Went in to get a scan and print of something and one of the employees that was doing the printing was commenting on my boobs and asked if my buttons went any lower. Me and my daughter came into the Main Street location today 4/19/2026 and the guy here in Grandview was very unprofessional in front of customers in the lobby. Very unprofessional told us if we don't want wait in his long line they we don't have to be here. We can go to a different location and that he did not need more help. We are slow on Sunday but yet he had more than three to four customers waiting. I told him he was very rude and very unprofessional and I have been a customer for years and I have never been treated like this. Signed up online for notary service at 9am and went in for signing. Arrived at store and lady working was extremely rude, ignorant, and told us that website does what they want but their store notary will not be there to work until 9:30. I left very upset since I set and appointment for a reason, but went back to get my signing. The same lady was there, came and notarized forms like nothing was wrong and I paid and left. Absolutely will not go back or use this location and may not use any other from how I was treated today. read more

Unfortunately, I wasn't given the opportunity to take advantage of this UPS' franchise service because of the incredible rudeness of the owner. I attempted to ship a sound system using the UPS account of the buyer. Instead of the manager, who spoke up, advising that ' unfortunately, as a franchise, we're not able to use 3rd party payment accounts, but here's where you should go" they scoffed and smugly advised that we were in the wrong place and help would not be received here. After advising that I didn't understand the distinction between UPS store types and their capabilities, the manager advised that he'd" slow it down for me" and then spoke very loudly, repeating his exact phrasing, the phrasing I clearly didn't understand. I'm shocked that a franchise owner of TWO STORES would have such blatant disregard for basic customer service. I was absolutely floored. I can understand if you urgently need to ship something using this UPS store that's conveniently located in downtown Grandview, but unless you wish to be painted as an inconvenience or treated with only an iota of respect, the downtown UPS franchise store is not the place. Edit/response to rude owner: reviewing the other comments on your store, I'm not the only person to observe your lack of care. Moreover, I didn't take issue with the response, but the language used and how it was delivered. Finally, your lack of a genuine response and peddling some trite "we have a history of great service" speaks for itself. Enjoy that chat with corporate. read more

I bought a large set of vintage dishes very inexpensively online (I live in Los Angeles) and needed a place to pack and ship them for me. After a different shipping company quoted $1350 I freaked out a little, then called the closest UPS store to the seller. Zachary was a godsend! My seller brought them to the store, and Zachary handled everything. For less than $200 all of my dishes were individually wrapped in foam, then padded in bubble wrapped sets, and finally nestled into a boxes of styrofoam pellets. All arrived in perfect condition, is spite of one box being semi-squashed in transit - it was packed that perfectly!! I cannot thank Zachary and the UPS Store on Main Street enough for getting these dishes to me safely! (And for saving me heartbreak - I would've had to cancel the purchase.) read more

Great customer service. I was not aware this area was filled with more UPS stores than Fedex stores. (If you are from the north east/ south east this will be a quick realization. Sent over by post office next door to have something printed. They had one computer in which to print things off and a woman was having her look at pictures and trying to decide on paper and prices and had that one computer tied up for extended period of time. They were very busy and it was almost a 20 minutes. read more

HORRIBLE Customer Service. Don't go here if you can help it. The owner Tom Sundquist lied and said "my package wasn't there". The night before when I had someone go to pick it up for me. I went there the next morning and someone else found it. He was standing there and said "oh was that here?" She said "yes, I always go check to see if the package is here." He then changed his story and said "I told the person that they needed more information." I told him he was a liar. The person brought the info notice number along with id with the same address. What other information did he need? He and some of his staff are very rude. Maybe they are selective on who they treat right and who they are jerks to. I only go pickup from there because I HAVE TO otherwise I would gladly drive wherever and pickup my package. read more

I have been using the services at this UPS Store for years, and I can't recommend them enough. I started out with them by purchasing a "copy card," which enabled me to be able to make copies throughout the year with one singular payment. That was so convenient! A few years ago, I got sick and tired of "porch pirates," so I bought a mailbox there. Everything I order online gets delivered there, and the employees know me, so they always have things ready for me when I come in. Came in on my lunch break to have a document notarized and shipped. The notary was "about to go on break" and couldn't notarize my documents. This put me far behind my task load for the day and they said come back "between 4 and 5" to catch the other notary. There are 2 employed and we can manage a schedule well enough to make sure there's one at least during working hours? Terrible service. I expect more from a UPS store. read more

The guy bullies his employees and on top of that he yells at them in front of we the customers. It is very unprofessional. I think the owner needs to take angry management classes and on top of that some manager ones and throw in some customer service in there. I walked in to this location to get something notarized yesterday and the man working said the notary was there but busy helping in the back. He said I would need to come back tomorrow (which was today) before 4pm. Okay, I understand, things happen. So I came in today around 1pm and the lady who does the notaries was very rude at first contact. She said she did them but was too busy for the rest of the day. Except, there was not another customer in the store and she had another lady working there helping her. Could I not have waited or come back at any time in the next 3-4 hours???She gave me an attitude like I was the one inconveniencing her. She said maybe try again tomorrow.
