I no longer receive an email confirmation of my package drop off (with the tracking number) . Should not be a huge deal to resolve, right? Perhaps a few calls from this UPS store to corporate, or perhaps even some competent in-store service could solve this issue pretty quickly. Keep dreaming I guess. Incompetence is one thing though. That I am intimately familiar with and find forgivable. My problem with this store is the jagoff manager and his rudeness. I called the manager this morning to request his help resolving this issue.
