Do not use it. I went there 7/22/2017 to return a package to amazon. I have print out half stick onto the box, which is not good enough. I asked them to give me a small piece of tape, they said I have to buy it. Actually, for amazon's return, it just like mail, they have a plastic bay to put return printout and stick onto box. I am wondering they even knows about that, which I learned from another ups store. NEVER GO THERE. read more

I had to mail some documents to my friend in Vancouver. Himanshu explained me all the possible options and helped me choose the least expensive one that met my requirement. He also waited while I called my friend to provide me his cell phone number without giving any hard time. Convenient place close to home for mailing. When I came to pick it up on a Monday because I couldn't make it on arrival day I found he had courteously stored my box behind the locked roll top gate so nobody would steal it! Not sure, is it the Ups or store owner. They charge $4.00 for using tape gun to close the box. Make sure your box is seal.

No way in hell would I ever come to this shady location! First off you're a UPS store- so in some way even somebody with half of a brain cell could deduce that you are affiliated or owned by UPS- pretty simple conclusion. I come in here to ship something for my company on their UPS account when I'm told they don't accept UPS accounts- even though the week before they accepted the same from my boss. I was told I needed to prepay everything- hmm ya think that might be because they mark up the prices and make margin on ya? This is the only UPS store that I've been asked to place my boxes where they want them. The man here is lazy and won't move things himself. He made me wait until he was done with another customer because he didn't want to lift my prepaid boxes. Mr.Patel gave me the best customer service from when I walked into the store until the time I left. I had two packages that I needed to be sent back to Amazon, one which I needed to purchase a box for since I threw away the original packaging. The first package was handled easily, and once I brought in the second item, he instantly went in the back to bring out a box that he thought might have been big enough. We then tried to fix the open into the box, but it would not completely fix, resulting in the box slightly tearing. I thought I was going to have to pay for the box and a new one, but Mr.Patel kindly took the box in the back and grabbed a bigger box that he had. When I visited this location I didn't have any problems and I don't understand why it has such a poor review. I came with a couple of boxes to send back (orders I had made while shopping online) and to do some printing. When I got to the store the staff acknowledged me and helped pack my boxes while I worked on their computer. The store was clean and I did what I needed to very quickly. I wasn't there for very long but I think maybe some customers had a less-than-perfect experience and so have taken to Yelp to give low ratings. read more

Amazing service, Himanshu Patel is a good employee, even though he is the only one working there, the place is so neat and clean. Unless if you see other stores they have more employees but messy. the guy at the counter tried to trick me by tellng me that ups is the only service that ships packages bigger than 12"x12"x6" to asia which is a drop dead lie. the package weighted 22 pounds and he wanted to charge me $770. read more
