genuinely hate leaving a review like this, and I honestly regret having to do it, because the two guys working the counter have always been nice to me. But the owners/management have taken this store in a direction that feels unfair, confusing, and completely unresponsive -- and I can't recommend this location at all. I've used this UPS Store as my mailbox / package delivery address for about two years. Before I chose them, I checked other UPS Store locations in the area. This one is more expensive, they're not open on Sundays, and the parking is bad. I still chose them anyway because I needed Sunday access and privacy. After I asked a lot of questions, they finally allowed me to use a fob so I could access my mailbox on Sundays. Once that was set up, everything was going smoothly and I was planning to be a long-term customer -- like 10-20 years. Then out of nowhere, the store started sending me emails constantly (daily) saying I can't receive more than about 4 packages per month (it may be somewhere between 4-8 depending on what they're calling the "limit") and that I'm "over my limit" and will be charged an overage fee for every package over that number. That's ridiculous for a paid mailbox service. Even something basic like ordering a few items (example: a few boxes of stamps) could put you one package over and suddenly you're being charged extra. The biggest issue: I never signed any contract or document agreeing to an overage fee or a monthly package cap. No one explained this at signup, and I was never warned that they could suddenly start charging me additional fees per package like this. It feels like they just made up new rules after the fact and are trying to hold me to them. What made this go from frustrating to unacceptable is the complete lack of response. I've tried to resolve this the normal way: * I went in person * I called * I emailed the manager multiple times * I sent messages repeatedly And I received no response from ownership/management. None. This has only gone this far because I kept trying to communicate like a reasonable customer and it's like talking to a wall. I also paid for mailbox service because I do not want packages delivered to my home. I don't want anyone knowing where I live, and I don't want my items stolen. I always pick my packages up quickly -- same day most of the time -- except recently I had back-to-back surgeries and I literally can't walk normally right now, so I couldn't pick things up as fast as usual. During this period, I had situations where the store said they didn't see my packages, and then later I received a late pickup notice. That is incredibly stressful when you're paying for secure delivery and already dealing with medical recovery. At this point, I'm not just upset about the money -- it's the unfairness and the uncertainty. If a business can change terms midstream and then ignore every attempt to discuss it, it puts customers in a terrible position. I'm now sitting here wondering: if I renew next year, are they going to come up with another new set of "rules" and fees again? And if I leave, I have to change my address on everything -- which is a huge hassle because I already updated this address everywhere specifically because I planned to stay with them long-term. I truly regret choosing this store. The front staff are kind, and that's why it's sad to see it handled like this by the owners. But between the surprise overage-fee emails, the lack of any signed agreement for these fees, the ongoing confusion about packages, and the complete non-response from management, I cannot recommend this location. If you decide to use this UPS Store, get every single policy, limit, and fee in writing upfront -- because they may change things on you later and you may not be able to get anyone to respond. read more

After spending a significant amount of time trying to get assistance, we were met with dismissive responses and a complete lack of professionalism. Manager Chris Grogan was unhelpful from the start and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue or providing clear answers. When we asked for an update after being kept waiting, he sarcastically stated that he was speaking with "tech support," which only added to the frustration. Rather than treating us with courtesy and respect, he came across as arrogant and condescending throughout the interaction. Bait and switch - do not send your mail here. Do not get a mailbox at the UPS store. Choose another location in the area. If you can after you get your mailbox, they will switch the policy on you. They won't allow you to receive more than two packages per month and every package after two packages you have to pay them a fee. Also, if your package is there more than 24 hours they charge you a fee. They started doing this to me randomly and charging me tons of money also they don't have 24 hour entrance into the building. The parking is terrible and they charge you for every single thing and they bait and switch and try to charge you more money there's several other locations that don't do that. I do not recommend you going here. Also, when you get ready to park your car you're right next to other cars your car can get scratched. There's only about 10 parking spots in a very, very crowded parking lot. It's not worth it plus they will be in switch and start charging you more fees inbox me for questions. read more

This is only the 2nd time I've come to this store (both during COVID). I have 4 items I wanted to ship with 3 of them being medium sized boxes. I wanted to get in early so I could be in and out as quickly as possible and return to work. Turns out the guy opening was having a bit of a slow morning and showed up a little late, but he was efficient at getting my items shipped out. I would HIGHLY recommend coming early so you can easily get a parking spot. I came yesterday with my boyfriend to ship these items, but we didn't realize they were closed for Mother's Day. The parking lot is really small and tight. If you are lucky enough to get a parking spot and trying to back out and leave is a whole other journey. When I got there is morning it was relatively empty and much easier to navigate in and out. read more

I was treated really nice by the 2 ladies that work there I had a 40 page legal document that had to be faxed after 2 attempts they scanned the document to an email address and it went through and if I had gone to staples it would have cost me 40 dollars at the minimum I highly recommend this store for their professionalism read more

I purchased a PO Box at this facility so that I could have my packages safely delivered. Wow, that was a mistake!!! Later had proof that only every other package was being delivered and they refused to help me track down the laws packages. When I told them that my packages weremissing, they only laughed at me. I didn't care so much about the money since itI could always be retrieved but these people who are responsible for taking care of other peoples packages were in fact participating in the missing packages. Even before my one year contract is over, I am going to have to start a new PO Box at a different location so that I don't have to worry about any more missing packages. read more

This place is always out of stamps! It's a shipping store!!! They should never be out!! When I asked clerk to ask manager to buy some she said "won't do any good". I used to love this store and the guys were pretty great and I would have all my parcels delivered there. I don't know what happened but the usual guys have disappeared and some new girl and guy are running the place The young girl was rude to me twice in the last week I don't know what happened to Customer service but it seems nonexistent these days After my asking her if there were any more packages she said " I just told you they weren't" The manager was standing there didn't even correct her to be more polite. Do not go here for the computer or printer. Came in to print a couple of documents - 20 minutes to load, download files...and fail. Only one workstation and it was a flop. After 20 minutes clerk offered to use the staff computer but it was not connected to the colour printer. Huge waste of time. read more

By far, one of the best ups stores in the area. Free parking with validation for 20 min, which is all you really need to return packages through Amazon. The staff are always all to kind to wrap up my packages and label them for me with a smile. I've been to other ups stores that are a bit annoyed when you ask for this helped and reluctantly do so. I've always loved UPS. They're the best! Never had packages lost, stolen, or broken by this company (unlike Fedex who is absolutely the worst, and totally opposite).. Service is always top notch.
