Two of them were in the back talking and neither of them bothered to step up and wait on me or acknowledge me. The 3rd employee was off to the side on a computer. After a few minutes one walked up and did something on the register, still never greeted me smiled or said anything. When questioned about the higher than what's reasonable price increase, Managers said they are 'keeping up' with other storage facilities in the surrounding area. To Space Shop Corporate Management: Just quote customers a fair price at the beginning of the contract; don't raise to astronomical prices directly after customers have moved in. It's a disservice to the folks who keeps your business going. They get lots of extra money from you, because it takes planning for the average (poor) person to reserve a moving company to move out of the now high priced unit. We purchased decals from Ford for a new truck and needed them put on before the vehicle left town. Ford told us they could put it on, but then after we purchased them, changed their tune and said they couldn't. We called around to body shops but they were 3+ weeks out and wanted a pretty penny to put on the decals. On a recommendation, we checked our TeeShopz/Decal Depot and were very happy to hear they could take us immediately. We were even happier when Brock + team took us through the entire process of putting the decals on and let us know how reasonable the price was! They turned everything around quickly and we couldn't be happier with the final result.
