Let me first say I NEVER leave reviews. But every single time I do amazon returns here they are so rude and make me feel like I am inconveniencing them. They make snarky comments to me, and to each other about how many returns I have (usually 5-10). Ive given them enough benefit of the doubt and today was my last straw and I just felt compelled to leave a review because their poor customer service needs to be called out. To the tall dark curly headed guy: you know who you are and you really need an attitude check or some schooling on customer service 101. I have been going here for years. The owners are super friendly and kind. Their ENTIRE staff are also AMZAZING. The staff has on several occasions come out to my car to help me gather all my packages for my business. Please ignore the negative comments from "customers" complaining about the service. They are mad that they are being charged for packaging THEIR OWN Amazon returns which THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE for packing when it states in the app. Comsumers are sometimes required to print their own label and package their own returns for Amazon. If you can't read or follow directions then you have to pay for convenience of the store providing the materials that you need make your return. read more

I have to say I am somewhat disappointed in this UPS store for what I believe is price gouging. The staff were friendly and professional, however charging $17 for a 16 inch cubed box is a significant ripoff that I haven't seen at any UPS store before. Mind you this isn't the shipping fee this is simply for the cardboard box. I am used to $5 for a similar sized box at other locations. I was in a bind and purchased the box but felt it was taking advantage of a situation by providing an item at an extremely unreasonable price for the size and quality of the box that I needed to return an item. Additionally, they wouldn't assist me in trying to push down the item in a box that I had brought with me or even look in back to see if they had a box in a similar size. Charged me $3.00 to print a label for an Amazon return. Bad attitude when I complained.

This has always been a horribly run location. Today, they changed the customer in front of me $1.00 for 8" of tape on a box, and another $2.00 for additional tape. It was clearly an oversight on the customer's part - they didn't realize the box needed to be taped shut for Amazon as most returns do not require that. FedEx and USPS never charge if you occasionally need a little tape. This owner should have her franchise agreement revoked; she is unfriendly, not cognizent of competitors' practices, and brings a bad attitude to the entire store experience. The only redeeming quality of this location is employee Clayton, who provides amazing customer service. So many customers didn't know how to use their phones, from sharing documents to be printed to showing QR codes and printing labels for Amazon returns. Clayton was kind, patient and knowledgeable with each customer - even as the owner chastised him with, "We don't have time to helo customers." That is literally the business model, but she clearly doesn't recognize that or good employees providing superior customer. Good luck, Clayton - Hopefully you will move on to another company that appreciates your expertise and people facing skills. read more

All I can is that this is the worst experience I've had at a UPS Store. The contract between Amazon and UPS must either be really bad or UPS fails to equip their staff with the tools they need to execute good customer service. Listen, if you don't like having to process Amazon returns, take it up with Amazon, not the customer. What really ticked me off was when they were going to charge me for a strip of tape. $5 FOR A PIECE OF TAPE!! YOV'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!! After some back and fourth, the gentleman said don't worry and said you can go now, no need to pay! Like he was doing me a favor or saving me money I shouldn't have had to pay in the first place. He also made a remark to the effect that they don't like to deal with Amazon. Again, take it up with them, not me! When Staples accepts the drop-off, they do everything to package the product and process your return. Good service goes a long way! read more

I live around the corner so it's convenient for me to come here. Each time I do, I feel very uncomfortable. An employee (I believe the owner), gives off a strange vibe, and last time he asked to see my credit card and said his system went down the night before. He was also hassling another customer, asking why he was there to return another laptop. I'll drive 15 minutes out of my way the other UPS store to avoid this man. I dropped off about 10 Amazon returns......mine, my daughters and sisters purchases. I don't know the gentleman's name, but an older Hispanic man helped me. He seemed annoyed I had so many returns and stated "you know, this is a lot of work for us". I'm pretty sure UPS stores are paid by Amazon to handle their returns and pretty sure it's your job. read more

