I've been to this store and never had any issues with deliveries. The parking here is great as it's located in a strip mall with tons of spots. They had mask and social distancing reminders on the door before entering and in the store. I was greeted warmly when I walked in and helped right away! I was sending a small care package to southern IL and was pretty surprised it cost $19 to ship it via ground. I felt that cost was high but I had to send the package so I paid it. The package was well under 5 pounds too so that's why I was expecting the cost to be much less. Anyways, the associate was kind and helped me with everything I needed. I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes. The store overall was well kept. I noticed how all the associates were wearing masks too which is obviously a must now-a-days. Well 4 years later and same thing different time. Now the majority of the young people are kind, energetic and positive. I've gone in and brought back things from Amazon and they are helpful. I've shipped and for most part things are good. But I went in to pick up some printing and I asked if I could hole punch an item and they said for nearly $6! At the fedex stores they have multiple hold punchers free to use!! I had the money to pay but I said seriously you are charging for hold punching? And the manager said for the time to do it.... And I said but other places let you use them for free and she suggested I go there!! Really. 4 years later what the heck? The extra star is to give the young people working there some recognition. read more

Be careful using this store if you are shipping something important. We shipped two packages at once. One was a gift. One was a picture my kids made for their grandpa who is having a major surgery. They entered the same address for both packages. When I noticed this on the paper receipt today and called to discuss this, they never once apologized, said it was our fault, told us to call an 800 number, and told us the other person can "just reship it out". This is ridiculous especially because we verified the spelling and address of the second package on a screen. The sales person entered the same address twice within two minutes without noticing that she was typing an Illinois address for a package that they discussed shipping to Michigan. Incredibly disappointing for a service we trusted to get something special to my dad prior to his surgery. read more

I have not had an issue receiving UPS deliveries. Drivers are always friendly and courteous. Well, there came a time when I needed to ship a box via UPS. Unsure of locations, I found this one online. I walked in, was immediately greeted, handed over my box, was told I did not need any receipt, and was on my way. Entire transaction, including parking and walking from and to my car, took about 5 minutes. Store was bright, clean and had any packing supplies a person might need. Works for me. read more

Based on their absolutely terrible hours, I wanted to really dislike this and every other area UPS store, but the young, blonde girl working behind the counter was so freaking helpful that it was hard for me to keep up my naturally pissy façade... and believe me, I was trying. If it weren't for her infectious cheer, this review would be very different. She must be the bright-est eyed, bushiest tailed UPS worker ever. Kudos to her. The world could use more people like that. I ship packages from this location about 4 times per year and the employees are always friendly, helpful and professional. I recently shipped a birthday gift to my sister which UPS temporarily lost. The UPS store was so helpful with communication to UPS corporate to find my package and was working with me to file a claim. Two weeks after the scheduled delivery date UPS finally found and delivered my sisters bday gifts. The UPS store worked on my behalf to try to recoup the shipping costs but UPS wouldn't pay. The UPS store called and said that they would cover the cost themselves. I really appreciate all the work they put into this under $100 claim and highly recommend them. read more

I have been a loyal customer at this store for 9 years. My young daughter brought in a picture to have shipped to her fiancé in Seattle. She had a painting done from an old window from and old demolished chicago building and the artist painted the Chicago skyline. So she went to the UPS store and the owner who knows my daughter and family packed the picture himself. She took out the insurance and paid 186.00 to ship it. He did not pack it correctly and it arrived shattered. Her fiancé took pictures and he lives in an apartment and he couldn't keep the chards of glass as he has a dog. Now they will not cover it and she is out $500.00 It's so discouraging as he knows this is not someone trying to scam him. I hope no one uses this UPS facility. I have 2 neighbors that do business here and I am going to contact them and ask them to switch to another carrier. read more

This is the fastest and friendliest service you'll ever receive at a UPS store. I am often in there sending care packages to my son & daughter at college. Mike and his team are super efficient. They have helped us ship full computers with no issues. And when the kids were in high school, the Naperville UPS team created fun yard signs as we sent them off to college. They once made a beautiful banner for our son's high school graduation. It was 3 feet tall and rested beautifully along the entire mantle above the fireplace. Best decoration ever for the party!
