I dropped off a package with a prepaid mailing label for next-day air at 3:48 PM on a Friday. It was not shipped out from this location for four days, and as a result, the medical sample inside was ruined. The medical sample is obviously impossible to replace, and now the patient can no longer receive medical results that could possibly save her life. No one at the location told me that the package would not go out the next day, or explain that they had picked up their packages for this service less than 20 minutes earlier. If they had done, so, I would have shipped the package from another location. Instead, they just handed me my receipt and let me leave. When I called and asked for an explanation five days later, they couldn't explain why they hadn't told me that the next-day-air package would not be shipped out for four days. This is entirely unacceptable service, and I strongly advise against dropping off time-sensitive packages at this location. read more

Ellie took great care of me today and helped me package up and ship a box home before catching a flight. Pricier than the US Post Office, but I was able to get the task done quickly with Ellie's help. Box was $7, all in about $40 to send a care package box from CA to Chicago. Parking was tricky as the spots are very narrowly spaced and competition for open spots was hearty, but I got in and out safely. Thanks, team!! read more

This UPS store is my favorite! I've been coming here at least once a week for 3 years since my job requires frequent shipping. Large, free parking lot, it's open until 7pm on weekdays so I can always make it there before they close, they have a self-service Amazon counter so I'm in and out fast, and when I do need help, the clerk, Julie, is super efficient and knowledgable. I wanted to update this review because 3 months ago I wrote a review on this UPS location and on how much Julie helped me out. In my previous review I promised to exclusively use UPS as my go-to shipping company. Well recently, I had a package that I needed to send internationally. As people May or may not know, international shipping is insanely expensive. I was going to send this package without notifying the receiver because frankly I don't know this person (this package is for a mutual friend of mine and the acquaintance) Again Julie came to my rescue, she advised me to at least get in contact via text or email or smoke signals (haha jk) with this person so they know to expect the package because customs will get difficult sometimes and want to speak to the receiver and if this acquaintance wasn't expecting a package they could potentially decline it and have it become undeliverable and lost in the mail. That would have been disastrous as a one of a kind item was in the package. I decided to heed Julie's advice and contact my receiver. Julie asked me take my shipment home and wait until I get a response from my receiver so that I know the package is acknowledged and expected. I waited and finally I got the ok from the receiver. I went back to UPS to ship and was sticker shocked! It was crazy expensive to ship. I did have the option of sending it via regular mail and that Would have been cheaper. But by sending it via UPS with Julie I was guaranteed that any and all customs paperwork was properly filled out and my package was properly documented to arrive safely to its destination. I'm going to be honest, the premium price I paid to ship via UPS though steep, was COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY WITHOUT QUESTION WORTH EVERY PENNY. I never would have received that kind of help at the post office and frankly with all the customs paperwork, I'm sure I would have filled it out wrong and the package would have been lost as I wasn't planning on putting a return address if I would have shipped via regular email. Anyway I got a tracking number and my package was good to go!! AGAIN, THANK YOU JULIE FOR ALL YOU DO!!! Proving to me that UPS and especially this location is the way to go! Because of Julie's help, I'll continue to be a loyal UPS customer. Totally worth it!!! read more