HORRIFIC! Absolutely the worst experience I ever had at a UPS store! I walked in with a heavy Amazon UPS box, the guy behind the counter offered no assistance(there was no one else in the store) to carry it the rest of the way in the store. The box was not fully sealed yet it had the Amazon return code. Normally when you return an Amazon package to Staples they don't want the box sealed. Well this guy(the owner?) proceeded to lecture me that it should've been taped all the way and I could buy an entire roll of tape from him. It only needed one small piece of tape. This was the rudest jerkI have ever encountered. I hope this store fails! UPS . The store is a disgrace to UPS franchise. Never again. read more

The owners/managers of this store are very rude and condescending. We did not feel our business was welcome there. They make you feel like they are annoyed you are there. Find another UPS Store to use, I am. Each time I go into this UPS I'm waiting at least 15 minutes or more. They are so slow. I went in yesterday to mail a package UPS and drop off a Amazon package which everything was ready. They decided to take the person behind me instead of taking me. I had to yell out I was here first and mention that I have to get back to work. To reduce my stress level being that I use UPS frequently I am going to another location going forward. read more

I'm so happy I came here for a last minute print. At 9:30 AM this morning I submitted a 25 page file of medical papers that I needed ASAP for a pre-employment medical exam. I called 10 minutes later to confirm they got the print and that I was on my way because I needed the documents NOW. they said they hadn't gotten the document and suggested to email the store; because apparently they receive it quicker that way. The lady and gentleman working Wednesday October 11th opening hours were SO kind to me. I was shaking and nervous about being late to my employment, they printed my document out so fast and wished me luck with the new job. Had I not been in such a rush and nervous, I would have remembered to grab their names. But they are by far the kindest people I've ever met at a Print-and-Go shop. read more

If you value your time, sanity, and basic respect, do not use this UPS Store as an access point. This experience at the UPS Store on Alicia Parkway was a complete nightmare, thanks to Ali. Here's what happened: I placed an online order, as usual, to be delivered to my home address. However, since my UPS My Choice account has this location set as my preferred access point, my shipments were automatically rerouted to this UPS Store. I received an email stating my packages were ready for pickup, so I went to retrieve them on the same day. What should have been straightforward turned into chaos. Ali gave me only 2 out of 4 packages, and instead of assisting me, he questioned me, acted confused, and claimed I was "taking up his stock space." Then, he told me holding packages incurs a fee but that he'd "let me off with a warning this time." He said next time, I'd have to pay. The kicker? I would have had to inevitably return to this location to collect my other packages. Ali deliberately withheld my packages, created a problem out of thin air and tried to pin me for a fee if I came back. Let me be clear: UPS's own policy states: "If you're a UPS My Choice member, The UPS Store and other UPS Access Point locations can hold your package for up to seven calendar days at no additional charge,"--that's a simple copy & paste directly from the website, folks. I called UPS Customer Service, and they confirmed Ali's assertions were baseless and against UPS policy. They filed a claim, assured me there is no fee for holding my packages and advised me to go back and collect the ones he withheld. I returned the next day, and an associate retrieved my missing packages without issue. I was getting ready to leave--until Ali intervened again. He claimed the system on his end wasn't updated. So, I explained what Customer Service told me and showed him what I saw on my end--proof of my UPS My Choice account and tracking confirmation that my packages were ready for pick up. At this point, it was obvious he was being deliberately difficult and wasting my time. While he conveniently dropped the "charge" charade, he still refused to listen and insisted I come behind the counter to look at his computer. When I told him he should work his technical difficulties out with UPS, he dismissed me with a condescending, "Yeah, I'll do it just for you." Ali has made it pretty clear he's more interested in power-tripping than following UPS policy--or actually helping customers. If you're considering using this store as an access point, don't. Ali here treats customers like they're a problem instead of providing the service he's supposed to. UPS needs to seriously address this location and either enforce its policies or reconsider its partnership. Until that happens, avoid this place at all costs. read more

I've used this UPS store for Amazon returns a few times now. Although I have an Amazon Hub about the same distance from the house, this UPS store has better hours, so when I need to return something and the Hub isn't open I come here. Super convenient that I just show up, let em scan my QR Code, they take my stuff (no packing needed) and I'm on my way. I see there has been other reviews that were not so great, my experience has been very pleasant every time I've been. read more

