UPS Store screwed up the shipping address. I have a hard copy of the UPS Ground Shipping Document that I filled out with the CORRECT address on it. After 10 days of the package not being delivered, I decided to call the UPS Store. I explained to her that I wrote down the correct address, but some how the wrong address was in the systems. The manager told me it was UPS' fault because they do not print the shipping labels. So I called UPS, who told me the UPS Store was at fault because in fact the UPS Store should have printed out a shipping label. They told me I should call the UPS Store headquarters and file a complaint on the store. When I called the headquarter, even THEY said UPS Store was at fault and they would take care of it internally. Yeah right, I know nothing's going to happen. Anyways, I am irritated of how the manager handled the situation, or I should say DIDN'T. *A word of advice, make sure you watch them print out the shipping label before you leave. Apparently a hard copy of the shipping document you wrote out yourself isn't good enough. Don't be so naive to believe you're in good hands. And don't bother to complain to the manager because she won't do anything about it, she'll just tell you to call UPS. And if you try to call her, the other employees will "claim" she left for the day. read more

I'm assuming this is a business "strategy" to gouge people who drop-off things unpacked and never notice how much of the bill is shipping versus the materials. I suppose they ship like anyone else according to standard UPS rates- but get your packing materials from somewhere else. One step closer (claim is now filed) but after 9 weeks I am still running in circles. They cant even tell me how long it will take from here. I am supposed to be patient for my claim to be processed. After three investigations and handful of phone calls and several trips to the store the claim is still "pending". Respect the process even though nobody knows how long it takes or whether or not it will be successful. My claim is only for $150!!! Come on!!!! read more

I rented a mailbox here and they were extremely helpful and professional. With the mailbox rental you get 24 hour access to your mailbox, which is awfully convenient. Anytime I get a package that is too large for the box, they send me an email to let me know to make a pick up during normal business hours. read more

I went to this UPS Store to have a document signed and stamped by a Notary, I had previously called to find out if they did this service and they said they did. The man declined to sign as a notary stating he wanted to read what he was signing, it was a power of attorney for healthcare, I brought 2 witnesses with me for their signatures on this document, I showed proper identification for my signature, as did my witnesses, however he said he had the right to decline. I do not think he knew what his job was as a notary. All he had to do was witness my signature and those of the witnesses. read more

Over the last year, I have been using this location to drop off prepaid boxes for shipping. There is never a wait, always someone to help and I never buy anything. I love their drop off service. It's so helpful! Especially if you are on the run. The people who work here are always friendly and so kind. I was offered a printed receipt of my tracking number once they scanned in my box. They are so nice I feel horrible not spending money here until yesterday. I was dropping off my prepaid UPS shipping box, but then I remembered I needed stamps and was about to go to the dreaded Post office. I asked if they sold stamps the young lady said yes we do! Real Forever stamps that Id have to wait in long lines for at USPS.. Done deal!! Simple easy and fast service! Not to mention...I dropped off a package to ship and it arrived at its location less than 24 hours later. How is that possible? I swear it happened!! Good service! read more

Wow!!! We needed to send a document to Mexico and Francis (the manager) went above and beyond our expectations. He was patient with us and explained our options. As we had to get the package there ASAP, he helped us find the best solution. He let me use his phone to speak with a DHL representative to find a DHL location in Mexico where someone could pick up the package which would save us a week on delivery. We cannot say enough good about Francis. He is the best! read more
