I did not get the gentleman that was working on December 20 at 8:30 to 9 AM. But he was fantastic. Smile on his face. Several people waiting asking him questions to ship Christmas presents off for the year. Great customer service didn't rush people helped them out. I've used this store many times. I've always had a pleasant experience. This summer I had to setup a ups box there while I was out of town on business. Even though it was a very busy day, Tonya helped me multiple times throughout the day because the paperwork had to be redone a few times. I've had multiple documents printed there and I've sent out packages. Always done right. read more

On June 2nd, 2020, I asked an employee of mine to take a letter, and have it mailed via USPS. My employee misunderstood, and took it to UPS where he was charged $28 to ship a letter to Virginia. When he returned, I was confused as to why it would cost $28 to ship a letter to Virginia. I called the UPS store and left a message, but then just a few minutes later decided to go to the UPS store location myself since it was just across the street. As soon as I arrived, a woman (later identified herself as Tonya) came walking up from the back asking "Is that him?!" I acknowledged that I had just called, and there was a mistake or misunderstanding in shipment methods. Tonya responded, and said "The next time you send someone over here, you need to make sure you tell them what you want." She was visibly angry and stressed. I told her that I didn't believe that was an appropriate response. She continued to berate me about not giving my employee enough information to ship a letter. I asked her is she was serious about her demeanor, because of how out of place her anger seemed to be. She then continued to tell me that she was going to suffocate me, and that I was not to come back into the store. Her manager was behind the counter the entire time, and was the person I walked over to initially when coming through the door. Eventually, her manager was able to get Tonya to go back to a different area, refunded and rebilled the transaction. It is evident to me that this happens at least semi-frequently, considering how easily set off Tonya was, and how the manager reacted to it very nonchalantly as though she was tired of having to deal with an ongoing issue. read more

I dropped off a large box to be returned to Amazon 2 weeks ago. I went into the store to check on it. The woman told me it did not get scanned in so it never happened. I asked her what I should do next as I knew I brought it in. Why would I lie about returning something? I told her it was a big, heavy box and maybe it was still in the store. She told me she would have remembered that, really?, from 2 weeks ago. She then pointed to the back and told me I could go look for it? She just kept saying that if it doesn't get scanned then they don't get paid. Well if it doesn't get returned , then I don't get paid! She asked if I had a receipt, I told her no one has ever asked me for a receipt. She said they always ask if a customer wants a receipt. Again why would I lie about that? She just stood there and was accusing me of lying about everything. She should have been nice, she wasn't, and she should have admitted that someone made a mistake and did not get my package scanned. then she should have offered to help me locate it , she did not. She should not be dealing with the public! All the U.P.S. stores are independent of each other so I will be going to a different one from now on.I still don't know where my box ended up and I am out $36.00.. read more