Terrible customer service! The gentleman was rude and unhelpful for no apparent reason and sent me away with my Amazon return, all while being friendly and helpful for the people in line behind me. When I came back in minutes later, he then decided that all of a sudden there was no issue with the return and accepted it. Recently, I had shipped a vase to Canada from this store. It was carefuly packed and shipped. A few days later, went back to the store as I had realized I wanted to change the delivery address. Huey was very helpful and did all he could, on the weekend, to get a message through the System to UPS in Canada, to instruct them to change the delivery address. There has been a wonderful change in ownership/management at this UPS store. I needed to ship a family heirloom. It was a heavy brass ship's clock. The staff did an outstanding job of packing. Before taping it closed, they had me check that I was satisfied with the padding. It arrived at its East Coast destination in perfect condition. I have been pleased with subsequent services. I have shipped over 30 packages here. New ownership in late 2023. The team at here at this UPS store is excellent! They move you through the process as quickly as possible and check all the options for cost savings. If you need packaging they pack it like its their own. Very thorough. Amazon returns take less than 5 minutes and I think I have only had to wait in a line a couple of times (I think they were both during lunch hour - a little busier in that window). I had a UPS package go missing because I was given the wrong address and they took the time to hunt it down and correct it. That was a big help. Great place. Friendly staff! read more

Glad this UPS store is close to my home for convenience. They are always busy which shows they are doing something right. During Covid, I needed a lot of documents notarized for my job. Both Matt and his dad are always kind. Am I looking for a smile? No, just get the job done which they do very well with efficiency. Do you get a friendly smile at the post office? I have been a costumer at this location for over 10 + years and with the previous owner it was quite a few issues here and there and some arguments about packages that were missing but when Matt ( owners son) got involved they were found but a couple times never received them. Got new ownership towards end of 2023 and have not had any issues and nothing lost and they are always very friendly. read more

This spot seems to have bipolar reviews. Of the times I've come here, my service has been five stars so I'm on #teamfivestars 1. Called ahead to make sure a notary was present and got my papers notarized. 2. They had arrows and spots marked for safe distancing 3. Never had issues shipping out packages and I buy and return a lot from Amazon. I always pack and print everything myself because I am liable if the package is not packed properly. Today, I specifically needed to ship out something internationally and had done the payment online. I needed one of those clear plastic sleeves for customs forms. I called ahead to see if they had one I could use and they did. I brought my own packing tape and scissors just in case I needed them. Mark helped me fold up the form and I didn't even need the packing tape since it was self adhesive. Other places like the post office may charge you for materials so I always come prepared if I have it. I need to use their paper shredding service one day for old business cards, checks, and anything with personal information. Bonus: there is a mailbox outside and the mail is picked up regularly. If my postman ever ignores my red flag to pick up mail, I just swing by here to drop it off before doing a grocery run next door. read more

Probably one of the worst UPS stores I've been to and it's sadly because of the owner, Mark. I am a huge Amazon Prime fan and with my many purchases, there are a few that just don't make the cut - hence, I need to make a return. One of my returns include four glass jars. From Amazon themselves (via email), I was informed that I can get my code scanned by an employee and they will take care of the packaging for me (and I've done this MANY times with other Amazon purchases as well and had no problems whatsoever). Mark, the owner, looked at my containers and he simply said, "No, I'm not taking all of them. You need to box them up" in a very rude tone. In response, I told him I never had this issue with any UPS store before and that Amazon specifically said it was okay to bring because an employee would package it for you. I would have packaged it if Amazon had told me to, but Amazon specifically said to bring the items unpackaged to any UPS store so I did. He also gave me other replies with a bad attitude throughout the entire transaction (I had to mail out other things as well) and wish I didn't have to be in his presence for so long. Overall, I had a terrible experience. Ironically, the monitor on the credit card device says that I was being helped by "Mark, your friendly associate" and I laughed because this was actually the opposite of what I felt. Will never be coming to this specific UPS location again. read more

Agree with others that this is the worst UPS ever visited. The staff is completely uncaring. No concept of customer service here. Why does everyone seem like they're half asleep (incl the manager)? Also very disorganized and slow. There is a line it's the door and 2 people working here but no acknowledgement as one comes out of the office and the other one goes in while noticing this looooong line. Unfortunately I can't avoid this place due to amazon returns but if there's a way to avoid I certainly will. read more
