Well, he's a musician, so we'll rent him an electric keyboard ! But how to get it to him? Enter Haultail. I'd already located a music store that would rent the keyboard, now I just needed it delivered. I picked Haultail after a survey of local courier and delivery services. They had good reviews, no complaints, and I liked the local contractor model, so I gave them a call. I'm not savvy about online service providers, and their support staff was fantastic about setting up my order and then pointing me to their phone "app" and setting it up. From there I was able to pay, confirm the order, get my driver assigned, and track his progress to pick up and deliver the instrument. I'm thrilled with the service from all involved, and our son is thrilled to have something more to do with his time than watch TV and surf the web! Turns out Haultail is national, so I'll keep their app and think of them first the next time I need this kind of service.

Upon entering, I felt a bit anxious returning such a big machine. Worried I was not going to be able to return it or worried I was going to be given a hard time. Boy was I wrong! Upon entering, there was a line but it moved quickly. Once it was my turn, I was met with a professional and pleasant "hello, I can help you here". The young lady that helped me completed my refund within a minute! All the while making me feel welcomed and not rushed at all. The entire staff that day could teach a class on customer service to a lot of businesses that lack it because they nailed it. The day I came here, I had to get rid of a bunch of broken parts. Luckily, I found this UPS Store, as I was just next door working at a local credit union. Service here was fast & friendly, and I noticed if you do not have anything to ship out, this UPS Store provides other services like printing & mailbox services. I DETEST packing, and can take days to pack a single suitcase just because I dread it so much! Enter colemans!!! (Cue: Hallelujah chorus) A crew of about 4 men moved us out of our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath 2 story home in 2 days! It was great because we didn't have to pack up anything - they packed, wrapped, and labeled everything!! All we basically did was let them know what we were not shipping, and they took care of the rest! The crew was also really considerate. Since they knew we were going to be staying in our home that first night mid move, they left our tv and couch and worked around those items so we would still be able to watch tv and relax that evening. They also left our bed upstairs so we had somewhere to sleep. I would recommend them! Now if only they were in Maryland for the unpacking!!

This company left a lot of items behind during our move. There were boxes on the curb that never…read moremade it onto the truck, and they left multiple items in our backyard despite me reminding them several times to take everything. They also left drink bottles and cans in our bedrooms and spilled screws and nails into the road without cleaning them up, creating a hazard for anyone driving through the area. On top of that, they broke a light fixture completely off the wall and damaged a light switch cover. Some packing decisions were also confusing--if you're packing the kayaks, it seems obvious that the kayak paddles should be packed as well. We had a stack of wood pallets in the garage, and I specifically told them not to worry about taking those. Instead, they hid garage items inside the pallet pile rather than packing them. At this point, this company owes me approximately $260 for junk removal, plus the cost of replacing the damaged light fixture and light switch cover. If this company is assigned to handle your PCS move, I would strongly recommend requesting a different moving company. Based on our experience, the quality of service was unacceptable and created additional work and expense for our family.

We've been receiving deliveries like clockwork, so I've not had to contact customer service at all. Another reason I haven't had to call them is that so many features are automated, and I mean this in a positive way. I mentioned in my initial review that I liked being able to go online and directly manage some of my account details. I just logged in to my account and the main screen is divided into: * Billing Information - where I can update my phone number, email address, and password. * Delivery Information - here also I can update my phone number and email address - for purposes of delivery, so they could be different from the billing information. Also displayed are the driver and route codes, and the next scheduled delivery date. * Account Balance - mine shows $0.00 due, probably because I have them automatically charge my credit card each month. * Open Invoices - there are no open invoices, again probably because of auto charges to my credit card. * My Deliveries - prominently shows the next delivery date, where there is a button to click to skip that delivery. Another option is to "View Deliveries." * Favorites - just has an image and description of the type of water being recurringly delivered. In the upper-left corner of the page is a menu icon, and when I click on it, the options are: * My Dashboard - takes you back to the main, initial screen. * Billing - I used this option recently to update my credit card details. * My Orders * My Account Besides their website, I receive email and phone reminders if there is a delivery scheduled for the following day. I am also able to download a PDF version of their delivery calendar, and there is even a way for me to upload the calendar of deliveries into my personal (Proton) calendar, accessible online or through my calendar app, which now shows me delivery dates for the upcoming months.
