If I could give no stars I would. I have been using this UPS since I moved here 1 year ago (only for convenience since it is the closest to me). I have made my decision TODAY to drive the extra mile to go to the next closest. Why......because the customer service is atrocious. They don't greet people that walk in, they charge $5 if you didn't seal the top of your package AND TODAY WHEN I WAS AGAIN DROPPING OFF A PREPAID SHIPMENT SHE TOLD THE LADY NEXT TO ME THAT IT IS $2. So I guess they charge people differently for that. Wow. I will be sharing this with the corporate head office as well. On top of that I just read every review and every one is spot on that gives 1 star or below. Did I happen to mention that the person behind the counter has rotten teeth (even my kids asked me about her appearance). read more

I'm going to tell you right now, this is the BEST ups store to ever exist on planet earth. The way the store is managed either by Mel, or by the assistant manager Blake, between the two of them, this store is just amazing. I couldn't think of a better management team. I don't even have to say anything when I walk in and they're already grabbing my packages or mail for me. At the times I've needed to use the computer for documents, or print 5 million copies, or send something via certified mail, or return a microwave, or needed something notarized, it's always been the most quick and easy process. Any questions I have, they always have the answer. Mel and Blake are always on top of everything. The most genuine humans to ever exist. So much so, that I look forward to my errands lol. Blake has always had my box number down from the beginning. Everything is just such a breeze here and that's a reflection of the management, which creates an outstanding team. Between Blake, Mel, and Jaden (I believe is his name), they all really make the vibe of the store. Not the mention, the amount of multitasking I've seen Blake do with like 15 customers in the store. Just wild. Thank you guys for everything, truly. I'll never go to another ups store, even if I move states I'll keep my PO Box here just because you guys are so awesome. read more

Absolutely never ever will I step foot in this place again.. Wanted to send a 5×7 picture to laguna beach ca. Bubble bag was 6$. 12$ more for them to pack it and 18$ to ship it. 36$....ygh.. the frame was 8 $.. Hahaha.. When I made a comment about no wonder they are all sitting around, clerk said. I needed a document quickly notarized and stopped by the UPS Store during the COVID-19 crisis for help. The store was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. I had my document notarized and I was out the door in minutes. No long wait. A quick but pleasant experience well worth a quick mention here. I would definitely return in case on another emergency. read more

All the people working at this store are nice and helpful. For the UPS itself they are robbing people. Please make sure you have your own boxes. I am not sure how this is allowed for them to charge $25 for two empty boxes. Never again will I use UPS. read more

I used to use this place quite frequently to mail and ship items. Since the change in owners I will not be back they wanted 3.00 to mail a card with a gift card inside I had 4 of these and they wanted it was going to be over 12.00. Needless to say I walked out went to the post office and mailed the cards and bought 10 stamps for under 10.00. Explain to me where this extra money goes??????? read more

I had an amazon return drop off. The first thing I walked in the store its this stare, no greetings... no questions... just a stare with no smile on this guy's face. After I told him I needed a drop off, and the guys wants $2 to tape my box. Seriously? I said I've been to other ups, never charged for extra taping?! And he was like "well, go there then!" Wow! I've always come to this location, the staff is normally super friendly. It's usually the same faces which is nice when they remember you. The last few times I've come in, the gentleman with the bandana and red stripe in his hair has been horrible. I've tried to brush past it, since he's normally super friendly, but this guy was slurring his words, looking like he was half asleep doing what I think was a notary! I hate to leave a bad review but I normally go out of my way to this store. On top of it this is been going the last 2 or 3 times I was in. I haven't been there in over a month and I don't plan on going back. Please watch your employees with customer service. read more

I'm usually there for my Amazon returns and got stunned to find out one of my returns required a label to be printed and a box. Jason quickly told me that he can assist me with that and printed my label for me and recommended me the cheapest packaging. I wouldn't recommend. I'm not sure what type of customers they regularly encounter, but they have signs/notices for every little thing. They charge you for every tiny thing and the prices are ridiculous. More than $1 for one copy - office max is 16 cents. I occassionally still go here to send off packages. I had to fax a document a while back, and the cashier kept glancing down to read it while she waits for the other cashier. I do anything involving documents here under no circumstances. read more

I am visiting a friend and needed to return a school book. Carol was extremely rude and told me I must be a "special customer" since I told her that the UPS store in Philadelphia always packages my stuff for me after she asked me to go grab an envelope. She proceeded to carry the conversation on by saying I bet they don't do it during the holidays and I replied yes they actually did it this past Friday and then she said "oh you must be a really special customer" again! One, you don't speak to anyone that way, especially in your line of work. I called my friend and told her what happened and she said oh yeah that woman is always rude. I love the ladies that work there. They are the best at what they do. They are always there to help me out. We are full time RVer's with Henderson as our home base. When i go in to pick up my mail they acknowledge me, which is very rare when you go into a business now days. When we are out on the road all i have to do is call them and they get all my mail and send it to me any where that i ask them to send it. I actually chose this store based on the reviews of Jason. I called ahead of time and he answered and was so helpful right from the get go. I was in a rushed situation trying to get meds delivered by a certain time and he was super helpful. I went in and in 10 minutes I had a mailbox and had items I needed printed up done and taken care of. Highly recommend this place and Jason is awesome! I was visiting from out of town to help an elderly relative downsize. We needed to ship a bulky, oddly-shaped item (a power wheelchair) to its new home, and were stumped at how to do it. Jason from UPS was incredibly helpful--not only did he field a phone inquiry from the out-of-state destination about the best way to ship it, he was able to suggest how to box up the wheelchair both safely and economically. His creative thinking, positive energy, and can-do spirit helped us with a tough task at a difficult time, and I am so thankful for all of his assistance. (We had such a good experience that we went back later that afternoon to ship more stuff!) read more

My husband died June 8, 2018; I needed to have a document notarized; Chase bank (next door) had discontinued the service and recommended UPS next door; it was after 9 am. The Manager loudly/aggressively said they only notarized after 10 am (no sign was posted); she indicated the service was a "nuisance" and they were to busy and planned to quit the service. Since there was no one in the store, she agreed to notarize the paper. Two weeks later I returned with another document after 10 am. She was equally rude; this time, I spoke up. She told me she had 23 years of service, was valued by UPS and she thought I was out of line. I am 76 years old; I have never encountered a manager that treated a customer so poorly. Poor customer service. I had two different gifts to send, one to my mother and one to my friend for their birthdays. I had the UPS staff package the items for me since both packages would have fragile mugs and I didn't want to risk doing it myself. Both packages were practically identical except one would have a dog toy in it and that's how we could tell which package was going to which location. The lady had boxed it up (in the back) for me and specified which one had the dog toy and I gave her the correct address for the two boxes. I even asked her to reassure me which box had the dog toy in it and she proudly did. Unfortunately for me, she was incorrect. I should've told her to open the boxes and show me if she had gotten the items correctly but I didn't and shouldn't have to. Before she had packed and taped the box up (in the back, not even in front of me) she should've had me confirm what she was doing. So now my mom has a large dog toy (she doesn't have a dog) and a sassy mug, while my best friend received a mug that says "Best Mom" with a gift card to a restaurant that isn't even in her town. I will be calling customer service tomorrow, thank god they give you a receipt that shows description of goods and address on it. Hopefully they can do something about the mistake of their incompetent staff because unfortunately I paid $28 for them to package the gifts and another $24 for them to ship it.
