Great Customer Service, the store is very clean, organized and the service was quick and efficient.

This is the second time I've had an issue with this store the managers (light skin dude and a tall white man) Has to be the rudest I've ever met. Light skin with freckles acts like what you're saying doesn't make sense and uses a mocking tone when repeating what the issue is. White man doesn't offer any help and gets upset at the young white lady when I asked to speak to him. I have a missing package that the store shipped for me. The run around from the corporate number I received from the white man doesn't help at all. I really wish there was a way to report/Start an investigation on the team working because I turkey believe my package was stolen from that store and was never shipped. read more

I have been A longtime customer at this location. I came in today and things were a little off but became a terrible experience for me Chris the manager i believe is his name was being unattentive to my needs today when asking for supervisor he diasappeared to the back. the new store associate tall mixed guy was very rude to me and bad talked me. I was asking for corporate number he wrote it down i asked for his name he said "none ya "i said what he said none of your business,and that im lucky to have gotten the number to corporate. At point i was so angry and couldnt believe what i was hearing plus the manager never came out the back to see what was going on. At this point i called corporate he gave me the wrong number so i found it on my own. I reported the store. I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is just AWFUL. --- Had to go pick up a package UPS left there instead of delivering it to my house. (That's a different issue) I call this location over & over for 2 hours to make sure my package was really left there. The phone had a busy signal every time I called. So I went there. I walked in and 3 employees were "on the clock", I not going to say they were all working. One was working; Another one was "babysitting" her child at work. Then the third one came from the back after the babysitting employee called her. I had a package to send back to Amazon. I showed her the scan code from Amazon. She proceeded to tell me" Huh, this might not work; so you might not be able to send it back. Well, it did work. So that was done. Now on to picking up my package. Here is where things become ridiculous. I hand her my UPS slip (from my house-with my name on it) She ask what the name on the package would be; I tell her. She get my package and asked for my driver license. She looks at it then at the package then back at my tdl. She lets me"I'm going to give you the package this time but next time I'm not going to." "Next time you need to email us before you show up, to let them know you are picking up your package. You need to email us."WHAT! I did not even ask for my package to be dropped off there. This store customer service has gone with few employees that used to work there and replaced with two ladies, both are rude but their rudeness does not show unless you correct them on something than their claws start poking out . One lady in particular, very large one , is horrible at copy services. She grabs the copies on the printer with a hand strength of sumo wrestler and will not put in any effort of care to print your documents or pic as close as possible to the original . The absolute worst UPS Store in Houston! The staff is: lazy, incompetent and rude. When we call they often do not answer the phone. When they do answer they do not state their name, when you ask kindly, who am I speaking with, they hang up (i.e. "Thurston"). When we came to the store (2/5/2024), before closing time we were rudely turned away, along with two other patrons by "Thurston" (assuming he gave us his real name) who said he already shut down the system and could not help us. The next day we call to speak with his manager and Thurston hangs up on us. And, when we call back no one answers the phone... Wow, what a piece of work this guy is... I just had the worst experience at this location because the guy with the freckles was EXTREMELY rude! I received items from a wishlist that needed to be returned to Amazon. It was several items, but if you're working at UPS after the holidays, you should be prepared and pack your patience. Not only did he roll his eyes when I walked up with my little rolling cart of items, but he spoke to me as if I did not understand the return process. I returned most items then left to contact Amazon to change the labels since he was being difficult. I made them redo every single label so it said "no packing necessary." Because the order contained books, he had the audacity to ask me to put them in a box. I literally fought with Amazon for 15 minutes because he refused to help me since I didn't have boxes for every single item. There was a woman working with him and she didn't bother to help despite seeing me struggle to return these items. Horrible service and you never know what people are going through. read more

