I showed him the photo of the gas tank clearly under the quarter tank mark and the photo is time stamped. He said it's not valid because HE CANNOT SEE THE QUARTER TANK LINE IN MY PHOTO. it was taken at the wrong angle. You be the judge. I called Friday to find out where was and was told it's still showing delayed, so I decided I will go ahead and pay the extra $10 to have a Saturday delivery so I could make sure that it would get here. After waiting from 2 to 6 PM I got a notice saying it would be delivered by 9 PM. @ 9:45pm the status was that it would be delivered at 9 PM however, looking on the map I noticed a delivery driver was back at the distribution center and they were closed. I have no mattress and I've been sleeping on my couch because of this. today is Sunday Aug 30th and they are closed . I have no mattress and I am out the extra money for Saturday delivery that never occurred. I can't get anybody on the phone. I can't get a refund. I can't get any assistance. If I did my job the way these distribution centers @ ups handles their job, I would have been fired. And I understand that packages get delayed, but having it be 4 days now with no updates taking my money for a priority delivery and not delivering is unacceptable and super shady. Should have used Federal express and will from now on. I will also strongly advise my company to start using them as the preferred shipper as well.

The building used to be an old neighborhood cinema, but now it's home to this mailbox center that's finally having its glow-up moment. And let me tell you: the new team is a massive upgrade. The two guys running it now? Friendly, accommodating, and actually happy to help. A total 180 from the previous workers, who... well, let's just say customer service was not their strong suit. I honestly avoided this place before, but now it feels completely different--in a good way. I drop off all my FedEx and UPS packages here, and I pick up my boxes from Amazon, UPS, and FedEx at this location too. Super convenient, no stress. I also got my passport photos taken here, and they did an excellent job with those as well. They offer PO boxes, mailboxes, notary services, passport photos, fingerprinting, and just an overall smooth experience. If you need mailing or document services in Sherman Oaks, this is officially a yes from me.
