I am very well known in our town and everyone who knows me knows I like to support small business but this one has lost me for good. I like to collage, so I print out 4X6 photos a lot. I stopped printing them here because they never come out right and their machine takes way too long and the price is ridiculous. Go through Walgreens, they print for about 15 cents each and they deliver to your door. Also, on multiple occasions, I have dropped off packages here and have literally found that they were not scanned in and on other occasions, they were scanned in too late to be picked up by carriers same day. That's the whole point of this store, I don't get it. The staff that's there never seem happy. It takes them way too long to come from the back where it looks like they've just got out of bed. One employee always smells like marijuana. The owner has attitude and seems to hate being there. I tried to get a refund from her a couple months ago and she had no idea what she was doing. If she would hire employees who actually want to work and the quality of the machines, instead of the look of her business, it would be better. Sadly, I won't be back here. I don't recommend them to anyone. There's a store just up the street who actually puts their customers first. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The file was too large to email, and when we tried using a thumb drive, we realized my newer laptop didn't have the right port. Kelly could have easily told me there was nothing she could do, but instead, she would not take no for an answer. She found a USB-C thumb drive that worked with my laptop, helped me get the file transferred, printed my entire deck, and had it professionally coiled. She then made sure someone helped me create the FedEx shipping label so I could get everything out in time for Saturday delivery. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation turned into such a positive experience because of Kelly. She was patient, resourceful, kind, and genuinely determined to help me find a solution. I walked in stressed and walked out feeling incredibly relieved and grateful. The location is very old school and small. During business hours the post office can get congested. The parking situation is pretty bad as there is no designated parking spots for the post office. Service time is up to par as other USPS locations. But we never had an issue when visiting. My mother still sends outgoing mail very frequently and their drop box is available 24 hours. It was only 0830 am and when I entered I was shocked to see how many people were inside in line! Completely packed and it's a small office inside! Thankfully my package was letter sized so I dropped it into the outbound mail slot knowing it was safe from the outside heat and then went on my merry way. The outbound mail slot is a good size to fit something a little bigger too. I would stop by here again for a quick drop off but for something more than that be prepared to wait in a line.
