Super convenient location to my house but the customer service at this location is terrible. The store returned 4 of my packages and then gave my package to a different customer on several occasions. When packages were given to the wrong person the employees argued with me that they didn't have any packages for me even though I got a text alert they were scanned in. With my purpose for a ups mailbox being business related I switch to a different ups store in town. read more

I went to send a package and was met with the rudest customer service I have ever experienced by the tall girl with black hair. She constantly berated me when I was telling her the address to send to. I have never written a review and this experience was so bad I felt the need. This should not be allowed by UPS and needs to be looked into further. read more

I always get the best and fastest service here! Never have trouble finding parking either. It's super convenient. When I was struggling to return a very large, bulky item (large shelf), the owner let me use their cart and even helped me tape the box back together even while they were busy. I am currently in the UPS store to drop off a package. I have been standing here for 15 minutes while the clerk is on the phone in a side room. There are now other customers behind me. She has not come out to address us. This is the worst service I have had in a while. FYI 100% sure I was at that store I still have my receipt. It was only myself and two others in the store. The UPS Store located on Broadway is a convenient location for me when dropping off packages. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is street parking in addition to a parking lot. Good to know. No one wants to lug a heavy, awkward package down the sidewalk to a store. They also have copiers and printers in their store although I have not personally used those services. read more

First time sending a package here and while it can be expensive if you are not prepared with your own packaging, it is extremely convenient. This particular has quite a history with some important life events for me. Bought my first motorcycle in the parking lot and had the bill of sale notarized here. I shipped out $65,000 worth of testing equipment here without insurance. Faxed my deployment papers for my first deployment to Antarctica. All that said, I haven't had a single issue and their customer service is top notch. Sure, their prices are a bit steep, but it reflects the level of service UPS provides instead of relying on the USPS to lose/damage every parcel in their possession. (I'm super bitter about the Postal Service, I'd defund them in a heartbeat if I ever made it to a high ranking political position.) This UPS Store location offers every service in the spectrum, some only have limited capabilities so keep that in mind this is really a one stop shop. read more

This is my go-to for printing and shipping. One of the associates always seems to be working when I go by, and we've gotten to know each other and she knows what I need before I ask. I'm an artist who does prints of my work & sometimes need to do a test run/tweak things a couple times before I do the final print. She is always patient and sweet. On 9-21-19 I went to UPS store on E. Broadway to place a order for a banner. I gave Lindsey my info and she drew up plans and I had to pay in advance. I was charged 45$. Picked up banner 9-23. got home and saw a lot of puckers along top and bottom of banner. Went back to store 9-25 to see what could be done. Only options was to replace banner or take as was. I requested another banner but was going to be charged 1/2 price. Spoke with clerk and supervisor. That was unacceptable. My receipt said return, refunds or exchanges. They were going to cut the banner down but I would be paying for less banner. I am in a non-profit organization and interact with other groups. I WILL not refer UPS to any of them and I felt that there could have been a better way to handle the situation. The Banner was unacceptable. So I ended up with a defective banner that I had to pay for sight unseen. I will never give UPS my service again and will let everyone know about the horrible service I received. read more

Avoid this location like the plague. UPS left a ticket at my residence saying to pick up a package at this location. I went the next day around 5:30 pm just after work and there was a printed note on the front door saying 'be back in 10 minutes' and the door was locked, which was bizarre. I stood outside in the snow until a woman came up and opened the front door. She was on the cell phone talking to her boyfriend (she said goodbye sentiments before hanging up) and FINALLY spoke to me while I stood waiting at the counter. I gave her the ticket and she said my package wasn't there. I asked why it wasn't delivered normally and if she could locate the package and when it would be available. She didn't bother checking the system and told me to call the 1-800 number and she can't help me. Whenever I would call the store to see if the package was available, no one picked up the telephone. It took 7 days to get a 2 day package with zero help from the employees. Absolutely rude and terrible customer service. read more
