Very disappointing. I went to get a few things taken care of at this store. As I was there a customer came in to complain about an issue they had with one of the employees. Apparently they had called about their issue and the employee hung up on them. So the customer came up to complain in person. Mind you I'm in the store to do my transactions and there are other customers present as well. The customer asks for the manager which happened to be who was working with me at the time and explained to him the situation. The employee who had hung up on the lady and the customer began to discuss the issue and became very loud in the store. I thought as a customer sitting there and observing this that this issue could have been resolved in a different manner and it was very rude of the employee to raise their voice at the customer. This could have been deescalated. Even if the customer is upset that is no way to speak back to a customer with other people present in the store. It was very poor customer service and I felt uncomfortable in this situation. Not mention that I couldn't do my computer needs because their wifi was down and I had a QR code for my packages and couldn't mail those because they didn't have a way to scan them to get my labels. It ended up be a waste of a trip to the store and frankly I won't be returning for any future mailing needs. After this experience I wouldn't recommend going there. read more

Unfortunately, this was the second time I've had to use this UPS store in Lauderhill, Florida. i have never encountered a businessperson as rude as Rob. The first time he yelled at me as I left the store as he thought I hadn't paid. After his blue haired clerk corrected him, he failed to apologize. Yesterday my senior citizen father needed a notary and interacted with Rob. My dad was shocked at his brusqueness. Rob treats customers poorly. read more

I was a client of this agency until last week, I was for years, but I will never return. Last Friday, April 2, I was a victim of verbal abuse from the manager or / and owner of the agency Robert Piecora for leaving a package forgotten in one of the counters in the center of the store for no more than 7 minutes. When I went back to look for it, this man told me that the above was thrown away. At first I thought it was a joke and smiled, but this man, seeing that I did not react to his comment, continued to emphasize that he had literally thrown it in the trash, but that just this time he was going to do me the favor of removing it from trash and hand it over to me. Noticing him a bit upset, I explained to him that I left him forgotten and that it wasn't more than 7 minutes, but he got more upset and started yelling at me. It got worse when I asked him what was his problem, that his way of talking to me about something like that made no sense. An employee brought me my package, I thanked her and while I was leaving I told him that I would never return, but this man got worse, he began to yell at me more and told me that he did not want to see me in his store anymore. I think this man has problems based on other people's comments about him and his wife. I give them zero on customer service. My husband and I have been in business for approximately 13 years and we always say that it is so difficult to win a client, but so easy to lose one. Too bad, but there are many other agencies that I can go to that are also close to my house ..... PS: at the entrance there is a very large sign that says "NO MASK, NO SERVICE". My question is, why the Manager and / or owner of this agency does not wear a mask? . Well, actually the question is over, the lack of respect for others is what stands out in this place. read more

I contacted the UPS Store customer service department and once again they simply don't care. After 4 emails they finally spoke to the store and - surprise! The associate twisted the facts. Oh well. I just wanted an apology for screwing up the delivery date. It doesn't matter at this point. My advise is not to go there. read more

Despite Black Friday and Alberto is the only work there he manage to jump Back and forth two registers to help me and other non English spoken man that have no idea what he wants or do and on the phone the whole time with his family. I have been to this store several times over a two year period and the staff are all sooooo very Kind and helpful. They advise customers of the most expedient and affordable options available to them and will go out of their way to assist in any way needed. I told a colleague of about the service I received and he also mentioned that he was treaded disrespectfully and so was his wife at the same location! I have been going to this location for years...prior to the previous owners. Current management surpasses my expectations. They always find ways for me to save money. Patrick DiAngelo was extremely rude and condescending to me the entire time I dealt with this company. From the very second he began speaking, he spoke down to me as if I was challenged. If I could give them a 10 star I will. Best service and follow up I have ever received. They received my documents, print them out and since I was too far they offered to send them by mail. It arrived before the date and very well packed. Owner always responded my messages right away and very positive looking always for great solutions for the client. Highly recommended. read more

Where do I begin! I have gone to this store four times and the first time I had two people helping me. Which would have been great if the second person wasn't such a jerk. I finished returning my items for Amazon and just took his rudeness as a bad day. Huge Mistake!! The next two times I came in same shitty attitude and condescending. The last and final time just happen less than time mins ago. I go in to return two items and mail off one. He automatically impatient because I don't have the email find for him to scan. He then tells me that it's going to cost to package the item and print the label. Which would have been fine if that's what it said on Amazon. So, with an Attitude he tells me this is what he does all day and blah blah. Being extremely dismissive. So, I went and put my things in the car because I don't have to spend my money there. However, before I left he need to know how he made me feel. So, I let him know how rude he was towards me. Instead of him apologizing for how he treated me. If I could I would have given the customer services at this location a 0 star. I am an active duty Army solider who is currently deployed and haven't seen my mother in 3 years and unfortunately won't be able to attend my mother's 60th birthday. I sent her a $300.00 gift gift to my father who was picking it up to give it to my mother and the manager and his employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. My father had every bit of paper proving the package arrived and his name was also on the paper but they refused to give it to him for whatever reason. Mind you, my father is 67 years old. Being that the piece of mail had my fathers name on it and the store manager located the package it was my fathers right to not leave without it. My father even offered to pay for it but the store manager told my dad he was going to send it back. The store manager calls the police on my father but that back fired because after listening to my fathers case and seeing for themselves that my fathers package was in the store and the store manager and his disrespectful employee had no valid reason not to hand it over the police ordered them to give my father his package. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! I will definitely be informing my family and military friends not to give this store any of their time and money!!! read more

What a pleasure to visit the Lauderhill UPS Store. Not only does the line move 10x faster than the US Post Office but the staff make you feel like your business is truly appreciated. The store manager Robert Piecora was super helpful by doing a cost comparison and I felt like he wasn't solely interested in making a profit versus addressing my needs. On top of that he was very nice, understanding, patient, and funny too. Store Associate, Angie Felter is super cool and always greets customers with a smile. Services provided from a UPS store are all pretty standard, what makes them stand out is the superior service given by the staff. This location is run a husband and wife who are friendly and efficient. Each visit I have been greeted by them both and I'm helped by whoever is available.
