the owner , black hair woman is extremely rude . she never greets customer not even an fake smile. always in rush. this store has had a lot of great employees but they only last a few weeks . if you ask her any question she sometimes doesn't answer or if she ever does ,she angrily want to answer to humiliate you. especially if you have amazon return packages. She also pushes you ALWAYS TO BUY SOMETHING , when just returning your AMAZON PACKAGES And if you don't she gets really upset & gives you a dirty look. i found another ups store not too far , in front of albertsons in MUIRLAND , the owner man is very pleasant and polite & courteous. still the best amazon , fedex, return package store ( used to be ups but now she accepts & sells fedex services too) is on el toro road , ROCKFIELD ( in the same shopping center big old 99 store was located -cross the street from DUNKIN DONUT & mexican fast food ): the owner , young lady gives the most outstanding , friendly ,polite service possible. on scale of one to ten , her service and professionalism is twenty. read more

I was making a simple return for my stitch fix that is always a UPS drop off no problems. Today however I had DoorDash take my stitch fixed to this location and The Man refused to return it so I had him talk to me on the phone and he literally was flipant and then hung up on me when I told him that he needed to take it. do not use this UPS. read more

This UPS Store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any retail type store. AVOID THIS UPS AT ALL COSTS. I ship packages for my job daily and unfortunately this is the most convenient UPS Store however, I'm done giving them any of my business. The staff are all extremely rude and look miserable. They make you wait outside even if you are holding heavy packages or it's raining. They try to charge you for 1 inch pieces of packing tape and yet the packing slips for shipping labels are free? How does that make any sense. They also refuse to give me an Express pak when I have a next day air shipping label. (It is UPS policy to give them out for free if you have a next day air label and yet they refuse which literally goes against their own policy!) I am appalled by the service this UPS Store gives. I get in line happy as can be and in the 5 minutes I'm in the store, it ruins the day because of how extremely rude the staff is. During a recent visit I received the absolute WORST service I have ever had! I had 2 transactions I needed to take care of: an Amazon return and opening of a PO Box. Amazon return was a horrible experience. Riddled with rudeness about needing a label reprinted due to it not scanning, at a cost of $2.50, then it's a charge of $2.50 to tape my box shut. $5 for what was supposed to be a FREE return. I had a label printed like my instructions indicated but their sorry scanners would not scan it. Older lady named Sandy (sp?) gave me nothing but attitude when I was inquiring about opening a mailbox at her location. She should be ashamed of herself for her lack of empathy and customer service skills! This location should be owned and operated by the employees versus the sh¡t show of an owner that was horribly horribly rude! I will be reporting this person's actions of how they run this business to the BBB. read more

Amazon returns? No problem. For some Amazon orders that were damaged or missing items, my family has gone to this UPS store for returns. On one of my visits, I incorrectly said that the package did not need to be packed. The patient staff member explained that it actually did need to be customer packed and pointed it out clearly on the return label. The worker also offered to help me tape one of my packages shut by purchasing the tape they offered in the store and keep the rest of the unused tape. This is a better deal than the fee that I would have had to pay for them to pack it once for me. Overall, haven't had any problems with this location besides the wait. Sometimes there will be a small line out the door. All the staff that I've met here have been professional and efficient. read more

Bad attitude. I was shipping some items back to Amazon and the Amazon app said they didn't require packaging. One item was a 5x7 rug. This UPS store location doesn't have clear bags or clear wrap for a rug! Shannon was so rude! Telling me "you should have packaged all these. We don't carry plastic tubes or wrap because we don't have storage for it." WHAT? I thought this was a shipping store. And I would pay for packaging too. Shannon needs a refresher on how to give good service. Other customers came in with unpackaged Amazon returns and she gave then hell too. I will never go to this UPS store again! I also cant trust this store cause I sent a cell phone back to t-mobile. T-Mobile said there was nothing in the box. Hmmm Not sure from the time I drop off the phone here to the delivery destination. Who stollen the cell. T-mobile sent me a return label. This shop said they cant scan this shipping label. So the only tracking was ups service. Now im getting conned from t-mobile to pay 1700.00 for a entry level samsung fold 4 cell phone. I think t-mobile should have insured the return label. Since they sent me the label of the way they wanted there product returned to them under manufacturer warrenty. People now cant trust anyone without paying for insurance for themselves. read more

