I would like to say that before I present my review on this location, I was with a previous UPS store location but I left that UPS store location for this UPS store location. Now, I have been with this UPS store location for the last 10 years plus and I am very satisfied with their customer service and the staff's efficient work ethics. Yes, I've seen workers come and go, but so far, all of them have been very nice and understanding. My wife needed certificates printed for her martial-arts students who were about to get promoted. After pissing away an hour at Walgreen's with unhelpful employees who just shrugged when I explained why things weren't working, I went to this UPS store down the block instead. Luckily I landed in the capable hands of Jas, who helped me problem solve the issues regarding my files and how to get them to their printers. Very reasonable price for the great service he provided. I sell things on eBay from time to time and print my own labels at home. Sometimes UPS is the best price so that's what I use. Found this drop spot and am so grateful, it's close to the house and they even let me drop off my usps packages here! I arrived at the store at 6:20pm, and the store closed at 6:30pm. The door was already locked, and the clerk would not unlock it despite me being on time. My package was already labeled. Two other people arrived after me to drop off packages, and still no assistance. I would rather drive across town than return to this location. read more

I came in to return something from amazon. Normally you have an email with QR code for some reason that wasn't the case so I'm trying to figure it out and ask the person working if he knows. He says he has no experience with amazon - LOL it's not like you dont get hundreds of packages from Amazon being returned there every day. So far for friendliness and customer service. This location gave me the fastest service I have ever received at a UPS store. I walked in for a return, and didn't have to wait in line. Someone was ready to assist me right away which was great because I was in a hurry. They had two people working that day so that really made a difference because normally when I go into UPS they only have one person working and there's always a line. Every time I went here they let me use scissors, this one rude employee today ( 10/14/24 ) told my brother an excuse to not be able to use the scissors ( " store policy ", " people run off with it ) then got mad when he took 10 minutes to hand cut some prints to send out labels. Like that wasn't his fault you wouldn't give him scissors bro giving my brother attitude like it was his fault lol. Behave better you a grown man. This is my go-to spot for dropping off returns with a provided shipping label (Amazon, B&N, etc). Service here is quick and courteous, but have your package ready to drop off: if you need to have a label attached or a box taped shut, they will charge you to do so. Never had any issue with this place being busy and when I've called, they always pick up pretty quick. read more

Honestly, would give a 0 star if possible. But since I have to click 1 ill say it is for location ONLY!. I expect the prices to be worse than post office, ill eat that. But the customer service here is horrible. I've gone in approximately 15-20 times (only due to convenience) and the kid working there never looks up or says hello. Very basic. Not hard to learn. Say good morning or hello and you get nothing back. Guess pushing buttons is all he's good for or cares to do. I rarely write reviews-this is my first negative for any business since I joined Yelp, but its very deserving. I Will be taking my business else ware and recommend others to do the same. I would rather drive a bit further than made to feel I'm interrupting someone to actually perform their job or acknowledge good/any customers. I really don't understand the negative reviews for this particular store. I've never had anything but fast, courteous, and informative service. I've been using this store for quite some time. I've never had a problem with Amazon returns, with sending things UPS or US mail service. All of my packages have made it back to Amazon without a problem as have anything I have mailed USPS or sent UPS. As for pricing, the store employees don't set the prices, so don't argue with them they are just doing their job; Or new employees, remember when you were a new employee? Were you perfect? DO NOT COME HERE!!! They will LOSE your packages!!! I shipped out a UPS OVERNIGHT envelope that contained a $7,000 cashiers check LAST Thursday on Feb 2nd to be shipped. It is now Tuesday Feb 7th, I contacted the payee and asked if they received the check. They said they never received anything yet. Contacted this store where I dropped off the envelope. They said that the package is currently missing and it currently claims that it is still in Las Vegas at their store. Some guy in the background yells "I know for sure it ain't here, so the truck drivers are the ones who lost it and didn't scan it" He then gets on the phone with me and I asked him Is he sure that it isn't there?!?! He said he checks every night and knows for sure that it's not there. He then tells me to call the 1-800 number. I called the ups 1-800 number. They said the same exact thing how it has not been scanned by a driver yet and the last scan was when I dropped off the package at this damn store!!! I asked the representative when a driver picks up a package what would it say on the tracking number. She said that when a driver scans a ups label it would say "in transit" instead of what they see now. Now, I had to file a missing package report and have to wait 8 business days for a result since the guy that works here says he knows "for sure" that it's not there at their store. I'm so upset how they lost my cashiers check of nearly $7,000!!!! In order for me to place a stop payment on this cashiers check, I have to pay a 10% surety bond fee how much the check was for since it's over a $1,000!!! So, nearly $700 fee just to place a stop payment on a check that UPS LOST!!! Of course, UPS won't reimburse me for this stop payment fee since it's not their money that is currently lost and lingering around somewhere. And I love how this store won't own up to their DAMN OWN MISTAKE of losing my damn check and ups envelope. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL!!!! AVOID COMING HERE!!! read more

