I was a little early to my appointment and the man working was able to get me checked in, photographed and sent me on my way in less then ten minutes! He was very friendly with getting my information as well as checking all my forms of ID to make sure I was really me. The store itself was very organized and one thing that I love was they had a few items in the window out front that are for anyone that may need something if they are in desperate times. There was a couple toys as well as snacks. The location also had a tub with change in it and a note that mentioned how they donate what they can each week to buy food/items for those in need. This place made me want to go out of my way to drop off any packages I need sent out or have anything notarized because they also offer that service here. There should be an option for more than just 5 stars for a place like this! The prices seemed great for the services they offered and I know I will come here to get anything done in the future that involves shipping!

They do tend to be a little slow when it comes to trying to get the line down but I don't mind because they are doing their best. The location is always clean but I do think they can do a bit better when it comes to creating an area for a line. There were times where it seems everyone is in a clump that are waiting to be called and it does get very confusing. The staff is friendly and there have been times I see one or two of them juggling multiple guests because it is so busy and they don't want anyone waiting an insane amount of time. I also do wish there was more workers, there only seems to be one, maybe two, working at any given time so it does make the line and wait tend to get a bit longer. When I go it is only to ship out items I need returned or mailed so I have never had to buy anything when I stop in but the prices are reasonable for shipping, depending on what you need shipped and how heavy it may be!

The staff here are usually friendly and I can tell they are doing as much as possible with what they are given. They take their time with each person and even have allowed my husband and I to jump back in line after it was our turn and they needed us to fill out different forms to help keep the line moving. The location is very easy to find but I will say that parking can be a little tricky if you are here during peak busyness! It is a smallish lot but the speed they work, cars are usually coming and going very quickly thankfully! I love that I am able to buy specialty stamps here and get a good laugh at seeing some that they come up with. Pricing for shipping out items and their stamps is the same as it is everywhere else but I do wish it was slightly cheaper, but what are you going to do when there aren't many shipping options out there! The location also offers PO boxes and a package drop box if you don't want to wait in the line to drop it off and get it scanned.

He was friendly, professional, and doing his best despite the long line. My only complaint is how understaffed the location appears to be. I genuinely felt bad for him having to manage everything on his own. He even called for backup, but no one came to assist him. Staff here is very quick with what they need to do and they get the job done well. They have patience I know I don't have when it comes to hearing what people have argued about while I am at the store. The place is easy to find and there is a nice amount of space so I don't feel like I am hovering over someone while I am waiting in line to get my package scanned so I can go on my way. Prices are fair and they do not charge an arm and a leg for supplies to help get your item to where it needs to go safely. I like that they offer tape, boxes and various interior packing supplies to make sure your item isn't damaged during transport.