Really unsafe!! They do not enforce state mandated laws and allow people without masks in that tiny place that's the size of a ticket booth. Complaints to employees on duty were ignored. Complaints to UPS corporate and the local manager were ignored. I waited to write this review - wanted to give them a chance to respond. Nope, they don't care. Went to this UPS store to mail an overnight package, I was in a rush and pressed for time. Lisa greeted me with a huge smile and got right to work. She was knowledgable, efficient and offered me many options to get my package to it's destination at the best possible price. Lisa also showed me how to track my package and even highlighted a feature where the package delivery fee would be refunded if it wasn't delivered by a specific time. I will definitely frequent this particular store again, the customer service cannot be beat and I was back to my busy day before I knew it. I've been coming here for nearly 20 years and have always had excellent service! Everyone is friendly and helpful. If your package looks like it needs extra taping they take the initiative to just do it! They make recommendations for the least expensive shipping options and are very knowledgeable about all forms of shipping. You can get your passport photos too for a fair price. They have some PO boxes inside too. The only challenging thing about this place is the parking. If you come during peak hours (lunch or evenings) you may have to park in the grocery store lot but we all need to walk and get exercise right? It's worth it because I know I'm taken well care of when I come here. read more

I was in line for 30 min the other day, with a person inside, waiting for one of the workers to do something on the computer. She was in front of that computer for more than 20 min, no idea what she was doing, other than taking her sweet time. Must be really frustrated with your own life, to get satisfaction from seeing 15 people waiting for you, and exercise that little power you have. She could have helped other customers meanwhile, but she decided it was more interesting to stretch people's nerves. Another guy worker was walking around moving some papers, acting important, and ignoring the long line formed behind me. If it takes a worker 20 min to help one customer, then they need a different job. And you need better employees. Finally I got helped by the guy who had an attitude and snapped all irritated, because I asked about a delivery message. Guess he was annoyed he had to do some work. There is always an attitude at this location. You're almost afraid to ask something, because the workers act aggravated, like they are doing you a favor. Guess nobody reminds them they go home with a paycheck, thanks to the people waiting in line. If there were no customers coming to this location, there would be no paycheck, no benefits, no job. They always talk in a superior way, and they give short, dismissive answers. What's with the airs? You're not curing cancer here! This is infuriating and feels like some third world country service. If they hate their job so much, no need to stay in a miserable position. Find better and let somebody competent and courteous replace you. read more

I was in the area and had to do an Amazon return. Stopped by to return my package and was rudely told by associate Michael that my package had to be packaged before bring in the return. I informed Michael I selected the option of UPS packaging and labeling my package for me I just needed to bring in the QR Code. The woman associate behind me explained to me nicely that sometimes Amazon changes the packaging rules last minute. I wish Michael would have explained to me in a calm manner like the lovely woman associate informed me. Michael needs to learn how to speak to customers in a professional manner. read more

How refreshing when customers recognize competent and efficient service. People smile. Business is conducted politely. Sandhya handled my notary needs twice during the last month. I arrived a few minutes early for my passport picture appointment. The woman working there was amazing. 2 people in front of me, 2 people behind AND someone on the phone. She greeted all of us. Multi tasked all of us. And when complimented for her extraordinary efforts she says " I'm a mom, I'm used to it! Bravo and good job! I came in for amazon return and I also had to ship a big box separately. I walked in and there was only one person getting help so I stood few feet behind him, 10 minutes later he was done so the employee "Darian" looked at the other customer and asked to help, I looked at him and said excuse me I am next in line I was here first and his reply was the line starts there and pointed at her, I told him you know I came in first it doesn't matter where the line starts I was standing behind the guy you were helping. All the employees seem to be having the worst day ever and one can assume it might be due to the owner/manager who is never in a good mood either. This UPS store is an absolute joke. They charge $2.50 for one strip of tape for your box that has a prepaid label. If they think they aren't going to make any money on this particular transaction from you even though you are a reoccurring customer they will charge you that exorbitant amount of money for a piece of tape.. Not only that they always have one person working and you wait forever just for them to tell you that that's how much they're going to charge you to tape your box. read more

I could immediately tell that my experience was not going to be a good one by the way the woman that was operating the cash register was talking to the other customers.
