with you, and for once it's true. If you have a question they KNOW the answer. If you didn't bring enough packing tape, they've got some handy. If you're unsure of the dimensions, they whip out a tape measure. And everything is done smoothly and quickly. You feel like you're dealing with smart, engaged people who want to get this done as fast as you do. Considering the usual slack-jawed, bored, annoyed, shoulder-shrugging and unhelpful retail people one deals with on a daily basis, this place is like a shining little miracle beacon of efficient action. The tallish guy with the beard & glasses ? (can't remember) is the one I deal with the most and he's great. read more