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the three reviewers below regarding the lack of customer service at this location. I would never expect them to be the trouble shooter for third party business. But wow, a friendly disposition could really go along way with these kinds of things. I absolutely cannot stand counter employees who have an attitude like you are an imposition to them by coming in. Even the people who had easy straight forward pre labeled package drop offs got the same "IDGAF" face and monotone attitude from the counter reps. They may be fine workers but I wouldn't put them in front of customers if they're this annoyed by customers coming in. This customer won't be coming in any longer because of it. I would select zero stars if I could! I went in on Tuesday and requested a box and for it to be shipped 2 day guaranteed through UPS. The box didn't show up! I called the store and spoke to the manager, Carlos, who was very unprofessional and incredibly rude. The outcome is, they don't care, they shipped it wrong and since I signed the form it's my own fault. They either lied when they said it was guaranteed 2 days or need to be re-trained. Horrible customer service. Incompetent young adults now working here. Refused to accept my complete Amazon return. Insisted that both items (which were shipped together) could not be mailed together. After an hour of wasted time I called Amazon and confirmed that they indeed could be mailed together. Clerk was intrusive and arrogant, refused to listen with comprehension. Was extremely dismissive and even managed to coerce the other clerks to follow suit. I asked for manager's number. He wrote the store number down for me and didn't answer when I called. This location is terrible. Stay far far away. Overcharged me on a print, and then were SOOOO INCONVENIENCED, to refund me the money, when it was their error in the first place. The manager is awful and combative- Carlos Gosseling and the terror that is his staff, Donika and Jocelyn are equally as bad. Especially Donika, she's the worst of the worst. She is very very nasty and has a bad attitude. The entire staff is unhappy, rude and disrespectful to its customers. I've dropped off a few pre-paid items before with no issues at this location. However, I needed to ship something to Canada and the buyer requested UPS. The first red flag should have been that the lady helping me was wearing a "I forgot my name tag" badge. She was polite, but got soooo many things wrong on the shipping tickets. The contents are severely incorrect from what she was told, even my name was misspelled, after repeating the spelling twice. The value was entered wrong, amounting in a $10,000 declared value, instead of $10. We got the important things corrected, but to top it off, she forgot to include the commercial invoice, which delayed the shipment and had to be sent over to customs. This also caused irritation to the receiver, as he was contacted about the issue and had to relay the problem to me. We all got a good laugh at what was written on the invoice for the description, seems to fit as this location and QR process is a joke for it's employees. read more

My business has been dropping off packages at this UPS for the past 6 months and every time myself or another representative has been to this location, only one employee is left and claims that there is no manager on site to alleviate the wait time for the line if customers waiting. We shipped out a perishable package for an Overnight shipment. Paid $120 to get it to California by the next AM. We also paid for a $300 Insurance value. (2) Days later it showed up in a new Box. They couldn't find it for (2) days. I got a check in the mail for $108 to reimburse me for the Overnight charge. Minus some kind of fuel charge they claim. (I don't really care) I paid $120 and it didn't get there in time. It was spoiled. Now, today, I'm told that I'm only getting $50 from the insurance claim. I paid for $300 of Insurance. For delivery UPS is timely and efficient. They'll knock and drop the box right at the door and run back to the truck before I can open the door. These Houston UPS delivery men are off the chain. Lol. I purchased 3 books of US postage stamps at the UPS store for Christmas cards to mail to friends and family. I assumed that I would be charged the normal rate of $0.50 per stamp. The UPS worker did not inform me that I would be charged an extra $1.75 per book of stamps. After I checked out, I looked at the receipt and checked online to confirm that a book of stamps should only be $10. When I asked the woman who checked me out, she confirmed that they charge extra for a book of stamps. It would have been nice if she told me beforehand. I wanted to return the stamps immediately since I didn't want to pay extra for something that I should not have to pay extra for. She was not able to refund me because she needed manager's approval. She did not have the capability to perform any refunds which is pretty crazy in itself. I left my cell number for her to call me back once she talked to her manager. After 3 hours, the UPS worker called me back and had talked to her manager; she informed me that stamps are non-refundable items. Absurd! Buyer beware at this UPS store. read more