The first thing you need to know is that the UPS store is not UPS. They would not honor an online price from UPS and the best quote they gave me was more than 70% more for shipping two packages. Furthermore they could not even come close to the United States Postal Service but they told me that the post office would be a lot more than that. When I called to let them know they were giving out false information and of course the employee was upset that he had been caught in a lie. I do not recommend this store to anybody. They are deceptive and will not be fair and honest. read more

7/8/16 Unfortunately, I had to go to the UPS Store to send my new computer back to the company for repairs. This location is quite, not a ton of customer at the time I was in there which was nice. The employee that helped me was courteous and made sure he got my order done fast. My computer got to the company three days after my drop-off so hopefully I'll have the laptop back real soon. read more

This is a really great UPS Store. And I have used a lot of UPS Stores and similar mailbox establishments over the years. This one is the best anywhere. The entire staff is very nice, very welcoming, very friendly, and incredibly helpful. And the manager Sid, who I work with the most, deserves 5 stars just on his own. He is amazingly helpful. I have a bit of a handicap, and also frequently am driving a car that is too small for bigger deliveries, and Sid has really gone beyond the call of duty to help me get things out and to my car . . . which is not at all a requirement of the job. (But is incredibly appreciated by me.) (A few times, I even had larger deliveries which were too big to fit in my car, and Sid and the staff helped me unpack them in the store, and they recycled the boxes for me so the item would fit in my car . . . all done with a smile and a great attitude. And never like it was a bother.) The entire staff is excellent, and they are great at getting customers taken care of quickly but efficiently even when there is a line of people. They follow Covid procedures scrupulously, and the place is always spotless. The notary services are done expertly and correctly -- and quickly. Finally, their extended 7 day per week hours (open until 6:30 p.m. on weekdays, until 5:00 p.m. Saturdays, and 3:00 p.m. Sundays) really makes things convenient for people with irregular schedules, like me. There are several UPS Stores that are closer to my house, but I drive a bit further to utilize this location because of the truly great service. In and out and parking is also always easy, and the location is very convenient. Finally, their email communication about delivered packages is flawless and fast, which is an area in which many other similar establishments get sloppy. But not here. In short, coming here is always a pleasure, and as a newcomer to Las Vegas, that is greatly appreciated. The world is chaos these days, but the service at this UPS Store is always calm, friendly, helpful, professional, and well-done. Thank you so much! Friday August 14th I went to The UPS Store to handle for packages three had labels one didn't I had the label in my phone I submitted it to their printer somehow their printer couldn't print the label I waited and waited I went to the bank and came back. The two gentleman working there were very pleasant but totally knew nothing they couldn't figure it out and couldn't give me a solution and all they could tell me was what the UPS policy was that they couldn't do certain things and they couldn't help me I thought it was ridiculous. I was really disappointed and I guess I'll have to find another UPS Store too bad I want you to give the business to the stores in my own neighborhood especially at this time where I didn't want to drive too far. at least offer me a solution. read more

We sent gift cards to my daughter in New York State. The delivery states that they left it at the side door. My daughter lives on the second floor of a converted home. No side door on upstairs (obviously) and the insurance says lost package. and has been giving us the run around for weeks. Even after we got a police report. I am not going to tolerate this. Small claims is next. and they will pay a lot more. The people are rude and no help. I am done. I went last week to get 4 pages faxed two of them needed to be front and back for my home morgage loan. The man at the counter grabed my paperwork out of my hand and emediatly took them to photo copier. Then charged me double for the copies. I could have done that myself. Then I did recieve a confirmation page. But I received an email from my loan officer that the fax came threw unreadable. I went back for my refund and the man refused. 6.55 for four pages and had to go somewhere else to get this done. Now he tells me I have to hunt the owner down. In addition to my previous bad review......I picked up my package on Tuesday, Sept. 29th.....after having to call UPS because the 2 males at the store said my package was never delivered. So, I go back to the store because Sierra was able to find the package...and today, Thursday Oct. 1, I receive and email from UPS stating that I have until Friday, Oct. 2nd to pick up my package. lol.....it seems that my package was not entered into the system correctly as having been picked up. Why would I receive an email that my package was going to be sent back to the sender IF it was done correctly? smh read more
