I came in to simply send a couple page fax which only cost me $1.50 which I thought was very reasonable. The staff that helped me were friendly, helpful and respectful. One thing that impressed me, a gentleman came in to the store, carrying a very large opened box to be shipped. All he had to do was just sit it on the floor, near the counter and get a receipt from the employee who told him don't worry I will take good care of it for you. The gentleman looked relieved that he did not need to pick the box up again to set it on the counter. I will return to this UPS location in the future. read more

I needed a mailbox while I was working in town for the summer. I chose this UPS Store even though it was farther away from my AirBnB because they offer 24 hour access to their mailboxes. I was able to reserve and pay for the mailbox before I arrived in Vegas. When I came by to pick up my keys, the staff had them ready for me. Whenever I received a package, I received an email from the store. And when I came by to pick them up, the staff usually had them ready after they saw me walk in the door. All of my interactions with the staff were very professional and pleasant. If/when I stay in Vegas again, I'll use this UPS Store location. read more

The UPS Store on 8550 W Desert Inn Rd Ste 102 Las Vegas, NV 89117 has really caused my family a lot of grief. I went in there in Monday morning 6/26/23 and told them I needed to send my wife her passport in Chicago for a trip her and my son were leaving to on Sat 7/1/23... The young people working there really seemed like they had no interest in being there to begin with! No one knew how to answer my questions. The girl helping me had no idea. She had to keep asking other people what to do. They told me to overnight my wife her passport would be $99... I did not need it to be there over night and was told if I spent the $24 it would get there by Thur FOR SURE!!! I thought worst case scenario was we had a one day cushion (Friday)... Here we are on Friday. No passport... I drove down to the store and raised hell on why was I told that for sure it would be there by Thursday... The manager told me if you use ground there is no guarantee. Well if your employees knew what they hell they were doing, they should have NOT told me it would be there for sure... If they would have told me there is no guarantee I would have paid the $99... WHICH IS LUNACY!! These guys have caused my wife & son to miss my their birthday trip to Turks and Caicos... Thanks UPS Store... I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN!! I have no trust in your services... I would put some $$ into training your employees! read more

Been going here for about 2 years now since I even discovered there was this UPS tucked on the side of the Vons and so happy I did. The employees are always super nice and friendly. They kind of give me that "you're with family" kind of feeling and I love that! Because I live in the neighborhood and always go here. They are always so helpful and go above and beyond help you accomplish your goal. I sell a lot of stuff online and always drop off my stuff here. It's always quick and easy, usually never a line like other UPS I've been to because they always acknowledge customers coming in so if you have a drop off they'll ask if you want a receipt. If you don't they'll aak you to place it somewhere and you can be on your way while they continue to tend to their current customer. I've been to other places where they don't acknowledge me and I'll be waiting there to just drop off. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place for the employees. I needed to print some things and that process was pretty simple, however when I asked the staff member if it was possible to print multiple images on 1 sheet he said "no how you sent it is how it gets printed". Fine I wasn't going to be difficult, but I do know that it's a simple button to push in print settings to print multiple pages to one sheet. Perhaps the rep didn't know this, and given his attitude about the whole thing I decided to just take my printed sheets and leave. read more

It was one of those days, where I had like 50 errands to run. I needed to get 2 forms notarized, so I stopped by this UPS store because it was close by. No other customers were in the store when I walked in. One of the employees walked out to the front and I asked if they could notarize some forms and he replied "sure" as he brought out the notary record book. Then he looked at the two forms and said "Um, there's no notary section on these forms so I can't do it." Excuse me? I have gotten forms notarized in the past, regardless of whether there was a notary section on them or not! I told him that, but he said, "sorry, it needs to have the notary section or I can't do it." WTF? I walked out and drove to Tech Mail, where the employees were much nicer and they didn't give me any crap about the forms. So yeah, this place is not recommended for notary services! Stay away from the rude employees who don't know what's going on! read more

When I need to ship something, they take care of everything, hassle-free for the customer. I rent a space there so I can pick up all my online shopping orders. I went into the store 15 minutes prior to their closing for notary services. Agent at counter looked at clock, pulled out his notary book, and told me it would be $15 per signature! I inquired again, because the amount sounded so absurd. He looked at my face and reiterated it was $15 per signature. Left store and called another UPS Store nearby. Second store was $15 for first signature, $7.50 each subsequent signature. Not really good or community conscious service for a local business. I understand as a business you are able to set your own prices for provided services, however not sure if this is simply a greedy business owners attempt to recoup low profits or an employees attempt at some extra cash. Either way, I'll be letting all of my neighbors know. Very disappointed . read more

The best UPS store we've ever used. We have a PO Box with this location. Whenever we come in they usually have our stuff waiting for us because they could see us coming and remember who we are. They also text whenever a package arrives which is super helpful as well. It's very personal service and in this day and age that is so hard to find. Also when we bring in our amazon returns they don't charge us to throw a piece of tape across the top of the box or package unlike other UPS stores. We actually moved a ways away from this location with multiple UPS stores closer to us but when we've tried these locations they don't measure up. Highly recommend. read more
