I have gotten documents notarized and it has always been a smooth and efficient process. Love this store.

Today Saturday January 4, 2025 Syed was rude, non helpful and has no customer service. I am a resident for 26 years in this neighborhood. All the staff has always been cordial, helpful and excellent customer service except today. I saw Syed be rude to an elderly lady. And short cut spoken with several customers. As we return items through apps like in my case SHEIN I choose the QR code return feature that states " Use the Return Label/Code to send out returns Estimated refund time: 14-24 business days after your returns pass our quality check No need to print out a label; just show the QR code at your nearest UPS Store. UPS will print the shipping label and ship the package back. Note: This return label can only be used once. " I had to show this to him and ask him literally beg him to please read it because he was telling me I needed to put the items in a box, and I needed to have a printed label attached to the box and he will not mail my items, after he read what I posted above from the website, he went and said that I needed to return on Monday and I said I don't need to return I am here right now. Why do I have to return. He is extremely rude and wanted me to leave the store and return another day. At no time was a route or in Anyway disrespecting him as a matter of fact, I kept asking him to please calm down and listen please because of what he read, I was correct, he then went to deny that he had a nice service to me telling me that he needed me to bring the items in a box with already printed label. He's not a very good listener he doesn't do very well with customer service. He kept saying that he had to close at 3 PM and that he had a lot of work to do and he didn't have enough time to do it all Right now. I feel that he felt under pressure with too much work and that is stressed him out and he was just being nonhelpful and very rude to us. I had to back my own items, and put the label on my package and ensure that he was going to mail it, I also took a picture of my package because now I'm nervous that he's going to purposely sabotage my package. He knows I took his name and he knows I was going to report him. He continued to try to berate me then entire time and I ask him to stop. Very rude. I've never seen him before and I have lived here for 26 years. Please do not have this employee at this store. He is horrible. I also purchased a small bag to put the items inside to send them all together. read more

I'm so sorry I didn't get her name but the agent working at the 86th and ditch rd store on Nov 6 at 9:00 AM provided me with incredible customer service. She was very kind and professional and when I thanked her she said that's why she was there. I hope United Parcel recognizes her as a valued employee. read more

I had called before b/c I wanted to verify that they're able to print my return label - no answer. I walked in, wasn't greeted, so I walked over to the gentleman getting a shipment ready and asked him if I provide a box, would they be willing to tape it and if they're able to print a label. He said yes, as long as it's not a lot of tape and that printing is $2.25. I was in and out within 5 minutes but for a piece of paper, it's $2.25, the ink is $.19. I'm just shocked. Of course I paid, I want to return the item but what a robbery. $2.45 in total (tax .1) for a return label...I knew I should have run to the library but it's farther! read more

OMG I think I've been ordering too much stuff thru the mail. Today I was picking up packages and the employee remembered my last name before I showed her my ID. Generally quick service here and much safer then having packages left on our porch. read more

I just did an Amazon return and Blake was extremely rude and disrespectful. He didn't speak, I said "Hi, I would like to do an Amazon return" twice and he didn't make eye contact. I then just pulled out my phone since he was so determined to be rude and treat me as if I were invisible. Blake has terrible customer service skills, I even called the store to see if I could speak with a manager and another guy answered (Not Blake) no "Hello, how may I help you" he just said "Ups store" and I asked for a manager to discuss my experience and he also rudely brushed me off stating that I couldn't talk to the manager or be helped because he didn't see a problem. He hung up on me after that and answered and hung up again on me after that. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. People have no right being in positions as these and treating people like absolute shit. I was having a lovely morning and experiences like these really make it difficult to carry on. Life is tough enough, be kind to people, especially when we are the reason your business is afloat and you have a job. Because really, a computer would be better to deal with than Blake and his colleague on shift today. read more

I have never had an issue with the UPS stores. This store in particular has friendly staff, the always offer a receipt and get me in and out quickly. I find these stores to be a great convince in my world of online purchases and returns. Also they are helpful with equipment exchanges for Comcast customers. When I need to pay for a shipment, I find UPS prices to be on the high side - but those prices are set by UPS, not this store. Also, please note that the closest entrance to this store is off Ditch, not 86th st. read more

The store NEVER answers their phone nor respond to email. I had a problem that could've been resolved in minutes but, due to them not answering their phone the company I sent my return to is making me wait 2-4 weeks because UPS Store 6285 would not answer their phone! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Better off going to the Carmel location. read more

Manny was working alone. There were seven people in line. He was patient with the people (even those "multi taskers" who were on their cell phones while he was trying to get their info). He works quickly and efficiently. I was hesitant to come here because of other Yelp reviews, but it was my only option. I shipped a server through them with their "Pack and Ship Guarantee" and it was damaged in transit. At this point my insurance claim has been pending for 139 days now with no resolution. The UPS Store has been holding up the claim, taking forever to process things, no one would answer my questions or return my calls. Worst customer experience ever. And to make matters worse, as The UPS Store is who I shipped through, UPS refuses to talk to me about the claim on my own package. Now I am stuck in limbo where no one will help me and this has been going on for 139 days now. Buyer beware. Ship directly with the carrier. Stay away from the stores. read more

This is about as good as it gets when it comes to UPS mailing stores. It's designed to mail things, and it does just that! I walked in with my package, handed it to the gentleman behind the counter, and he graciously said "Thanks!" and I was on my way. It's a simple process. The store has other benefits, too, such as purchasing boxes, envelopes, stamps, etc., to essentially complete all your mailing needs. It's quite spacious for just a mailing store. It's a bit hard to see, though, because it's tucked away in the corner of a strip mall; really only noticeable by the small, glowing UPS sign. Horrible. If you have an urgent shipping need you should definitely take your package somewhere else and ship with FedEx. They don't honor shipping dates and times in labels and do not inform you if your shipment will not make it on time. read more
