Then, he said there was a scanner in the back and I've tried to scan the Amazon return QR code sheet and it did not work. So I've asked the guy for help. He looked at me once and kept writing something. Other people on the line said he should help me, but I was hesitant to go back to the my previous spot on the line because there were 5-6 people waiting on the line. Then I asked people if it's okay to stand back on the line and they said it's okay. THIS UPS CENTER ASSOCIATE WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP CUSTOMERS DID NOT HELP AND PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ON THE INCONVENIENT SPOT. Either they could say, "Please go back to your spot. Will help you in a minute." or "Can you accept his dropoff package?" Their scanner machine kiosk did not work, but their scanner on the counter worked. No one told me on that date to stay on the line. I stood up near the line and waited for direction and no one told me anything. I stopped by to drop of a "no package or box needed" return for two items, (from the same order, same QR code), that were shipped to me seperately by the company. When I took them into UPS to make the return, in the same two packages they came in, Chris (the store owner) told me I had to either purchase a box large enough to put both items in or go package them myself in the same box. I knew that wasn't true, but to avoid a hassle, I went back to my car, combined the packages and returned to the store in less than 10 minutes. Upon my return, I was assisted by a different person. I explained the situation to the individual assisting me and asked if it was necessary for me to package both items together and he said NO! I knew that to be the case, but wanted to confirm. (NOTE: The regular staff at this location has always been very helpful and professional). This is the second incident I've had with Chris--he was very RUDE a couple months ago when I visited the store to process some returns. I didn't feel the need to write a review at that time; even though I didn't appreciate his unprofessional attitude, I chalked it up to him having a bad day. Yet here we are again! This type of behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.

After she scans it she decides to tell me that I need another box as she can't ship it in the box it was in. So I told her I would get my own box. Two days later I go to a diff UPS store and they tell me that THIS store processed my label so I can't use it anymore??! The UPS rep told me that this ups store needs to go into the system on the date I went in and use the last 4 of the tracking and cancel the transaction. I called this store whilst in the other UPS and Veronica answers telling me to call 3 hrs later when a manager comes in. I asked why she couldn't do it? She's says she doesn't know how...so I tell her how. She responds with 'we have 8 diff systems' I don't know which one. How do you as a UPS employee not know how to go into the system for a simple cancellation you should've done in the first place?
