I love that they moved to this location, it is much easier to park here than the previous location off Sunset, wasn't that a mess! Great customer service. Anni is the best, and the tall guy with a beard is super nice as well! I appreciate them making returns and quick pick ups super easy and friendly. This place is small, definitely bare bones operation, but that is all you need-it is not a cafe. I can only imagine what a thankless job this is; people yelling at you over a $2 charge for a label all day, I mean...the world sucks, let's not take it out on people just doing their jobs, and with kindness and smiles despite rude people! :) read more

Tried to return my AT&T Wi-Fi box, but UPS unable to find me in the system. Not their fault. The guy behind the counter tried to help me. First time to this spot. Nothing interesting to see inside the small shop. Limited parking in a small, shared lot. You can probably find street parking. read more

Every time I come into this location the experience is so nice, no matter who is behind the counter. If this UPS was a coffee shop, I would vibe check here every day. The music is always good, and while the team is efficient and keeps things moving, they also take the time to be present and human. It's refreshing. I never have high expectations of places like this, I just don't. I think not going inside actually helps. The interior feels drab and the vibe is low. So, why 5-stars? It's a freaking pandemic and these folks are giving amazing service and are not only efficient and fast, they were super nice! I had two items for the horrible 1-star company, Spectrum, and three boxes to send to Amazon. The Spectrum boxes had to be opened, so they could get serial numbers. He checked in the three for Amazon, gives me the receipt. Then, tells me to stand aside and he will get the Spectrum stuff processed. He hands them off and helps other folk that were in line. In my mind, I'll be here a while. So, I play games on my phone. Imagine how amazed I am when he comes over to me, like 5 minutes later, and gives me my receipt! Then, he gives me a quick overview of the Spectrum receipt, since it's different. He did not yell "who had the Spectrum stuff!" Or scream "come here." He actually walked over to me, spoke to me, thanked me and told me to have a nice day. Well, thanks to this place, and the really fantastic and nice service, I did have a nice day. I've been to this UPS store three times over the last year to pick up different packages. Each time, I had my ID and the tracking numbers. The first time, they simply didn't have the package, despite it being delivered and signed for by "Chris." They offered nothing in return and didn't apologize. The second time, it took them 30 minutes to locate the package, even though it was delivered and signed for by "Chris." They suggested that I call and give them a heads-up next time I pick up a package. Why this burden falls on the client instead of their elaborate tracking system is beyond me. The third package was again shown as delivered and signed for by "Chris." After 20 minutes of looking (it was sitting in plain sight on a shelf), they said I'd have to pay $10, despite the package being sent from another UPS store. This store is a wreck. It's poorly managed, with unhappy employees who give inconsistent information to customers. Do not ship with UPS. read more

But unfortunately, I have to give them one star and take time out of my day to post this review to keep people aware of the con artists that are running the store. I have been working with them for the last 10+ years since before they change to this new location. Zero customer service zero management. Please stay away find another UPS location or FedEx for your own peace of mind. This UPS Store has lost two of my Amazon returns. When Amazon provides a QR code for a return shipment, the customer MUST take it to a UPS Store. Twice in the last year, I have brought Amazon returns to this store with a QR code already boxed and ready to ship. All the store had to do was scan the QR Code, put a label on the package, give me a Drop Off Receipt, and then give the package to the UPS Driver. However, even though I have a Drop Off Receipt, which is proof that I gave my package to the store, the status of my shipment permanently remains Label Created. UPS claims that they are not in possession of the package. UPS never returns the package to Amazon. What is the meaning of a Drop Off Receipt, if it does not mean that UPS is in possession of the package? read more

Yes! Finally found a great place to ship anything and everything in my area. Much like the UPS store I used to go to across town, the staff here and the service they provide is 5 star!!! For example, I came in late-ish once and one of the employees helped me get my package out just in time for the last ship out, allowing the gift I was sending to get out in time for my friends birthday surprise. I also shared some good laughs with another awesome employee (I believe his name was Christopher so s/o to him!) while shipping something out, it was nice to have warm and fun conversation. Great place, will be utilizing all holiday season and forevermore! read more

I've kept a mailbox here for the last two years, and have never had issues receiving mail. (They're also great at letting me know via email and text when packages arrive or when mailbox rent is due!). They came in handy after Amazon's Rosemead facility marked a package sent to my place as lost/undeliverable - TWICE. I redirected the package replacement to this location, and it arrived right away. Returning packages also couldn't be easier, and certainly helps that the guys who work here are super nice :) It's a relief to have such a dependable mail service within walking distance of my place. Avoid this business. Drop off at the main UPS or locally like Postalworks. I get it, we are in the middle of COVID, but the lack of responsibility and help with package issues is not acceptable. I have come here at least 5 times, two out of the three cost me money out of pocket. I have never had issues elsewhere. Also I see the management here had my last bad review, months ago, removed. They have not changed their store hours on here or google services - so plan accordingly. They actually close around 4:30 pm (door sign in the parking lot says they close at 5:00 PM) they do not let anyone know standing outside their door that they're closed. All these people think they're open till 7 pm and have been waiting outdoors in the heat - very frustrating. I have put in a suggestion to change their hours to 4:30 pm closing. This particular day we knocked and knocked on the door with no answer. Then I called and someone just answered and said "We're closed"!! and hung up. There was an elderly woman outside in a wheelchair arriving by bus and had been waiting since about 4:30 pm. We offered to get her some water because she had been waiting outdoors in the heat for a while. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! Walked in 9:00am Tuesday morning. No other customers in the store. 3 workers. 1 on the computer and two chatting. I walked in and nothing! I asked if someone could help me and the long haired guy snapped at me and said "we'll be right with you ". I wanted to send a fax and asked the price. He answered. He just stood there and stared at me. I asked do I need a cover sheet. He slammed a piece of paper on the counter and barked "the pens are over there ". Ok. Do I send it myself self? He said ya! Wow! Zero direction zero help! He just had the look of angry bitterness in his eyes. So I said f it! I walked out and will never walk back in. Much better service when they were up the street. I guess if he really had it together, he'd have a much better job than working at a UPS Store as a clerk. Lol. Horrible customer service! As we know, our money is green all over. read more

Customer service was great, detail-oriented/thoughtful, and relatively fast! I came in with an oversized item that needed to be shipping to Gardena. Ann at the counter was very patient and funny and helped me figure out how best to ship the item. We love these fine people at the UPS store! They are working ever harder during the C-19 times and are making customer service their middle names-- we felt so bad for them working the line in the sun, we brought them our pop-up tent so they weren't baking like lobsters in the hot LA sunshine.
