O starts. I had an online scheduled appointment today for notary services. I walked in told the lady why I was there. She advised they don't do those services. I attempted to show her my appointment confirmation and she told me she did not care. I asked to speak with a manager (to complaint about miss leading online appointment scheduling do they could correct it) she refused.also would not give me a phone number or take my information. When I asked to get her name she also refused. I emailed the store to express my frustration and advise them of her poor attitude to which their response was EVEN worse than her behavior. They state I never made appointments despite sending images of confirmation and decided name calling was appropriate. I have filed a formal complaint to cooperate and included their email responses. Cooperate offered me an apology and agreed they are behaving poorly. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Once again, they didn't open at their scheduled time. Supposed to open at 9; finally gave up at 9:20am. Went to FedEx in Clive instead.

I was sitting outside the UPS store when my disabled sister went in to get notary services for very important medical documents she needed. We set up the appointment online together. She was rudely turned away and advised they don't offer that service. The customer service handled the exchange poorly. She (only store worker) was unwilling to look at the appointment confirmation. Which could have been helpful. As an employee if there was any confusion looking at this confirmation could have helped cleared it up or let her know there are some system flaws OR helped my sister get what she needed . Instead she said she did not care and treated her in a very dismissive manner. She not only turned my disabled sister away. She offered a very poor customer service experience and not once ever smiled. She could have easily made the situation better by apologizing for any inconvenience and saying she would notify someone of the system issue. My sister was unclear if she made a fee already or not and left defeated because she felt she couldn't ask more questions. We emailed the store email together, they did clarify no fee was charged and my sister clarified her confusion. They called her name and told her she was harassing them. They are either discriminatory or overall don't care about their customers. Whichever it is both are highly inappropriate. Tried to drop a package off tonight at 6:25 pm (they state they close at 6:30. The young lady was behind the partition I guess closing up, not expecting any customers. I had my prelabeled package in hand, just needing to drop off, but she just looks at me like a deer in headlights. No attempt to come open the door, come assist, communicate, anything. Unfortunately, the package had to be shipped out tonight (well scanned as out of my possession, not actually shipped... so I had to drive across town to a UPS location that was open later. This store has the worst customer service.... I went there with a pre-paid UPS label that had troubles printing at home. They said couldn't do anything about it (It's a UPS label at an UPS store!!)... that my options were to rent a computer for $2 and print it there or they print it for $1... Remember I already payed the shipping label.... How many pages can you print for $1... Unbelievable! Of course I won't be taking my business there again... too bad they don't take care of the people that take their business to them.... thankfully for us customers, we have several options around! read more

If you're going to open a retail store, at the very least acknowledge the human beings who take the time to show up--just a simple "hi"--rather than focus 110% on your phone conversation, avoiding people's gazes and weaving around the growing line of customers as if they didn't exist. Recommend avoiding this location at all costs. To summarize, I dropped off a package, they gave me a receipt. The package hasn't been seen since, and it turns out the tracking number on the receipt they gave me was invalid, which prevents me from tracking it or filing a claim on their website. When I contacted the store for assistance in resolving the issue, the store manager, Eric, was nice and understanding. He referred me to the owners of the store, Val and John, who were frankly unprofessional and rude. They informed me that they are not responsible for a package 'simply because I dropped it off there and they gave me a receipt'. They followed that up with telling me that there was no way they would take responsibility for the loss, to stay away from their stores, stop calling, and then hung up.
