I've dropped off a few packages here since it's close to work, and I can easily go here during my…read morelunch break. I typically have my package ready and all I need is my return QR code to be scanned for them to print a label. There's also a bin in the open area to drop off packages if you've pre-printed a label. The wait usually is just 2-3 minutes or less waiting in line. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, and they always ask if I want a receipt. The worst part is the small parking lot that it shares with a CBD store, Subway, a Thai massage place and some other little stores. There's angled parking at the front which is half dirt or sand and a few on each side. The parking behind it is usually for the other stores. It's very tight to get in and out if others are coming and going from the Antoine side entrance because it's the closest to the traffic light where most people need to be. The other side of the freeway is IKEA. Despite all that, I'd still come here to drop packages for convenience.
