Later, noticed three missed calls from them, no voicemail of course. When I returned the call, I was given excuses, but no effort was made to actually resolve the issue or bring the package to me. Good customer service is about communication and making an effort to fix the problem. Very poor experience and a frustrating waste of my time.

Even though I had my receipt and provided the exact return location, they said they had no way to verify the missing items or investigate further. As a result, I was never refunded for everything I returned. Based on this experience, I highly suspect that items may be going missing at this location, which raises serious concerns about how returns are being handled. Management should take this seriously: improving monitoring and oversight of the return process could help prevent situations like this and protect customers.
